Bio: Juliana Vega is much like her brother Fabio. She was raised the baby girl of her family and as the baby she was always treated so much more special. Always showered with love and attention she knows no other way to live. Wise beyond her years thanks to her father’s business practices as well as her brothers street smarts. She is not to be taken lightly by any means. What she lacks in strength and size she makes up for with a sharp tongue and cleverness. While she was treated like a princess and not allowed much physical activity. Her brother was always willing to show her whatever he learned with Fencing. It was all in the name of self-defense. It was amazing how well one could disable someone else with a stick, cane, or umbrella with a few fencing techniques. Fabio wanted to make sure she could protect herself above all should her body guards fail. She moved to America at the age of eleven leaving her brother Fabio behind around the time he became fascinated with ‘Meisters’. A little thing about Juliana that no one was aware of was she was in possession of a particular skill. The reason it was never expressed or talked about was because it was unknown even to her. As a lady she was never allowed to partake in such crude things. Yet, it was in America that she realized it existed. She had something that could be explained as “Photographic Reflexes”. Whenever she saw something performed from a sword style and a martial arts technique she could replicate it. It wasn’t just things like that it ranged from sports, to tricks, anything as long as she could study it visually long enough. Through phone calls with Fabio she was slowly learning more about what Meisters were and that one of their parents had to be. It must’ve been there father as their mother was much too timid to be a fighter. She was curious about the things she was learning from him and decided to try it for herself. Not having anything to go on but word of mouth it took her the next couple of years to even discover any of her meister related abilities. When she was fourteen she heard that her brother would be coming to America. Full of curiosity and desire to see her beloved older brother she took off from her all girl’s boarding school to hop a flight to death of life valley. If her brother was to attend a school that would make him leave their fabulous home in spain then this school had to be the best to learn from. It would be a dream to study alongside her big brother.

+ You will kneel (Soul Force): The technique is a form of self-resonance. By resonating with one's own soul the user can drive their own soul wavelength directly into an opponent's body through a physical strike on them. The incompatible Wavelength can cause strong direct and internal damage
+ Apple of my Eye: Juliana uses her abnormality to her advantage. Her photographic reflexes allow her to study and watch the opponent giving her great insight to the enemy repertoire, thus allowing her to respond with appropriate measures with the least effort involved.
+ Feisty Rabbit: This ability allows Juliana to be able to face much bigger and deadlier opponents. Much like a cornered rabbit she gains heightened speed and strength to fight for her life or to allow her to fight so that she may run away. Used in conjunction with her photographic reflexes it makes this insignificant adrenaline boost far more calculated and effective.
+ Sforzando: Much like a sudden strong note with great emphasis such is this technique performed. Juliana enters a self-resonance state to allow her to extend her arm and form an umbrella like shield that rotates in place to defend her from magic, wavelength projection, and physical strikes. By using both arms to make the shield she uses twice as much wavelength to strengthen it. As it is meant to be sudden and emphatic it only lasts a short while so it’s not a lasting effect.
+ Broken Heart: Using her intellect on simple human anatomy as well as a style studied through photographic reflex. She knows how to locate pressure points of the human body to strike and disable soul wavelength flow to specific parts of the body. This is done by hitting the pressure point and injecting a dose of her incompatible wavelength into their bodies to cause temporary wavelength stasis.
+Angel Heart: By the power of youth, beauty, and divine grace that Juliana is protected by her own soul wavelength. This prevents her from being the victim of life force drain.
+By my brother’s honor: Juliana takes a technique used by her brother as an homage to Fabio. She takes the principles of Bloody Sky Dance and Bloody step and uses it into her own advantage and combination attempts. Unlike her brother her photographic reflex makes her superior in usage as she can predict more thoroughly where the opponent will go thus making it deadlier and more precise.
+Flight of the Valkyries: Juliana breaks down her soul wavelength to create a wave of copies. Each copy created holds every bit of the skill, talent, speed, and styles of the original. They are perfect in every way. Since she has to divide her soul wavelength between each one to make one it cuts her power in half. To make three it cuts her power into thirds. To make four it cuts it into fourths and so on up to a maximum if ten. She is aware that this makes her weaker but it is meant to tease, taunt, confuse anger, disorient, and overall throw the opponent off their game. Since each is perfectly represented it is difficult to tell the original apart from the others even by way of soul perception.
Personality: Juliana is everything her brother is except probably worse. Like Fabio she’s snobby, stuck up, arrogant, cocky, and spoiled so rotten to the core. She believes that she is the princess only true princess in the world and as such she should be treated with utmost respect. Despite seeming highly selfish and uppity she is a very sweet and gentle young girl. This side of her is very very difficult to bring out and is only truly shown to her brother. It would require lots of time, determination, tolerance and trust by any other person to get to this soft center of her tough exterior. Especially since she sees most people as "toys to play with".
