i am just learning to tarot readings myself but since i already tried it out and i doesn't seem that hard to me a agreed to teach you guys if you want to learn

Does a small deck from a book store count as Tarot cards?
Their rather small, so I was wondering.

i dont think size will matter but number of card would like mine has 72 cards in it so if its close to that i think you will be fine

Actually number of cards does matter. Tarot has a set number. 78. 22 in the Major Arcana and 56 in the Minor Arcana. If its not set up like that then its classified as an oracle deck.

that's not true because i just bought my tarot cards about a week ago from a Wicca store and it has 72 cards in it.

What is the deck called?
And I'm just pointing this out, that research is key. Just because you bought it from that store doesn't mean it is what it says it is. Publishers can mislabel things. Hell the deck I use for Cardomancy for a while was labeled as tarot through a translation error.

the deck is called dragon tarot and i'm sorry ur right it is 78 cards i messed up the number before

for this class you will learn to types of readings the basic and the advanced but first we will learn both meanings of the 78 cards because there are so many will will spread it out over the course of a few weeks today you will learn the first eight heart
the fool- divinatory meaning a new chapter opening in ones life: reverse meaning-dispersion of energy
