Black Market

Basics:

Nickname: The Hood, Robot, other generic tech names.

Abilities/Skills: Hacking, high tech energy shields and weapons, Stealth tech
Weaknesses: Due to his high tech he needs a large power supply and can't use his powers for a long period of time, EMP bursts can short circuit his suit making him unable to fight if he doesn't block the blast, he is still human even if he looks like an Android/Robot and when he takes damage he still has to heal.

Biography
Mark had found the end of the heroes time a shame and decided to try and become one like Gotham's own Batman, but with no real form of income to buy the devices he needed, he stole blue prints by hacking online and tweaked them using his own computer genius. Now with the plans to make the suite he snuck into a factory and input his suite so that the machines would make it. Once done with that he left the factory and it exploded so that no one could find out anything he did there. He is currently the only hero he knows of defending the city and is running from the police since starting as a hero about a month ago. Who knows, he might have fans or hero followers.

Extra: Doesn't take off his suit even if he is out of power to anybody including the other heroes out of fear.

Abilities/Skills: 1) Light's Absent- Allows Ceilia to take away all the light from a small area from a very short amount of time.
Drawback- Uses most of her energy, mostly uses as a last resort/last ditch effort.
2) Dark Blast- Shoots dark bolts of energy at her aggressor.
3) Some what decent at hand to hand combat, terrible with weapons.
Weaknesses:1) A direct hit to the center of her mid back. A hidden birthmark lies there, when hit has the possibility to be fatal to her.
2) A jewel on her forehead helps keep her growing powers in check. With out it she could easily lose control and destroy herself.

Once a powerful champion on her home planet Silvercaste. After an invasion from another race most of the population was kill. Her race fought hard and managed to defeat their enemy. After the war the destruction was to much. The few that were left couldn't rebuild, because of her growing powers none of the other races could take her in. With no where else to go she found Earth after floating in space for so long. She doesn't understand the people or their culture, but she is able to stay unnoticed from her enemies here.

Biography
Flare is one of the upcoming heroes of Metropolis, sister city to Gotham. Growing up in the ghettos, Divinity trained and made a living by cage fighting while dreaming of joining the police force when she gets older. She heard about the troubles of the dark city and decided to join in, hoping to make a name for herself and rid the two cities of the decay that is villainy.

Abilities/Skills:
Bad Luck Waves: Can send out visible waves of bad luck (purple in her case). Causes bad luck to happen to whatever it hits, though with humans it's like getting punched (sends them flying). Bad luck usually takes the form of things breaking, but is not limited to only breaking things. (It's a form of Probability Manipulation).

Gymnast/Acrobat: Is very flexible and can move her body in anyway an olympic gymnast can.
Weaknesses: She does not have complete control over her bad luck, and sometimes gets hurt because of her powers occurring when she doesn't expect them to.

She relies heavily on her powers in a fight, so she's horrible in close combat.

Biography
Danica is the child of Jinx and Kid Flash, both former members of the Teen Titans before it disbanded. Having inherited her mother's powers, Danica was always troubled that having bad luck would automatically deem her "evil". Despite Jinx's words to her daughter, Danica's fears came true when her powers went berserk at school, injuring many. She ran away from home that night, afraid of upsetting her parents since her powers were 'evil'. Since that day, she's been living on her own, moving from one abandoned apartment to the next to keep away from the police and others.

Other: Despite being a villain, she only steals enough to survive, and keeps mostly to herself. Very conflicted about being a "villain".

Biography
Ecirp spent his childhood learning how to control his powers after he found out he was invincible to anything that came his way, weather it be guns or explosion. The only thing he found that could hurt him was sources of energy such as Fire, Electricity, or Pure Energy, but he could always just over power the fire if it came his way, or destroy the electricity with his own powers. He decided to spend some his days doing anything that could amuse him as he could obtain anything he needed to survive easily until he found out about Black Market who if was a real superhero could provide the ultimate enjoyment and escape from boredom.

Extra:He wants to face Black Market without any distractions so he can prove he is best and if he is defeated he will blame it on Black Market using some cheap trick or something else.

Other: He has never come upon Pure Energy like his own until he learned of Black Market so he doesn't know what it will do and it takes a lot of fire and electricity to over power him and Gold Kryptonite only weakens him like Green Kryptonite to Superman instead of removing his powers because he isn't a Kryptonian.

Biography
Jess is the granddaughter of Harley Quinn. Unbeknownst to the world, Joker and his faithful sidekick had a child together. To protect the child, the state took the Quinn baby from its deranged parents, to be raised in a healthy environment. Years later, Jess was born, a secret heir of a striking resemblance. She grew up normally, but while in college she took a course on historic villainy. Becoming engrossed with the history of these nefarious people, she took particular interest in the constant battles between Batman and Joker. More closely at the woman who seemed always at the villains side. Somewhere along the way, between her in depth research and the psychological profiling, she started to realize her connection to them. Feeling as if she had found her calling, Jess set out to do what her grandparents had tried. Her mission was simple. Show the people of Gotham that the government should not control them. That the only true way to freedom is through the needle of chaos.

Weaknesses: He is still mortal and will allow himself to be hurt in the attempt to murder others. He is psychotic and attached to killing to a fault using this to try and harm Black Market who he tries to kill by using others.

Biography
Cornelius grew up in a normal home for the most part, except that he didn't like others. He thought they were ignorant, idiotic, and to it was odd that they didn't believe the same as him. He didn't see value in others one day killing one he thought deserved it. The delight it brought was unthinkable and he was already smart as he had no friends, what use was there other than reading. He killed those around him and then walked to Gotham were he found the greatest goal of his life. To kill the Black Market.

Biography
Gray grew up a gamer and a recluse, not wanting anything from the world he found himself almost homeless until he encountered an owner of the Gray Lanturn Corps. After having sat next to the man for nearly three hours with the two only yawning and stretching, the man plopped the ring in to his hands and walked off. He now does what he wants and uses his ring for his own pleasure.

Other: The Gray Lanturn Ring is the strongest of the rings next to the White Lanturn, but due to the Apathetic nature of the user, the power tends to stay dormant and never used for good or evil.

Black Market had been on his patrol for the night and just got done tying up a few smugglers and left them at the place he found them before getting a signal of electronics going off at an alarming rate. He quickly made his way to the scene using his suit and found himself at a bank. Making his way inside he heard noise and ruffling of money, obviously a criminal, but on one was not normal so something had to be up, especially as to how whoever it was turned everything off and got past the security. He slowly made his way to where the person was and turned the corner to see someone grabbing a good bit of money and wearing cat ears.

Black Market aims his arm and fist out at the person and an iron man like noise from his wrist comes out as little sockets open up on the glove. They were Tasers, and pretty good ones too, even if they missed, they would shock the nearby areas. "I think you should put the money back and leave." He says with an Android sound coming out. Black Market was popular enough now that most of Gotham and even Metropolis knew of him, but the hero himself, didn't like the publicity as he was supposed to be stealthy meaning that he was becoming infamous like Batman, in a way it gave him confidence, but he knew now the police were after him and he wasn't sure being in a bank in the middle of the night with a criminal would be good. What if whoever this was hit a secret alarm and they were already on the way. "Please put your hands up and turn around slowly."

Black Market says nothing as she speaks at first and is happy to see her complying with his demands, not many criminals do so or act as calm as her.. or well is trying to as he couldn't really tell. As her arms lift into the air he sees her flick them only to have his entire body get sent flying back into a nearby ticketing booth by a purple light. She had hit him a little too hard, either because she was too nervous or meant, it but either way his suit wasn't too happy with him as his Tasers went back into the machine. He found out what caused the machines to die at least. He was a bit exited and nervous himself now, it was like his first night on patrol again, but this time instead of fearing weapons he is fearing superpowers. He slowly got back up and stared at her as his suit took in all the information it could such as height, hair color, eye color, and even pictures. He doubted he could get anything to find out who she was, but any evidence helps.

He now standing again looks at her and flicks his own two wrists up causing pistols to appear in both hands as though they formed from nowhere. This is where he truly got his name. Not only did Black Market take down arms sellers and drug sellers, he seemed to have an unlimited supply of illegal or advanced unknown tech you would only find in the Black Market. He shot both at her feet, though his targeting system was a bit off due to her bolt and it hit the wall so he turned it off to not accidentally hit her. He would aim manually. "...I take it you have a name as well?"

Black Market was surprised by this girls airs and knew she was planning on a run, especially as he had now set the alarm off himself. He tilts his head to the side as she speaks and teases him, but laughs slightly. He thought this was fun, he may not have super powers, but whoever this is, is making a show and still seemingly doing as she pleases. He didn't know what her power was yet exactly, but he didn't want to get hit again so when she turned around he was ready to chase only to see another bolt come towards him. He fires a at the bolt with his pistols which now shot energy blasts themselves and countered each other in mid air, leaving smoke, but Black Market didn't just stand there during his firing. He had moved towards her to try and get close as he moved out of the way of the bolt in case his attack on it failed.

Now a bit closer his pistols disappear as quickly as they appeared and a stun baton appears in his right hand as he starts to swing at her trying to incapacitate her. "You're a pretty kitty aren't you, but how does Black Cat sound?" He asks in mid swing trying to stop her movements and especially her escape. It would be sad to see her go to jail, but she was a criminal and he still had to get the money, so he hit a button on his belt with his free hand releasing a little propeller bot.
