It had happened. Jason had wondered for some time when the golems would become available again, and once he had gotten word that a special W-golem was available to trainees, Zanth would just not shut up about being allowed one. He had ignored the fallen angel up untill the special day of Valentines day, when he began to beg Jason to 'let him out so he could help with solia and wo-ing her.'

Why Jason relented in the first place, he would never know. But after making a quick visit to the shops via portal, he was back with the valentine standard. A small box of chocolates, and flowers. Yes, he had flowers. Just a few roses.

As he walked out of the life labs with the weapon golem in toe, he made the audacious journey to the dorms.

"I hope these are okay..." He said for the 5th time. "I hope she likes them....w-what if she doesn;t like them? This is a bit much..I might scare her off."

"Somehow I doubt she would be so much as scared as she would want you in the sack,"

Turning to face his weapon, he put on his most promifent frown. It looked like he was pouting. "Zanthvos, you must behave. This isn't funny. Solia I...like her alot, and I don't want you frighten her."

"But of course." He replied with a toothy grin. Jason was frightened already.

By now Jason was outside her dorm room and gathering up the courage to open said door and to offer the flowers and chocolate to his crush. He could hear her saying something behind the door so he was sure she was in there.

It was simple. All he had to do was knock on the door, and when it opened offer her the flowers with a big grin and say 'Happy valentines day!'. And then they would hug...and k-kiss...and maybe even-

"I should go back to my room and rehearse what I'm going to say...yeah, good plan!" He back away from the door and was about to walk away when two arms wrapped around his midsection.

Oh, s**t.

" A rehearsal, eh?" Zanthvos said with a wicked grin as he nuzzled the crook of his neck. "Intriguing. Perhaps I can help you 'rehearse' a few lines myself. And a few moves in the bedroom." His hold tightened, and that resulted in the moon hunter yelping and pushing himself out of Zanth's grip.

"On second thoughts..." He muttered and, taking a deep breath, knocked on Solia's door.

As soon as the door was opened, Jason held up the roses and chocolates and was about to call out, but the door was slammed in his face.

...Awkward

"Wow, talk about being rejected." Zanth mused out loud.

Thankfully the door was opened up quickly, and he listened to her explanation. "Oh...I see..." It still didn't make things any less awkward for him. Not to mention he was still holding onto her gifts.

Remembering this, he held them to her. "Oh..er, Happy valentines day?"

It...looked like she liked the gifts. Jason was hoping she liked them, thought it was a little hard to tell. She appeared very flustered, thought he was sure his own cheeks were flushed as well.

"O-of course!" He stuttered out trying to reassure her but only making him look the fool instead. "I t-thought you'd like them. I mean, girls like these kind of things on this day, right?" Oh god he couldn't believe he was doing this. Giving flowers to a girl he liked. Only two years ago he was barely able to hold a conversation with one and now...

When the invitation was offered to come in, Jason nodded, but then felt himself being pushed in as Zanth took the que to make himself known. The moon hunter nearly fainted at the sight and had a few seconds to panic about what Zanth was going to do, when he nearly blanched as he walked straight up to Solia.

Oh god what was he going to do

"Ah, what a pleasant day to meet such a lovely young lady!" He greeted her with a bow, wings ruffling as he did so. "I do hope you enjoy the gifts that my friend here has given to you, I can assure you he spent hours thinking about what to give you on this occasion."

Jason just wanted to disappear right then and there.

"Ah, how rude of me!" Zanth appeared rather astounded he had forgotten to introduce himself. Or maybe he had planned it that way? "You would know me best as the sword that Jason wields in combat. And that one time by you of course"

With a sigh, Jason stepped forward to prevent Zanth from saying anything else. "This is Zanthvos, my weapon. He's very happy to meet you." Though he didn't sound all too happy. This changed in a moment as he smiled at Solia, doing his best to ignore the fallen angel in the room. "But I'm glad to know you liked the flowers and chocolates." Inwardly he was beaming. She liked them, she actually liked them!

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well." For all his perviness, Zanth always made a note to act formal and poliete to the opposite sex (at least sometimes. On this time he was pretty sure if he didn't Jason wouldn't be to impressed.). And while Jason sat next to Solia on the bed, he found himself a nice wall to lean on and watch the two be awkward with each other. It was better then skelevision could ever be.

And it appeared Jason found the wall just as interesting as Solia did, trying not to fidget as he sat on the end of the bed. "Thats perfectly okay. Y-you don't have to get me anything." He then quickly added on the end of that statement. "B-but if you want to then thats fine too!" Because it was rude to not accept someones gift.

"H-how has your day been?"

Yup, awkward all around.

Making him more food? Jason's eyes lit up at the idea of more chocolate caramel cookies. Because they were the bomb, especially when made by her.

"That would be great!" He replied with a wide smile, which faltered at her remark of being lonely. "Have you been spending your day all by yourself?" Being alone of valentines day could leave some people feeling down. "W-well, you don't have to worry, because....I'm here..." And he was totally the answer to her being lonely, yes, totally.

And then....oh wow

Jason's jaw nearly hit the bed at her sudden question at his sexuality. And he went rather red when he realized that she knew he had kissed a guy. How did she even find out?!

"No! Nononono I'm not gay I'm not gay I swear! I do like you and...well you see this guy he...walked up to me suddenly and before I realized what was happening he sorta..." His voice trailed off while his brain went into panic mode.

Zanthos meanwhile had a wing over his face, trying his best not to burst out laughing.

Don't worry Solia. It didn't sound dumb to Jason, as he was too buy saying dumb things himself. "I can assure you I'm not gay." Though Zanthvos coughing (which suspiciously sounded like 'bullshit'), resulted in a glare from the moon trainee before he turned back to see Solia in a midst of a mental meltdown.

Again, don't worry, he was about to follow

"...Uhh..." oh s**t oh s**t this was time to fess up, he had to grow a pair and say he liked her and it was important.he.didn't.screw.this.up

"I really like you! Like as in a...g.......g...."

"Come on Jason, you could do it!" Zanthvos clapped his hands together as if he was encouraging a puppy

"g.....Grlfriend!"

"Good boy Jason!"

Where had his dignity gone.
