This is based on the same dream. I've been having for about 3 nights straight and I'm currently working on a roleplay to go with this as well. Basic storyline is a young samurai princess has found about her lost heritage of being one of the powerful priestess and is currently traveling back home with her husband her daughters. But along the way a few young lords are trying to kill her in order for their own wives to take the throne
How did this day go so wrong. They were only supposed to be going her home town of thorn valley but now the kids got kidnapped and her husband had almost died twice on the way home. Miyuki sighed as she glanced at her husband who was staring out the window of the carriage with an expression only described as stormy. He had his sword placed across his lap and every once in a while he would wince as he was getting electrocuted. Miyuki glanced down at her hands who were folding against her lap trembling slightly as she thought about what might happen to her children. “Kyroshiro.” Miyuki asked glancing over at him and noticed that he sort of glance in her direction. “I wanted to apologize if I knew being some mage and a samurai was going to going to cause so many problems on the way to my coronation, I would have told you and both girls to stay home.” Miyuki said glancing down at her lap once more and feeling the tears trickle down her cheeks. She felt she caused all this drama to the two of them and now their kids might be in danger as well. Hearing her husband let out the breathing he was holding she spoke, she decided to risk a glance and noticed him smiling at her with a caring expression. “Look, yuki-san. I know today hasn’t been the best of days but I promise you things will get better or at least that’s what I think.” He said resting his hand over her own and reliving some of her fears. “Thank you.” Miyuki said before settling back against the seat and closing her eyes

Feeling the carriage move sort of smoothly through the country sides had sent the young woman into a small doze. Hearing the sounds of the horses neighing in protest she half opened her eyes and looked around noticing they were at one of the destination the kidnapper had told them to come too. Miyuki gently placed her hand on a small medallion that her mother had gave her as a little girl and carefully climbed out of the car and noticed two people a young man with slicked back hair and a young woman with a sort of crinkled look to her young skin. “Ah so the young miko, has arrived with her consort.” The woman said stepping forward and bowing politely to the couple. “Where is Ayame and yukio.” Kyroshiro said his voice cold. Miyuki sighed knowing her husband’s temper had lost control over the past two places they had stopped. “Dearest is going to be fine, just give me moment.” Miyuki said low in his ear before walking inside with the young woman and the man and glanced back behind her before the door shut. “So in order to get your children back, your Hebi wants you to learn dark magic which would corrupt your ying and yang.” She explained looking at Miyuki who was sitting down with her legs crossed. Miyuki nodded her head wondering with his strange woman could be up too and noticed the pot sitting on the fire she saw small trails of pure white smoke coming off it and had a strange bitter sensation rise in the back of her throat. “Excuse me, what is that.” Miyuki asked trying to keep her voice from cracking out of the pure fear of the strange liquid. “Essence of spirit,” She said but didn’t say anything else and came back with it inside a small clay teacup. “Your husband has a strong temper.” She said glancing at Miyuki her eyes tinted with a hint of mystery. “He’s just been under high levels of stress that’s all, the whole situation with the children has troubled him.” Miyuki said simply looking down at the cup and watching the white smoke come out the cup. Miyuki grimaced slightly wondering why she felt so sick but decided to at least to trust the woman before she started to make false assumptions.
"Ms. Nemuri as you may have noticed most people don't take to the other lords kindly, it hurts their poor hearts to see such powerful woman to come into power especially when their family has such innocent children." she said glancing at Miyuki. Miyuki blinked almost choking on the liquid she had swallowed when she said her maiden name it was true that the name the woman had called her belonged to her husband but she had used it on occasion to keep her true identity hidden. Miyuki swallowed and bit back a groan as the liquid started to burn down her throat. "how did you know my maiden name." Miyuki asked clearing her throat as her skin from its normal color to the color of a clay doll but she shook the ice cold feeling away and glanced at the old woman who was smiling at her "Relax my dear child, you'll soon become one of the brightness creations of all time." she said and Miyuki had to blink because she saw the woman's pupils dialate and the one green color vanished and her eyes turned black

Miyuki blinked startled by the change in both eye size and the color of her own skin and she settled back against the floor. Surprised that she couldn't even feel her arms move anymore. "What's your name." Miyuki felt herself say gasping for air as she shuddered the feeling of losing herself more prominent now. "My name is Jiki josei but most people just call me jiki." she explained smiling at her. " Jiki it means porcelain.......so that means you turn to priestess who come here into living dolls." Miyuki said coughing slightly trying to clear the feeling from her airways. "It more liking make fabulous art with some certain effects." Jiki said smiling at the girl and she stood up and looked out the window. "Men make such ugly statues but yours might do well, my husband has gotten so worn out that he just falls to pieces." Jiki said and almost like the man fell to the ground like a shattered pot

It may be just being confused is all, but I still enjoy what you have so far here. It's a unique story, so all the more reason why I'd like to know where it goes.

Miyuki blinked as she settled back on the floor almost as if all the weight had gone to her. “Oh come now its not like, you actually need more statues.” Miyuki keeping her voice as strong as possible as she looked at Jiki who blinked as she looked around the house and smiled showing a hollow mouth. “What do you mean, do you like my collection.” Jiki said walking over to her and helping her sat up for a moment Miyuki could feel a small tingling sensation as the woman’s hand caressed her skin causing some of the marble like clay to peel off. Miyuki smiled as she nodded her head gently pressing herself against the woman’s chest so she was against her and she could feel the marble begin to peel followed by a dull burning sensation. “Before I come one of your human dolls, can you explain to me how you make this.” Miyuki said glancing up at Jiki a kind look in her eyes. “Well the potion I made you drink causing your skin and bones to melt together like a clay and the strange is…nevermind you won’t like it.” Jiki said turning her head away but she was glancing at her from the corner of her eye. “What, my lady i’ll keep the secret.” Miyuki said looking like a troubled child. “Well the only way for the people who had been turned to my clay doll is to well…kill me or change me into one.” Jiki said but grimaced feeling the clay begin to burn into her skin. “Well that shouldn’t be too hard.” Miyuki said slipping a small gem she kept with her down the woman’s dress and pulled away from her now she could feel the bones and skin come back to her and she stood up. “What how did you.” Jiki said and gasped as she dropped back. “I noticed when you were holding me up right in order to talk to my spirit the numbing affect of your potion had left me…so I thought if I could figure out how to press against your body enough it would allow me to take control of the clay and be set free.” Miyuki said looking at Jiki with her arms crossed. “I’ll do anything but please don’t kill me.” Jiki cried out knowing her spell had been fooled. “ Tell me where my children are hidden or your life will end right now.” Miyuki holding the double of the gem she had placed in Jiki’s kimono in her hand and squeezing causing Jiki to groan in pain. “Why should I, you’ll be dead when you reach their.” Jiki yelled hissing slightly as she skin began to melt. “You don’t think I don’t know that, how about we end this slow and painful so you could suffer like your artwork.” Miyuki said looking at her with a dark expression not knowing to her the house had began to shake with the dark magic she was realizing from one of her spells. “Alright the northern cave near the old temple…their hidden underneath it.” Jiki cried falling to the ground and screaming. “Thank you..” Miyuki said but she dropped the stone causing the girl to turn to ash. Miyuki grimaced as the dark magic wrapped around her and she knew the seal that had been placed on the side of her neck had been added too. Miyuki sighed as she stepped out of the house and looked at Kyroshiro who was watching her with a worried expression. “Northern cave..seems the lady wanted to test my powers as well. “ Miyuki said before walking off across the field towards the carriage and climbed in without another word. Kyroshiro sighed as he noticed the dark aura echoing from his wife knowing things weren't going to go so well for the rest of the journey. He blinked and shook his head knowing if she needed to be purified she would go without having to be forced

Kyroshiro sighed as he walked over to the carriage and climbed in beside Miyuki wrapping his arm around her a small smile coming to his face. "We'll see the kids soon, so you don't have to worry about wasting your energy all the time." Kyroshiro said a small smile coming his face as he looked at her. "I know but it just feels like something is going to happen to me....or you again." Miyuki said turning her head away and looking out the window. "Do you remember what you used to tell me, when i would be upset about the whole not being stronger then my older brother." Kyroshiro asked looking at her. Miyuki flushed and nodded her head remember when they used to talk "I used to tell you not to focus on the negative things because it would make you won't be able to get better." Miyuki said a small smile coming to her face as she looked at him
