I remember when this forum only had the main cities... now there are three pages worth of areas and topics. No wonder people are lost. Okay, so I've been here since the guild was just a thread in the public forum... back in 2008. I know a lot about stuff that's happened in the beginning of the guild and on... but some of the newer stuff I haven't gotten a chance to catch up on very much. Some threads haven't had a visitor since 2009, some threads are new, some have 1000+ pages to try and read through. Some years ago, I started the SHIELD Files to make summaries on all of the areas from beginning to end. Being the only one working on that project... it kind of got shoved onto the back burner. Since I sent out an announcement about Spring cleaning, I've had a few people message me that they've been busy, or that they are lost completely. So... I'm going to make a thread to make a kind of general summarization on every area in the guild. A kind of extremely basic summary of the SHIELD files I had wanted to do. This should catch you all up on what has happened in certain areas, what IS going on in certain areas, what areas haven't seen the light of day in years, etc. Hopefully this will help those of you who are lost or still have no idea where to jump in at. I'll admit, I'm not as knowledgeable about all the areas as I had once been... that was back when I had internet whenever I wanted for as long as I wanted. If I don't know what's going on in the area, I will direct you to some people who seem to be in charge of the plot in that area. exclaim To those of you who ARE in charge of the plot of an area, and I don't have a good explanation of the area... please post a summary of your area here! Not only will this help the people who are lost, It could help me with the SHIELD files when I start working on them again. In fact, if you could make a summary of your thread by making summaries of everything that's happened on each page / within that month including the characters, who played them, where they entered and exited to, etc .... that would be graaaattte... Where to begin..... New York Recently, there has a bit of a drama involving the kidnapping of Angela and Chris D'Amico -- wife and son of crime boss Frank D'Amico. It ended up being a clash with Big Daddy, Hit-Girl, and Lady Deathstrike on one side and Sabertooth, Skuld, and Tarzan. Even though the mage thief Skuld successfully extracted mother and son, Hit-Girl's small explosives in their stomachs detonated killing both hostages. Xavier's Institute We have a gathering of X-Men and Titans preparing to strike at I.O. to save the 147 teens that the rogue government agency is genetically manipulating for their own gains. (Cyclops, Oracle, Nightshade, Songbird, Beast Boy, Apex, X-23, Static, etc.) IO Phoenix Base First off, I.O. is in the process of manifesting mutants under their control, and others have noticed their genetic tinkering..... Batcave Batwoman, Nightwing, and Starfire are viewing the info on I.O., ready to take action. But Batwoman appears to be sitting back to observe -- as if she is trying to divine an unseen threat. Iceberg Lounge Dr. Doom was just wrapping up a meeting to plan actions against the Black Lantern Corp to save Earth with Miss Martian, Squirrel Girl, Firestar and a blue lantern? Titans Tower Amongst the ruins of Titans Tower, Crimson Dynamo and Red Star have been discussing the state of the Russian Confederation, and the need recruit Russian heroes to confront Dr. Doom's forces when they invade. Also, the pair of Russian agents noticed disturbances where the dead Titans were.

Sanctum Sanctorum Zander Zatara, a Homo Magi from the 31st Century, has wound up in the Merged Multiverse and is currently palling around with Elmira Stirlington of the Elkwood Universe. New York Two young women from an alternate universe (actually another guild here on Gaia) have wound up in the Merged Multiverse as well: Katya Vanko, aka Whiplash, and Billie Stark, aka Chainlink. Currently they're trying to get their bearings so they can find a way home. Utopia While this thread technically isn't up yet at the time of this post, suffice it to say that the Brotherhood of Mutants will be getting in on the action against I.O. Mystique is infiltrating the organization on the orders of Magneto, and once he learns of the young mutants that are being held by I.O., he and the Brotherhood will move to save the kids and crush I.O.

Las Vegas, Nevada Arell and Dundee are spending some time in Vegas with Crystal before Arell makes HIS assault on IO, not knowing the Brotherhood is going to be there. He does know, however, that the Bats are working on the assault. Arell has one challenge: Send IO to the ground before the Bat crew can get there to stop him! Dundee and Crystal, on the other hand, are making sure that he doesn't go flying off the handle. But what about that cat? Gotham Outskirts While the circus is stopped in Gotham City, C.J. and Misty are taking a breather after a big day of rescues, thrills and car chases. A cat very similar to the one with Arell and Dundee has taken residence in the railroad car Misty and C.J. are calling home for a spell. However, Lady Deathstrike came in, messed that all up and kidnapped Misty (again) to bring to Fisk. C.J., now fed up, is recruiting some friends to go kick Fat-Boy's a** once and for all! (His words, not mine!) Gotham City Meanwhile, C.J. (under the name Blackjack) from three years later (a possible future depending on Arkham) and his girlfriend/mentor "Voodoo Doll" Merida have somehow wound up in Gotham City after C.J. was relaxing and living it up in the time of the Pirates. What can POSSIBLY go wrong with THIS?!
