Bio: Rei was abandoned at birth due to her weak constitution as a baby. However, Rei was eventually found by Kaoru's mother and taken in. Thus, Rei began living amongst the Saga family. While living with them Rei opened up and became very close to the family, but was still an overall shy girl. One day, Rei was taking a trip to DWMA with Kaoru's sister, when she was returning from the trip, she was attacked by a mysterious man, who she later found out to be Xerxes, Kaoru's brother. Rei lost her left eye in a battle before he ran away. Upon discovering what had happened and who she had fought, Rei became quieter and didn't open up to many to people out of shock. Rei also became determined not to lose anyone close to her and prevent them from leaving her behind and alone ever again. When Kaoru's sister finally came back she took the two of them with her to DWMA. Later, she brought Rei to fix her eye and in the process Rei was given a new, partially magic eye that healed Rei's weak constitution and gave her a slightly enhanced reflexes. Rei now lives with the remaining Saga family in their home and trains to stay by them and to become strong enough so she won't have to lose anyone else that is close to her like she did with Xerxes and doesn't want to feel powerless.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Soul Shock: Rei sends her wavelength through her opponent to cause internal damage, by sending a pulse of highly condensed energy through the enemy’s internal organs.
+ Pace of the Growing Hurricane: Rei speed and power gradually increase over time and can give her the power to lift boulders or attain sonic speed. However, longer use of this wears her out faster. Also because of this, Rei is not very fast or strong to begin with. This is a passive ability, so Rei cannot stop this unless she stops fighting.
+ Opening of the Closed eye: Rei removes her eyepatch revealing a golden eye. This increases her abilities effects and increases her soul powers. It increases her speed by 10 fold and also allows her to forsee a movement 2 times out of every 5 posts.
+ All I See is You: Rei creates up to 4 solid copies of herself to attack or distract an enemy. However the copies must stay in a 5 meter radius of Rei or else they will lose their solidity. The copies disappear when hit, all copies disappear if Rei is hit.
+ The Angel's Vassal: Rei alters her soul to create pure white wings that enable flight and allow her to recover/ heal wounds at an enhanced rate. However, due to the energy needed to do this, Rei cannot maintain this for a long time.
+ Cancellation: Rei cancels out a move by sending an equal and opposite amount of energy from her hand or weapon. To do this, she must make physical contact with the attack, however the move does not physically harm her as she cancels what she touches, but it does drain her soul depending on how much it takes to block the move.
+ Flicker: When Rei is hit, her body is distorted by a slight flicker. Then she disappears from where she was and reappears up to 2 meters away from where she was. The damage done to her is reduced by half and her body still flickers. When hit while flickering, she takes double the original damage.

Personality: Generally very lazy, easygoing, shy, light-hearted and unsure of herself. Although, Rei is very caring, sweet, and generous to those she knows well and cares for. If someone really gets on her nerves, Rei can become very strong-willed and determined.
