Backstory: Born in the brilliance of a summer evening, Verão came into this word amidst the reveling of the longest day of the year. Summer solstice. The summer clan of the fae herd couldn't have been happier. Surely this child would bring them glorious luck and extended seasons in her future. Believing in their superstitions and traditions, Verão was removed from her parents and raised by the highest of the summer clan herla. The child never knowing of anything other than the revels of summer. No matter the season, they taught her to be happy and embrace the fun and chaotic nature of life. It was their belief that the clan could only be as happy as their ambassador of summer, and she was to make the happiest of all.
Personality: Verão is true to her season, full of life and revel. Never allowed to form lasting bonds with her parents, she turned to loving everyone instead.All herla of her clan were just as important to her as her own life. They were all apart of the happiness she grew up in and she hoped to give them summer upon summer of lasting fun. What happened in summers past or what was to happen in summers future was just that. That future and past. She could only live in the sun's present rays and soak in its warmth as she dreamed of flying with the birds on high and singing their songs.
But while summer is beautiful and filled with dancing and laughter...it can also be volatile. While her clan has done everything to keep her happy, they know that eventually change or another herla will strike her nerves. For if they do...they fear the naivety and happiness they raised her in won't give her the tools to deal with it.

Powers: Their own ambassador to the sun, Verão holds its rays within her very heart and soul. While she can not call them to the extremes of solar flares, they never leave her side. While hot or warm to the touch at all times, she has a very high metabolism and will get winded if she doesnt replenish the energy used, for example by eating alot. Verao is also unable to touch herla with any hold to winter or ice. Cold burns her as heat would any other. She can also warm small bits of air around her people in the winter to lift spirits. The area is very small and dissipates quickly. After using this abilty she becomes very faint.
