Below the edge of the mountains, before you reach the forest path, there is snowy alcove dug into the side of the rock. It isn't too large, but it has a few spaces for seating and tables made out of ice, all seemingly made by hand by Pokemon of that area.
It was late in the afternoon when Loki decided to visit this particular spot to check on few old friends who had taken up roost there not too long ago. He had arrived with gifts, only to be greeted by disappointment, his friends had gone out for the evening and wouldn't be back until it was very inconvenient for him to be there. It would be far too dark for him to travel back up the slopes by then, which would be incredibly dangerous for him to attempt. Sorrowfully, he set the gifts down on one of the ice tables and sat down upon a pile of snow. One of the gifts opened and jingled, revealing a hand made wind chime underneath the neatly wrapped paper.
"I can't just leave these here..." He sighed. "They could get stolen... Ugh.. What am I going to do?"

Pyry had decided to go exploring a little. He was growing more confident with his abilities that he knew though Escher told him he needed to learn some new things. Not that he'd really bothered yet, but in time he would.
For now, he was enjoying the fact it was nice and icy cold, snow piled up and icicles hanging from trees and such. It was perfect weather for him, and not for the first time he marveled at the fact Escher was able to handle the cold weather so well.
He'd been skipping at this point, mostly so he could hear his plethora of bells jingling. He never did find the one he'd recently lost but he'd mostly gotten over it. Still he kept checking those he did have to make sure he didn't lose any more.
Though as he went, he thought he saw someone and he stopped and walked slowly, trying to be quiet as he looked the child over curiously from behind a tree, watching silently.

Loki hadn't been sitting for more than a moment before he was startled by the a ringing sound. He jumped up from his seat and peered over his wind chimes, only to lean backwards and blink in confusion. They weren't the source of the sound! Icy blue ears arched upwards and twisted around as he tried to locate the sound again. At first the sound was loud, then it gradually got softer until it stopped completely, which fascinated Loki. What had been making that noise?
"Is anyone there...?" He asked, uncertain if he was going to get an answer or not. "If there is, why are you ringing bells...?"

He was still watching in quiet fascination from behind the tree, glad he was mostly hidden behind it as he studied the boy, and the situation in general. The boy jumping up semi startled Pyry, but he stayed put.
The questions brought a slight smile to his lips, and he couldn't help but lightly wiggle his ankle the sound of bells ringing out again. Then he was creeping away quietly to another spot....and there went his wrist shaking. He crept off a distance again and there went the bells again...following by the sound of a giggle.
Glowing blue eyes peeked out then staring quietly at the other child...and he wiggled his arm again the bells sounding.

Now Loki had all but delved into curiosity. The ringing was moving around! He peered around and leaned forward in an attempt to find the source of the sound. Deep blue eyes fixated on one spot, then darted to another, and then to another, and then blinked in confusion. Was that a giggle? Someone was playing with him! Well, he'd just have to play along!
A bright smile crossed his features and he wandered back over to his wind chimes. Carefully, he took one of his creations out of it's packaging and wiggled it around, creating a whimsical tinkling sound. Then, he moved to hide behind a tree, swinging the wind chime while he kept an eye out for his "playmate."
"Ring ting ting, do I have an echo?" He called out, giggling.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh bells! His eyes went oh so wide in surprise at the chimes. They looked and sounded SO pretty!
The jingling was listened to and he wriggled his arm again, bells on his wrist copying the melody that the other kid had played, another giggle coming from him as he played along. How neat to be playing with someone!
"Echo! Echo!" the words called out with a laugh.

Loki grinned, there was someone there! An unusual feeling of excitement filled his body. He hadn't played like a kid in so long! It seemed like so long ago that he was a little Eevee playing games with his siblings, he thought he had forgotten how to play! He wiggled the wind chime again and laughed.
"I thought I heard an echo!" He exclaimed, peeking out from behind the tree. "My name is Loki! Who is this calling back to me?"

"Echo!"
Pyry giggled again and came out from where he was hiding his bells jingling and jangling and he stood there staring at Loki with a smile on his face watching the other kid.
"I'm Pyry. Pretty bells." he was pointing to the wind chimes with a brighter smile, his own jingling. "I like bells!" as if this wasn't readily apparent. "I've never seen any like that. May I look closer?"

Loki grinned and popped out from behind the tree, happy to greet his playmate. He admired Pyry's bells and his glowing eyes before jangling the windchime again.
"This is a wind chime!" He replied. "And of course! I made several over here on the table if you'd like to see them all!"

"Wind chime?"
He came out from behind the tree and nodded, a curious look on his face as he came closer. "It sounds like bells..."
He was confused really, but he was still smiling, he did love the sound! "You made them? How?" Oh look, his eyes were bright with excitement at the idea he could make things that made the noise he so loved!
