Brief Description of your Pride/Pack: Deep in the forests of the Aberdare Range there is a pride of fey - cheetahs and leopards and lions. A pride of crafters and healers and shadowy fighters. A pride of mystery and wonderment. Find the if you can.... and dare.

Appearance

Most oldblooded members of the pride are lithe, tall, and fast. Their pelts are normally in greens and grays, best to blend into the shadows. The felines are unlike their flatland brethren they are more adapt at fast, precise movement and hair pin stops and turns. They are longer in limb and for the most part shorter in fur, except the mains and tails.

Cheetahs are the main body of the pride
Lions and leopards are not unheard of but not any of the higher classes nor prevalent

Behavior

The are rather reclusive and contained as a people but when they celebrate they go all out. Parties will always have a great amount of food and drink, both normal and fermented, dancing, music, and games. As a people they do not like to fight, they can but don't and only those who are trained extensively in the art of war are found to regularly fight/practice.

Marriage

A marriage is to be celebrated. When two decide to become one the whole pride rejoices although it is up to the couple whether a party occurs. Since there is no real deviation between genders same sex marriages are not seen as taboo, no one is 'the wife' while the other is 'the husband'. Divorce can occur when both parties believe it would be beneficial to move on. A short ceremony occurs where the wedding gifts, if they are given, are returned and the two who wed, normally clan elders, them sanction the split. This can be done OOC to accommodate lost players.

Birth

Each child is a blessing and the birth of said child is welcomed by the whole pride, regardless of the gender or species. Since there was a time when cubs were not blessed upon the pride each cub born is seen as special and is protected by the whole pride. When it comes to a cub-less couple adoption or suragasie is possible.

Names

Names are generally in elvish or latin.

Death
