Abilities : Sings soft melodys that place "debuffs" on the enemy. Her abilities are reminiscent of a siren and banshee mixed together.
Occupation : Support-type fighter for the Blackhearts, street performer during free time.
Battle Style/Magic: Ophelia works best in conjunction with others. Most of her abilities merely weaken her opponents, because she's not very physically strong, and she only knows one or two offensive spells. But she can usually outlast her opponent until she's weakened them enough to take them down herself.
Favored Weapon/Item: A scythe-glaive. (Kind of morph the two weapons in the reference image into one, with a longer staff. That or the glaive part can swing out and become a scythe. or something D: )

Hair Colour : White, with two black streaks in her bangs.
Hair Length and Style : It's worn in a loose ponytail, tied near the bottom, and falls just below her waist. She has choppy bangs, one layer that falls by her eyes, the other just beneath her chin.
Skin Tone : Light cream.
Body Build : She's petite in height, and has a nice hourglass figure. She's not exactly voluptuous, however.
Fashion : Fond of her figure, Ophelia usually sports revealing and edgy clothing to emphasize her looks and aid in her constant teasing. She favors black and white, but is also fond of violet, pink, gray, and navy blue. She also loves heels, boots, and edgy-looking sneakers. Believe it or not, she does own pants, long-sleeve shirts, and jackets, but only wears them when it's practically snowing (she's one of those people that like never get cold wtf) , or she actually needs to look professional.

Personality : Ophelia is boisterous, extroverted, and a little (a lot) over the top. She's not afraid to voice her opinions, and is often viewed as a trouble maker. She's a huge tease and loves to flirt with almost any guy she meets, mostly just to see their reactions, rather than actual attraction to them. She's energetic and gives her all into what she stands for, and wants to become strong and viewed as a hero by others. She's devoted to music, and always has a tune in her head. As loud and brash she is on the outside, on the inside she's very feminine and awkward. She's ashamed of some of her hobbies, and worries over just about everything. She's always trying to make something of herself, to be someone others can say they're proud of. She desires praise and companionship, and can't stand confrontation (emotional), or failure (her own).
Strengths :
-Honest: Ophelia will always let you know if your fly is down or if you have something stuck in your teeth. She'll also let you know if she's on her period. As honest as she is, there are -some- things she'd rather not talk about.
-Persistent: If Ophelia really wants something, she will get it, as long as it takes. In a fight, if she's hurt, she'll stand right back up if the stakes are that high. Due to her fear of failure, there is no losing for her.
-Loving: Beneath her tough girl act, she's very kind and generous to those that show her that same kind of friendship. If you make it to that list, you'll have a devoted protector on your side.
Weaknesses :
-Weak Immune System: Ophelia was born with a weakened body, and is prone to sickness, usually colds. Due to this, she's kind of a germophobe too.
-Soft: It's easy to take advantage of Ophelia's weak health, kindness, hobbies, etc. If you manage to even take a loved one hostage, she wont hesitate to surrender if it means they'll be safe.
-Violent: Due to her being over-the-top, her "pats on the back" become "Holy crap Ophelia don't hit me so hard". Her enthusiastic, wreckless abandon can lead to the injury of herself or others. It can become annoying to some people, if not downright dangerous.
Talents/Hobbies :
-Performing: Ophelia loves to sing and dance. As a sort of side-job, she performs on the streets for passersby. It's mostly a hobby, but some people enjoy her songs and she nets a little extra spending money.
-Romance Novels: An obsession that Ophelia isn't proud of, reading romance novels is something she does almost every night. The cornier, the better.
-Stuffed Animals/Cute things: Another obsession that Ophelia is ashamed of. She wants to be viewed as strong and independent, yet her room is filled with adorable mascots and plushies.
