In nature, tigers were known for their majestic beauty, their unrivaled prowess, and their deadly stealth. They were admired, feared, hunted and even worshipped, for all of these traits. Too bad the same couldn't be said for the Senshi of Tigers. Eternal Sailor Tsui seemed to take only one aspect from the sphere she was given, as she had grown quite strong in her year long stint as a Senshi. Her attacks resembled that of a tiger's pounce, strong and precise, meant immediately for the kill (or, in Tsui's case, the momentary paralysis as it never truly killed another Senshi or Negaverse officer, though youma easily fell victim to her pounce). Unfortunately, Tsui lacked their majestic beauty and grace, as well as their stealth, as she seemed to storm around Destiny City more akin to that of a rampaging elephant, causing nothing but destruction and misfortune everywhere she went. And it wouldn't have bothered the Tsui of old. Do whatever she needed to do to get the job done, screw the consequences. But now that she had gained Eternal status, she had become painfully aware of her strength and her thoughtlessly destructive ways. She was going to change that. Today, the Tiger senshi found herself in a garden of sorts, a pretty big one, and her goal was to try to be more... 'tiger like'. Her lesson today was to practice stealth and the first lesson of stealth was to tread the path as silently as possible. She knew how delicate some plants could be, thanks to her job, but it made for perfect practice, and she looked for a good place to start, keeping her senses on alert for any chaos or order auras that would interfere with her training. Bluefire Dragonz Labeling it as a ??? temporarily because I couldn't remember if we wanted to do a reg or battle. XD Just let me know which one you need!

Enter, stage left...
Ida scuffed her delicate-looking orchid shoes in the grass as she entered the garden, her hands on her hips and her eyes on the ground. This patroling thing was really not going very well... either she found nothing for hours, or she ran into a big youma that nearly chomped her. It was... frustrating, to say the least.
Sailor Ida felt keenly how incredibly new to this whole thing she was and not for the first time she wished she knew more senshi. The whole thing was so secretive... in her civilian life, everyone in her neighborhood knew the high schooler by face and name. She could strike up a conversation with anyone and knew what to do in just about any situation... but as a senshi? She felt terribly alone and more than a little at a loss for what to do now.
What was the whole purpose to her even being a senshi? There was obviously lots of people who could do this 'job', as Chaonis had informed her.
It was these thoughts that had her occupied now, taking a break from a fruitless patrol. She'd been ranging farther than her neighbor hood lately, looking for something, anything to start filling in the blank spots.
(( a sparring match would be great, but if that's not how the rp goes its fine. <3 no need to force it ))

At first, Tsui thought that her stealth training would have to be put aside, as she immediately sensed the Order aura when it was close enough to her. It wasn't a strong aura, but it was definitely a Senshi's aura, and Tsui curiosity began to get the better of her as she stood in the corn stalks. 'Likely a newbie, just awakened and silly enough to do her patrols on her own.'It was only a year ago that Tsui was a basic senshi, and she really couldn't have judged the poor Senshi harshly, given that she -still- did her patrols alone most of the time. But Tsui had experience, and she had scars to show for it, and she bore those marks of shame as a mark of pride as well, to show others just what they were getting into when they were signed up for this gig. So, Tsui was willing to put aside her quest to better herself for the night for the sake of her duty as an Eternal senshi, to spread the knowledge of what it was to be a Senshi and help better her court, one newbie at a time. However, the playful part of her wanted to have a little fun, and she remained hidden in the corn stalk, knowing that soon, the other Senshi would be able to sense her. After all, she was an Eternal... surely even basics could feel if one was nearby. 'Let's see if I can get a little jump out of 'em... it'll certainly teach whoever it is a lesson!'

Some practice was in order and Ida flipped her phone open, pulling up the database as she found a convenient place to sit.
She read over the entries she had found, processing what other senshi had learned and decided to share. Her big thing right now was being able to sense energy signatures. It seemed like a useful tool and a few of the people she had met had demonstrated their own aptitude in it. Ida hadn't had particular success with it yet, but practice makes perfect.
Tucking her phone away, the flower senshi straightened up in her seat and... opened herself. It was getting easier the more she did it and she was finding that she could distinguish signatures better... and she practically fell over when a shining aura bliped loud and bright in her mind, and very, very close. Oh, crap...

Tsui wasn't expecting to get as close as she did, and it took much, much of her considerable willpower to hold in her laughter at the sight of poor Ida falling over from where she was seated. At least her training in stealth hadn't been a total waste, Tsui thought, even as she blew her own cover and stepped out of the corn stalk for the other Senshi to see her in full. "Sorry about that," Tsui said, hoping that her urge to laugh didn't trickle too much into her voice as she moved to help her up. She held a hand out to Ida, trying her best to appear strong and confident, despite the little 'prank' she just pulled. After all, Tsui was suppose to be an example now, and pranking your allies would have likely been considered inappropriate behavior for an Eternal. "I was practicing my stealth and apparently I got too deep into the part." With her free hand, she motioned to the stripes in her attire, as she introduced herself. "I'm Eternal Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers. Don't worry... my claws are only for the enemy."

Ida blew out a breath as she reached up to tuck her hair behind her ear, feeling foolish as the other senshi stepped out of hiding.
"Geez... you really startled me. I'm going to have to practice that sensing auras thing more, I can't believe I didn't sense you right away." She said, taking the offered hard. The woman seemed nice and she let her pull her up, reaching back to brush the grass off her skirt. She shuffled a shoe a little shyly as she removed the dirt, feeling just a little embarrassed.
"I'm still kind of new at this... I'm Sailor Ida, senshi of Orchids." She introduced herself, offering a smile of greeting.
"I didn't expect to find a tiger in a garden." The idea gave her a little giggle and she clasped her hands behind herself, rocking on her heels. "But I'm practicing too, so I guess this is a good place for it."

Now that she was no longer in 'stalk' mode, Tsui gave Ida a good look over, and while she herself wasn't one for admiring appearances, even before she found her Sutai, she did find the Senshi of Orchids to be adorable and elegant at the same time, if that made any sense. She was going to apologize again, but Tsui refrained- after all, what if she was a Negaverse officer, or a member of the Dark Mirror Court? This sullied her good mood, though it wasn't enough to make her completely uninviting, as she tried to address Ida in a friendly, but serious manner. After all, it was for her safety, and it was Tsui's job as an Eternal rank to help others. A job that Tsui was determined to take seriously. "You'll be surprised what else you'll find in gardens, or anywhere, in this city. I can't even begin to tell you how often youma take the disguise of cute little animals, only to try and snap your hand off when you get too close," Tsui said, recalling at least three from her experience, maybe even more. It was a vice for her, anything animal in appearance, but she at least hoped she wised up within the past year. "Not to mention Negaverse agents that command them- they get an unfair advantage and can teleport once they reach a certain rank. One of them could have been hiding in this garden, and trust me, they wouldn't have been content to give you a little scare and run off." She might have allowed too much bitterness to trickle into her voice, and before Ida could think that she was angry at her, she gave a beaming smile and decided to jump at the opportunity for a training session. "But that's okay, because you eventually sensed me, and I'm sure that if you had sensed someone of Chaos origin, you'd be more aware. How new are you, Ida? Do you feel comfortable enough to fight if it came down to it?"

Embarrassed, Ida shuffled her foot again, looking down at the grass. Yeah, she should really pay more attention to her surroundings, but... she was trying, at least. She might never be very good at it, but she would never stop trying.
"I've only been a senshi for a couple of weeks now... I've been doing regular patrols, but its hard by myself. A lot of the youma are stronger than I am. I've gotten pretty good at running away when I need to." She said softly, feeling a little bolstered when Tsui beamed at her. It helped to know the older senshi wasn't mad at her or disapproving. "I've fought a couple of youma already. I had to fight one the first time I transformed, to save Poseidon and myself. My attack isn't very strong though."
It also wasn't very accurate, but at least with most of the youma she had come across, it got the job done.

It was hard to not boast in front of the new Senshi, as Tsui had a want to do. It was just in her nature to want to brag about her own (mis)adventures, whether it be to show off or to truly teach a lesson. Tsui knew that, as an Eternal, she had to set examples for others to follow and be that mentor figure they looked up to, but she saw a bit of herself in Ida. She was new to the war, willing to do what she felt she needed to do, regardless if she was good at it, except unlike Tsui, Ida seemed to have a good, solid head on her shoulders. Which was something that Tsui lacked, even with her experience, but she tried not to let any of that show. Nope, she was the Eternal Senshi of Tigers, and tigers made a conscience effort to never expose any glaring flaws or weakness (though Tsui did little to hide the scars from her waist). "Well, we all got to start somewhere, and starting in the middle of a battle is the best and worst way to go about it. Best because you're already knowing what you're getting yourself into, but worst because... well, you're being attacked by a youma." Hearing Ida's recount reminded her of a few youma battles that went awry, and Tsui was always thankful to have been blessed with a rather useful attack, as not only was it offensive, but it had propelled her out of harm's way in a jiffy. She could have drowned poor Ida with all the stories, but she figured that the Senshi of Orchids would either grow bored halfway through or completely lose whatever interest she'd have from the more harrowing accounts. "What's your attack like? If you want, I can help you practice with it! I'm good at fighting, despite what the battered clothing and scars tell you!" Tsui may have been an advocate for the White Moon Court, but that didn't make her like the occasional scuffle any less. It was a vice, but one that could be used to her advantage during times of war, and the White Moon Court needed all the help it could get! Bluefire Dragonz Went ahead and changed it to a battle, if that's okay? ^_^ Tsui loves sparring!

"That would be wonderful!" Ida said as she clasped her hands together, almost bouncing on her toes. Finally... someone who could show her how to do things the right way, rather than the 'by the seat of your pants' way she'd been doing things up until now.
"Well, my attack involves throwing out a handful of petals that appear in my hand and they turn into these little needles of light and shoot forward towards whatever I'm facing. Its kind of a spray, so its really hard to aim it anywhere but straight ahead and it covers a bit of area, so I can't choose to not hit something if its in the way. Its also sort of short range, the needles disappear after about six feet." She said, pantomiming throwing her hand out in a sweeping motion, like she was throwing bird seed or something. "I can only do it twice though... I get exhausted after the second time. Luckily, the first time I found that out, Sailor Pandora was there and took out the youma for me."
"... I seem to have that happen a lot where someone has to save me from a sticky situation." She said at the end, making a face.

Tsui rather liked her enthusiasm, and it was contagious as she almost wanted to bounce along with her. There was something about Ida that reminded her of a certain little someone that made her heart all aflutter, but she had to put a lid on the thought before it got too far. Now was no time to be thinking about Sutai! Today she had official Eternal Senshi business, and she was determined to stick with it! The Tiger senshi made an interesting face when Ida explained her attack to her, and while she could imagine it in her head, she would have wanted to see a physical demonstration of it. Though, perhaps not necessarily against herself. Eternal rank she may have been, but a masochist she was certainly not! "Well, sounds like you have a good idea of what to expect with your attack. Most Senshi don't really know all the fine print that comes with it, and pages have to wait until their Squires before they get to use any magic," Tsui said, giving her arms a stretch and loosening her muscles. "And don't worry about that whole 'someone else saving the day thing'. We're all on the same team, and though some of us are prideful, myself included, there's nothing wrong with receiving help from others. If you ever need help, don't be afraid to ask me... I promise, I won't even give you a hard time! I promise!" Tsui could name a few occasions where someone came to her aide, and vice versa, but she wasn't willing to share her old war stories just yet. Ida seemed more interested in learning to fight, not hear her shenanigans! "So you've fought youma before. How about Negaverse officers? Or a corrupt Senshi? The Negaverse is all about hand to hand fighting and weapons, whereas the Corrupt senshi can use magic. Which one you want some training with?"

Unaware of how much she was like another girl Tsui knew, Ida was simply herself, open and genuine.
"Oh... well, I suppose that would explain what happened that time Pandora saved me from the Youma. I was hiding and stumbled into what I think was a Page. I tried to get her to help me, but she claimed she didn't have any powers. I guess that makes sense. That was where I found out I could only do it twice. I found out the hard way too how far it can go... that was a sticky situation afterwards and I ended up running away from the youma." Reaching up, she ran her fingers through her hair in remembered frustration. "I didn't like leaving that monster running free, but there wasn't anything I could do about it."
The offer of help was greatly appreciated and it brought a smile back to Ida's face. "I haven't met anyone but Senshi and Pages... all I know is the stuff on the database on my phone. I could probably use training in all of it, but I'm not sure where to even start. As a civilian, fighting was never something I did... I wasn't even into sports."

"Nothing too wrong with running from a fight," Tsui said, though months ago she wouldn't have agreed to such a statement. Maybe it was her own experiences that taught her this lesson, or maybe other Senshi and knights' warnings had finally begun to seep into that thick skull of hers. Either way, she couldn't condone anyone for running from a fight, especially if they knew they couldn't win. "The fact that you had the wit about you to know when to back down already puts you one step ahead of others..." Herself included, but Tsui wasn't going to be quick to mention that. The Senshi of Tigers would have to revel in this role of mentor, and part of that was keeping the student motivated to do his or her best. Some people could do the tough love bit well, but Tsui wasn't one of them. She was more straight forward and focused on the good aspects first, and she could see some honest potential in Ida. And Tsui knew of only one way to help bring that out, and that was to teach her to defend herself. "We can start with learning the basics of hand-to-hand fighting, that way to can conserve your energy for when you think you're going to need to throw your attack. So, until then, your fists and legs are your weapons, and I can help with that!" Tsui took a combative stance but didn't approach yet. Instead, she was going to give Ida the chance to attack first, just to get a good idea of where she was offensively. "Try to hit me!"

"Oh... okay." Ida said as she backed up a little to wait for instruction. This all had a foreign sort of feeling for her, as someone who did little in the way of physical activity that didn't involve lifting and carrying or cleaning... or running. She'd gotten decently good at that, at least.
She started when Tsui commanded her to hit her, breaking out in a nervous giggle. "I don't know if I can! What if I hurt you? I'll feel like an idiot... or I might fall on my face and then really feel stupid. Besides, you're not a bad guy..." Ida had thought they'd just... go through the motions. Or use a dummy or punching bag or something. Not that there were any of those out here, but still. Hit the other senshi? Attacking something was awkward enough, but someone she liked?
"I... don't know if this is going to work..." She said, suddenly feeling disappointed in herself. She really was useless when it came down to it. Couldn't even train right... "I'm not any good at this."

Tsui had met many people, of various factions, and each one was different and unique in their own way. She had met White Moon senshi that enjoyed fighting, even some more extreme than herself, and she had also met some kind hearted Dark Mirror Senshi, or resilient to fight Negaverse agents. Still, it surprised her how different everyone was, and she tried not to think ill of Ida for her doubt. She simply wished that she was a better teacher than she was, and how to properly address something like this. "It's okay. I'm no good with thinking ahead or talking diplomacy, or even thinking, really," Tsui said, straightening up and hoping to relieve some tension in the other Senshi by doing so. She wanted to prepare her for the war, not scare her out of her wits! "But that's what there are others out there to help me with that, and my way of giving back is to help them and others like you in defending yourself." At least that's how Tsui liked to see it. For every fighter, there was a strategist, as well as a peacekeeper, but even ones who sought peace would have to learn to protect themselves. "I don't know a lot of things either, despite my rank, if that makes you feel any better. But what I do know is that, at some point in time, you're going to have to fight. Either for yourself, or to protect others, and when that time comes, there are enemies on the other side that won't let you hesitate. There's enemies on the other side that'll tell you they want peace, to make you drop your guard, and when you do, that's when they'll strike." She knew of this last part all too well, but she tried not to let it completely dampen the mood, and she tried to combat the dark feelings that came with those memories with a bonafide Sailor Tsui smile, missing tooth in the back and all. "Don't worry about hurting me. I've been through a lot, and I'd gladly do it again if it meant to help others. I don't want to see anymore friends die at their hands, so I want to do whatever I can to keep you all safe. I can't be there all of the time, but I can at least make sure you can fight, if running away isn't an option."
