The Probation Process
Below is the probation process and how it works for each and every person who is on a probationary period. Please take note of this process and the rules that come with it as failure to abide by these rules can result in either further punishment or expulsion from the Academy.
Below is the probation process and how it works for each and every person who is on a probationary period. Please take note of this process and the rules that come with it as failure to abide by these rules can result in either further punishment or expulsion from the Academy.
- The probationary period is to be issued out by the Gods/Goddesses for any person(s) who is found guilty of an offense for which a probationary period is subject to and upon the completion of their suspension dates.
During the probationary period the person(s) shall be required to wear a special ID badge in their signature with a status that shows they are in the probationary period. Failure to wear this special ID badge will result in failure of the probationary period and can result in further suspension or expulsion from the Academy.
A person(s) on the probationary process will be under strict watch from the Gods/Goddesses and other officials.
- Any violation of any lesser rule shall result in the punishment entitled for that rule and the person(s) under the probationary period shall meet with the God/Goddess of their respective element or a Moderator for a discussion.
Any violation of any major rule shall result in the immediate suspension of the person(s) from the Academy by the Gods/Goddesses. The person(s), once suspended, will be brought back into the Academy for a set tribunal date on which the Moderators of the schools shall decide the course of action to take depending upon the nature of the offense originally committed and the offense that was committed while under the probationary period.
This can result in another suspension from the schools for a longer period of time or indefinite expulsion from the schools.
- Once the probationary period is complete, the person(s) shall have their ID badge replaced with their normal one and shall be placed back into the Academy with their respective rank unless it was stripped due to the suspension.
