This thread is for the Metaplot round 1 battle for Willow. Only a member of staff or Sunlit.Rains should post here.

Subtract -5 from attacks that use an element the target is resistant to. Add +5 to attacks the target is weak against.
To battle, first make a post rolling the die stating only the action that you are doing. Once the total has been calculated, go edit the post with an actual short paragraph of action.
Be sure to state what it is you are doing in each post, keep a tally of your current HP at the bottom of your post. If you gain HP be sure to note how much you had before the healing was done, followed by what it is AFTER the healing.

All of the Possessed humans have glowing eyes. It was speculated that the color hinted at which element the Malice controlling the human was most attuned to. Blue for water/ice, red for fire, purple for wind, green for earth/plant. Other colors were present for those with other elements. Avon had taken volunteers to go out and rescue these humans from the grasp of the Malices, together they went down to the town and spread out to fight off any possessed humans.
Your Meta has run into a possessed human. They both face each other, ready for a fight. The human makes the first move, sending out an elemental attack aimed to slow down your Meta.

Normally Willow wouldn't let herself be bothered with the events going on outside the academy amongst the humans. That was a different world that she only needed to be worried about if her Mother was involved. But this time it was actually quite dangerous for her Mother as well as the other humans. Plus it seemed that several of the humans were being possessed and that just sent Willow into a rage. She couldn't stand the thought of people being made to do things against their will. She was going to find whoever was in charge and teach them a lesson!
A human was facing her with blue glowing eyes and was obviously intent on doing as much damage to Willow as they could. A water based attack got thrown at her and Willow winced as it hit her full force before she got a chance to try to dodge. It didn't take her long to summon up her own fire powers and send a ball of flame whizzing right at the possessed human. Hopefully she could knock whoever was possessing them right out of there.

Fire? Really? He took the attack full force, gritting his teeth through the pain, but then laughed. Fire vs. Water would end with his victory. He summoned up a wave using the water from before and sent it at her.

Willow was hit again by the man attacking her, this time in the form of a wave. She was knocked over and rolled on the ground from the force of the wave. As she stood a bit shakily she sent out a few bright orbs of light and sent them flying towards her attacker hitting him alternatively in the face. While he was distracted with that she sent another fire attack aimed at his face as well.
Action: Attack (Fairy Lights followed by Merry Fires)
Current HP: 47/75
Damage Done: 12 (att) - 5 (elemental resistance) + 5 (distraction) = 12

He hiss in pain, batting at the spot he'd been hit with the fireball. In retaliation he summoned up a few balls of water and then sent them flying at Willow's head.

After taking the hit from the water, Willow fired off a few more fire balls. She wished she had a more effective attack against this guy but her powers were mostly not combat based. It wasn't in her to give up though.

The fire she was hitting him with stung a little, but didn't deter him from summoning up a small wave of water to unleash upon her.

Willow used her uncanny noises ability to make some creepy noises right by the man's ear to distract him as he attacked. She made sure she was safely out of the way of the wave.

He could only stand the noises for a little while before he couldn't take it and cover up his ears before it hurt. Uncovering his ears when he noticed her moving away he quickly launched a water ball followed but another towards her feet.

Willow wasn't able to dodge in time and fire off another attack so she took the hit. Then she tried for another distraction tactic with her lights before throwing more flames at him.

The distraction caused the hit to be exact, but in retaliation the human threw a large ball of water at Willow.
