Subtract -5 from attacks that use an element the target is resistant to. Add +5 to attacks the target is weak against.
To battle, first make a post rolling the die stating only the action that you are doing. Once the total has been calculated, go edit the post with an actual short paragraph of action.
Be sure to state what it is you are doing in each post, keep a tally of your current HP at the bottom of your post. If you gain HP be sure to note how much you had before the healing was done, followed by what it is AFTER the healing.

All of the Possessed humans have glowing eyes. It was speculated that the color hinted at which element the Malice controlling the human was most attuned to. Blue for water/ice, red for fire, purple for wind, green for earth/plant. Other colors were present for those with other elements. Avon had taken volunteers to go out and rescue these humans from the grasp of the Malices, together they went down to the town and spread out to fight off any possessed humans.
Your Meta has run into a possessed human. They both face each other, ready for a fight. The human makes the first move, sending out an elemental attack aimed to slow down your Meta.

Seth hadn't really wanted to get involved in all this nonsense. Something about people getting possessed and evil things living inside people... not things he wanted to think about. He just wanted to go to school and make some friends and live as normally as possible. He'd even considered running away or begging his father Daniel to take him and Mandi away somewhere safer. But then Mandi cared so much about it. She apparently had one of those nice souls inside her who also cared very much about it, so she cared too. Seth's soft spot for her was going to be the end of him.
So here he was, standing face to face with one of the possessed humans, prepared to fight because his little sister wanted to stay and fight too. Suddenly the other human threw a fire based attack at him. Seth tried to twist and jump out of the way but he'd still managed to be hit. It wasn't too bad though and Seth shook it off. Looking around he spotted a puddle nearby the attacking human, near enough for him to form a spike out of it to shoot at them.
Action: Attack (Iced Over)

Damage Done: 18 ice damage

Ice spikes, huh? He decided not to dodge, figuring it wouldn't be that bad, but he was mistaken. He hissed in pain, then summoned a massive fireball to throw at Seth.

It was a bit satisfying to watch the possessed human not even try to dodge the ice spike and pay for it. Though Seth instantly felt a little bad when he remembered it was in fact a human being made to act against their will. It was really too bad, but there was no other option then to keep fighting. As his attacker formed a large fireball it seemed obvious that this guy meant business. Seth decided it was time to show off another of his powers, one he was blessed with because of his race, phasing. The fireball whizzed right through him doing no damage to Seth whatsoever and met the wall behind him with a small explosion.

Well well well, the fireball went right through him. He ducked as the explosion erupted, but still got hit with a few debris. This kid was slowly proving to be a bit more of a hassle than originally thought... He heated up his hands, red hot, and then charged in for a punch to the gut.

The playful little smirk that had spread over Seth's lips at being so pleased the phasing had been effective, turned into a look of surprise and pain as he got punched right in the gut. He'd let himself get careless already and now he'd fallen right back onto his butt. As he started propping himself up, Seth dropped the temperature around himself down to around 10 degrees Fahrenheit, planning on letting the man attacking him feel all the pain that could come from the cold.

The sudden decrease in temperature hurt, he hissed a little. To warm things up, he ignited his body in flames and then attempted to kick Seth.

Seth didn't really want to get kicked by a fiery leg so he let it whiz through him with phasing before starting to think of his next attack.

He'd forgotten about the phasing which caused him to trip and fall. Slamming his fist into the ground he looked back to Seth and spit out a coupe of tiny fire balls. See the other dodge that with his fancy phasing.

Seth took the hit this time with a wince, but used the time he was being hit to form a few more ice spikes and sending them flying towards the man.
