Ganymede keeps a blog instead of a journal. His handwriting is terrible and later on he can't even read it himself, so he prefers to type. His blog has a purple layout, mixed with teal and black.

Ganymede is the classic Aquarius. He seemed emotionally detached and analytical of everything he encounters... but at the same time he's just so weird he can't possibly be as detached as he appears... right? Right. Ganymede, like most Aquarians, is fairly detached from everything but at the same time is so invested in it he freaks out if he gets too upset. He doesn't deal well with emotions, and once he gets upset it quickly spirals out of control because he often doesn't know WHY he's upset, which freaks him out more, and by freaking out more it just increases the freaking out... you see where its going. He prefers things to be logical, clean cut, emotions are messy and he doesn't like to delve into them too much... However he's highly introspective, when he's not upset beyond rational thought.

Ganymede is kind. He enjoys lending a hand to those in need, in whatever way they need. While he doesn't do well with emotional displays, he is willing to be that shoulder to cry on for any of his friends.

Aquarians often strive to understand themselves, so he spends a lot of time looking in on himself to figure out what sort of person he is...why he does this instead of that, or prefers things that way instead of this way. It makes it a lot easier for him to set clear boundaries with other people, and possibly give them advice on their own introspective adventures.

Despite all of that aloof intelligence, Ganymede is quirky as hell, and he likes to share that quirkiness. He'll arrange pillow fort battles or impromptu discussions on why belly button lint exists. All this strangeness makes him quite creative and knowledgeable.

Ganymede does not get attached to people easily, so he can be emotionally callous sometimes. He shows his affection in subtle ways, making it appear that he doesn't care too much about anyone at all.

Know him well enough, and he'll drop the filter entirely. He'll let you know exactly what he's thinking and he won't sugar coat it for your benefit... the thought is you know him well enough to know he doesn't mean harm by it... unfortunately that doesn't go according to plan most of the time...

♒ Family ♒  [Ganymede and his family live in a moderately sized house just outside of town, approximately 20 minutes from the academy by motorized vehicle. There's a small forest that's basically their back yard, where he spends a lot of time if he goes outside due to his bad reactions to sunlight.
