"Dom, wake up! Come on, we're heading out!" Kavanna said, knocking and entering her sons room in the early hours of the morning.
"This early?" he asked, surprised and not willing to fully get out of bed quite yet.
"Yes this early! Now get up and come down for breakfast!" she said, leaving the room and going downstairs.
Damian groggily made his way out of his warm bed and out of his room. The cold hard floor did not help the fact that he had to get up. The cold wood upon his bare feet was a shock. Grabbing his scepter off the bedside counter, he rubbed his eyes and made his way down the stairs, yawning as he entered the kitchen.
His mother was already ready to leave out the door. "Now hurry and eat so we can get going." she said, becoming rather impatient for her son's laziness in the early morning.
He plopped down in a seat, setting the scepter next to him. He pulled the plate closer to him and began to eat as quickly as possible. Every bite he took seemed to wake him more and more. By the end of the meal, he was fully ready to take on the day. And so they left.

A few hours had passed and they were in the middle of the ocean. Kavanna wasn't used to swimming too much, even though Damian did it daily. She stood in the boat and said, "Alright, we're here. Our Peisio hunting ground. We just wait for one to come to the surface for air and attack when we see it. You have your water and I brought some leaves, so we should do just fine."
A smile lit up on his face. Oh boy! he was finally going to witness a battle with a dragon for the first time. And he even got to help! This was going to be exciting!
Time went on and finally, out of the water a few yards away burst forth a Peisio Dragon into the air. Kavanna caught sight of him and began to throw her magical leaves at him one by one. Each leaf hit the dragon, stunning him a bit. Finally, he realized what was going on and began to spray water from his mouth right at the boat.
Damian was able to shield themselves from the immense spray by bringing a wall of water forth and blocking it's harsh blast. A few trickles of water managed to get by, but for the most part, the water wall was fully capable of holding it's own.
"Alright Dom, blast him now and distract him!" she called from the one side of the boat.
From the other, Damian did just as instructed. Taking a whip of water, he blasted it towards his opponent, smacking him right in the face. Obviously it didn't hurt the dragon much at all, just made him more angry and made him fly straight for the boat.
Kavanna was ready, however, and prepared a Poison Bomb; blowing the Ysali poisons into her hand, a dark green ball of swirling magic formed and as the dragon approached, she threw it as hard as she could right at him, blasting him in the face, knocking him back into the water.
A few seconds later, a coughing, obviously stunned dragon burst forth. It was as though his throat was closing up and he could barely breath. Just a simple Razor Leaf was all that was needed, and Kavanna took care of that in an instant. The neck was sliced and blood poured out over the water's surface as the dragon came crashing down. Light shown under the water and to the top floated two Dragon Soul Orbs which Damian gathered using his water bending. Kavanna took one, as did Damian and the two returned home.
