(Got the idea from the Jet Li movie "The One". It's amazing surprised ) There is not one universe. There are many.
A Multiverse. We have the technology
to travel between universes...
... but travel is highly restricted
and policed.
There is not one you. There are many.
Each of us exists in present time,
in parallel universes.
There was balance in the system...
... but now a force exists
who seeks to destroy the balance...
... so he can become The One.

In a different universe, a criminal is being pursued.
"HE'S HEADING TOWARD THE EAST WAY SOUTHBOUND! WE CAN'T LET HIM TRAVEL!" Someone shouted.
"HE'S GOING WAY TOO FAST!" Someone else said in the radio.
"DON'T LET HIM ESCAPE!"
A black streak passes through the roadways. Too fast for the naked eye to see.
The zone police kept pursuing their suspect but in the last minute, they lost him.
"Dammit! Dammit! Dammit!" A zone police officer said. His name being Zonic. He pulled out his helmet and threw it on the ground. His appearance, being exactly like a familiar hero. He then sighed and spoke to a radio, "Where is his next destination?"
"Uh, Mobius Prime."
"Speak of the devil... Of course... it's his last target anyway. We got to quickly travel and warn him. At least he won't be as easy to kill like the rest of them were..." Zonic said, holding out a file. A picture was contained in the file of Shadow The Hedgehog.(Here's the start O: now we can have the rp setting on the usual planet we rp in xD lol but yeah)

o-o....one little tinny problem.......I've never seen any of his films...I don't even know how to uhh reply right now o-o no offence}
meanwhile else were a female black and red hedgehog with sky blue eyes was heading down the street form her house " ah what a nice day to be outside, lets see do I need to get anythign at the store?" jewle asked herself looking at a handheld device " hm.. don't think I do, still a nice day to take a walk " jewle said talking to herself

A figure stood on top of a building, watching Jewel. He began to walk, following Jewel to the house. e located the house and snuck inside, waiting for her to come in.

jewel stops at her mail box taking her sweet time going inside " hm lets see a bill, a letter. I have no idea what this is. oh goody I got a package" jewel said going inside looking at a brown package trying to read the name " wonder whats inside" jewle said trying to open her mail standing just on the other side of the door pushing the screen door closed with her heel

The figure then saw a picture of Shadow and Jewel. It had Shadow frowning, while Jewel trying to make him smile. The figure frowned, "..." He pulled out a knife, getting ready.

jewel is opening the package till the phone in the kitchen rings making her move suddenly " hello? oh hi, yes? uh I dunno why don't you just ask him? " jewle said talking to what sounds like another girl " no nothing new just going threw my mail got a package got no idea who its from could be a wrong address"

"Hello..." The figure spoke and quickly cut the phone cord. He then quickly grabbed Jewel form behind and pointed the knife at her neck, "Where is he?" The figure looks exactly like Shadow, except with scars all over and a red scarf around his neck. The scarf is torn and with holes. His gloves are black but they are fingerless. His shoes are normal red boots with mud on the bottom.

jewel's eyes whiden she did struggle till the knife was placed by her throat "w-who...y-you t-talkign about s-shadow?...I don't knwo where he is.... he doens't talk about his m-missions...." jewle said shivering slightly " I'm telling you the t-truth... I don't know where s-shadow is right now...."

The figure let Jewel go, with the knife pointing at her, "Hmph... useless... fine I'll keep searching. In the mean time, let him know that... his time has finally come..." He disappeared.

jewel rubs her arms shivering 'd-does s-shadow have a twin b-brother he hasn't told me about....s-scary...' jewel thought as she swallows and trys to have tea or coffee but is so shaken is having a problem holding her cup still she even went so far as turning on every light and having her hammer with her

As for Shadow, he is in a stake out, keeping an eye on a suspect G.U.N. has been following, "Never thought I would be put to deal with this..."
Rouge scoffed, "I need your help, Shadow..." She nodded, "How's Jewel by the way?"
"Why do you ask?"
"Well... things seem to be getting a little steamy, yes?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"You very well know what I mean..."
Shadow glared at Rouge, "That's none of your business..."
"Haha! you've gone soft..."
"Hmph..."

jewel started walking around the whole house unable to sit still " why did he want shadow who was he... ooo wish I could call but that crazy person cut the phone......to scared to leave the house right now.. he could be out there waiting to pounce...." jewle said locking the windows and doors 'shadow come home soon please....I haven't been this scared in years....can't even call tails or sonic cause of the phone being cut.. damnit...I hate feeling this way.." jewle said bitting her finger slightly

Shadow was tapping with his foot, getting impatient, "Let's just arrest the suspect and go!"
Rouge rolled her eyes, "What are you in a hurry for?"
"I was supposed to be back home tonight... at this time!" Shadow said.
"Fine fine... just go..."
Shadow stared at Rouge, blankly, "Huh?"
"I was hoping you give me some company... but whatever." Rouge said. She stood up, from laying down, and flew up to a tree.
"..." Shadow used Chaos Control to get home in a flash, "Jewel?"

jewel shivers she was hideing in a cabnit the phone line was still cut " s-shadow.. please tell me thats you and not that stranger ...." jewle said sounding scared as she peeks her head out of the pantry frowning at shadow slowly coming out and walking over" he was gonna kill me" jewle hugs shadow " s-some one ...was looking for you... ... he said to tell you your time is coming... he.. he looks like he was a twin brother...he even dissapeared.." jewle rubs her eyes there is a small imprint of the edge of the blade making contact with jewels skin "I swear shadow I don't know who he was he looked just like you just with scars....and a red scarf..."
