Exams shall start Wednesday, and are open to anyone and everyone who cares to attend, regardless of rank or affiliation. This does include missing-nin, if they wish to try to make amends for past misdeeds. The same character can't participate in the simultaneous SL event, though, so choose wisely!
Sign-ups will last until the day of the exam. Once it actually starts, no latecomers are allowed.
