Here I will list the many battle grounds and dungeons that I have been to and the approximate level that you should be able to enter them. This doesn't mean that you can do the dungeons all by yourself.

When I mention a dungeon's level, I mean for the soonest you can enter it. The sooner you enter it, the greater the chance you will need others to help.

Any dungeon locations that I miss or their levels and someone else knows, please help me out.

Battlegrounds

The earliest level that these unlock is 10. However, if you want to really dominate, then enter your first one at level 14.

All battlegrounds give honor points, which can later be used for higher armor, weapons and items.

Here is the list of the ones I've been to:

Warsong Gulch - WSG
Arathai Basin - AB
The eye of the storm - EOS
Alterac Mountains

Dungeons

Probably one of the most important aspect of the game besides questing. Many people will rather do these than a battle ground or quests.

The reason for this is because of the items/loot you can get from the enemies in them. Plus, if you are in a guild, then there are bonuses you can get if you go as a guild group.

Also, please be aware that the earlier dungeons are faction specific so, some dungeons you may want to wait anyway so to not alert the opposing faction of a false danger.

Here is a list of the ones I've been to along with the location, faction, and approximate level.

The Horde

1. Ragefire Chasm: Ogrimmar - level 15+
2. Wailing Caverns: Northern Barrens between the Crossroads and Lushwater Oasis - 17+
3. Blackfathom Depths: Stonetalon Mountains - 19+
4. Shadowfang Keep: Silverpine Forest - 21+
5. Scarlet Monastary: Tirisfal Glades - 33+
6. Scholomance: Hillsbrad foothills - ???
7. Stratholme: Eastern Plaguelands - 47+
8. Blackrock depths: Blackrock Mountains - 55+
9. Onyxia's lair: Wyrmbog, Dustwallow Marsh - ???

My highest horde character is level 60, so these are the ones I can say I've been to or found. I forget what levels you need for Scholomance and I have never been in Onyxia's lair, though I found it. Help is required there for information.

The Alliance

1. The Deadmines: Moonbrook, Westfall - 15+
2. Shadowfang Keep: Silverpine Forest - 21+
3. The Stockades: Stormwind City, Elwynn Forest - 25+
4. Scarlet Monastary: Tirisfal Glades - 42+
5. Gnomeregan: New Tinkertown - 33+

Okay, I've been to more dungeons than this, but I am starting to feel sleepy. So, I will update this list in the next post.
