Euburi grew up under the shadow of Mt. Moon within Cerulean City. Life there was peaceful and Euburi's parents always looked after their only son. They hoped he would start his pokemon journey soon but Euburi insisted on staying home till he knew for a fact that his parents wanted him out of the house entirely. For his 13th birthday, as a sign of getting out of the house, Euburi's parents got him a newly hatched Darumaka. Euburi named his new friend Chili, after the little munchkin ate a whole pot of it during supper a few days after Euburi got it. Euburi left his home in Cerulean to begin his pokemon adventure a few days later. Pewter City was his destination due to the Gym that resided within the City. But before Euburi could get to Pewter City, he had to navigate the dark passages of Mt. Moon. While exploring the Mountain, Euburi came across a nest of Murkrow and he seized the opportunity of catching one. With two pokemon under his belt, Euburi finally got to Pewter City.
