Caeli

Caeli is located on top of a mountain near the edge of the Letor Mountains, and on foggy days the city appears to be floating in the sky. It is also Aria’s capitol, picked for it’s location that mostly only Air Elementals can reach.
Known for its extravagant, domed buildings, Caeli is home to all the Aria royalty, which creates a heavy air of aristocracy among the city dwellers. The higher you climb on the mountain, the more extravagant the buildings get. The nobles live towards the top of city and the royal castle sits on the very top of the mountain, looking over the rest of the city.
Though the mountain itself contains a small wonder. Cut into the very heart of the mountain, lies a massive library. Here, records of all trade within the nation is kept.

gaia_angelleft Kazeki (Zeki) gaia_angelright  Kazeki was walking down the street after returning from visiting Mali's shrine. She didn't have enough time to visit Maki's shrine because she knew if she did her teacher would be mad that she was late to class (as she was almost always). "If I'm late to another class my teacher will strangle me." She thought. She shuddered and instead of walking decided to fly. Their was a legal flying limit in populus places so she couldn't fly as fast as she was hoping. Also most of the upper class glided around anyways so it would be weird to them for her to walk. Even more so because she was a princess.

 ☆Tsukiko Ayama☆ Quicksilver of the Clouds The Quicksilver glided swiftly through the wind in the Aria Capitol. It was an amazing site, considering this is where the royalty of Aria stayed. Tsukiko saw them all as spoiled. It was true. They had everything handed to them on a silver platter, but Tsukiko had to work for everything. She bet that these spoiled brats hadn't worked at day in their life. Sighing, the assassin landed. Her amber and turquoise eyes scanned the area and she began to make her way through the capitol on foot. She was heading in the direction of the library. The Quicksilver hadn't known much about her own kind, so she figured a trip to the grand library in Caeli would do her well. Sighing, Tsukiko decided to grab a bite to eat first. She'd had enough money with her from her last assassination to buy a rather hardy meal...
When the food was placed in front of her the neko's eyes lit up with hunger. She ate quickly, making sure not to leave even a single crumb. Every meal was special, it would mean that you would not starve for a day. With the food done for, Tsukiko got up and continued her walk. "This place is certainly different from Hema Forest, nya.." she said, yawning as she padded through the streets.

Aysta flung open the glass doors to her balcony in frustration and walked over to the edge. It was a beautiful day outside. The wind blew warm sweet scents towards her from the city below. She watched as the people flew about and around the area accomplishing their peasant tasks. "If I can just find a good husband, this will all be mine." The sentence came out as a pout. She began scanning the area for attractive looking men, but to her dismay realized they were too far away to make a good decision. She frowned knowing that the search was pointless since no one down there was of a high enough prestige. She'd already been through almost every man in Aria of the right rank. "Guess I'll have to wait for the next soiree to find my prince. Until then I might as well put my other talents to use." She shrugged away from the balcony and floated back into her room, closing the doors behind her, and then headed into the heart of the castle.

☆Tsukiko Ayama☆ Quicksilver of the Clouds The Quicksilver continued to walk through the streets, before a female had asked to walk with her. Tsukiko turned to see who it was, and indeed it was one of the princesses here. Tsukiko huffed under her breath, rolling her eyes before turning to face the other female. "Nya, I don't really care. There's nothing wrong with walking, nya. Don't expect me to call you majesty though. Everyone is the same in my eyes...Nya." The Neko's tail twitched as she sniffed at the girl.

I won't tolerate the strong powerful bullies.
I won't defend the weak who have a I can't so I won't idea.
But I will have another chocolate espresso with a few marshmallows. ❞Eve sighed it's been another long day and work still had to be done. The politicians weren't making her job any easier and still refused to part with old arguments. Running a hand through her hair she sighed. What she needed was big enough black mail to force all of them to work. Of coures the odd of that happening were never. Then the issue of taxes and jobs, the over all economy. Thankfully the economy wasn't exactly bad but their was room for improvement. Problem was you can't rob peter to pay paul. With another sigh she took a look at her schedule she had to play doctor in a few moments.
In all honesty she was getting sick of this. All of the responsibilities, all the work. What did royalty do nothing. They lived merry lives letting us handel it. Clearly Eve was feeling bitter and right about now she needed to relax. So she went out into the town and just strolled for a bit. ❝If you have to ask,

☆Tsukiko Ayama☆ Quicksilver of the Clouds Tsukiko continued to walk before someone else caught her eye. An attractive young lady who seemed to be tired or at the least, worn out. The Quicksilver dashed over toward the other female who sauntered around town. "Nya, you there." she said, studying the female closely. The neko smirked before backing away slightly. "You look like you've been through a long day." she chuckled, floating in mid air above the woman who intrigued her so. Her tail brushed the top of the woman's hair before the neko floated back down in front of her. "Care to soar your worries away?"

Kinda creepy, but when she just kinda floats around and asked if Eve wanted to join; Eve gave a polite reserved smile and said "I would love to, but using that much energy tires me out fast, besides some worries just don't go away." Eve was a master at hiding discomfort and not for the first time she was glad she had that skill, after all you don't exactly agree when a random stranger wants to go flying. ❝If you have to ask,

☆Tsukiko Ayama☆ Quicksilver of the Clouds Tsukiko turned upside down while floating, still looking at the woman. "Ahhhh but you're hiding something, Nya.." she said with a chuckle. "Alright then. No flying. Maybe gliding?" she said, turning right side up, her tail brushing the side of the other female's face. It was true that Nekos really didn't have much care for personal space. She stuck her tongue out playfully before brushing her hand through the woman's hair.

Like most cats, she was playful and pretty much carefree, though she had a temper of her own. "Well, Name's Tsukiko. You may also know the name Quicksilver, the assassin~" she mewed, laying down in the air. "But I doubt you deal with low lives like myself, dear duchess." she chuckled, curling her tail around the woman's arm before letting go.

With a quite sigh she gave up on wondering where she's heard that name before. Though it was Quicksilver's next comment of calling herself a low life that really caught Eve's attention. She wasn't exactly concerned with what made Quicksilver think she was a low life but she was more concerned with "I doubt you deal with low lives" part. She wondered briefly if that was how the people saw her, a stuck up duchess who couldn't bother with her people. Not wanting to offend Quicksilver she asked "Why would consider yourself a low life, and what makes you think I'm like that?" The last part was said a bit more defensively than she would have liked. ❝If you have to ask,
