I decided making this a learning/study group would benefit all of us

we will need teachers for each of the fallowing subjects(suggest anything i may leave out)
astronomy: Ren Lehcrow spells: Dreams and Vissions: Mis. Feathers herbs:Tabitha Twain psychic healing biggrin amiana Freesia History: Sanguina Cruenta Stones and Crystals: Tabitha Twain and Okami
if you want one of these claim it and i will put ur name in that space teachers will discuss schedules with one another on which day which classes will be taught what time and they are in charge of making their own forum. also teachers will decide what you will need for their online class(notebook, pencil, textbook,book,ect..) and may give class work and homework assignments as they see fit.

I think it might be difficult to convey accurate academic information in a role play setting. Especially on topics like witchcraft and religion, since certain aspects of them might feel like fantasy to some people already, it might be hard for readers to separate the actual informative content from the game play.
I say make this EITHER an role play, OR a learning group. But not both in one.

As guild Captain, that's up to you.
Did you create this guild to have a fun hang-out? Or did you make it to be an academic discussion group?

Of course we can do both.
There's no need to do them both in the same thread, though. There is no limit to the amount of threads that can be made in guilds. You can have a separate thread for anything you want. No need to combine unrelated subjects to save space.
EDIT: Just saw that you decided on a learning/study thread. May I post a book list?

-I-Damiana Bloodraven-I- i was thinking about teaching spells but ive only been practicing for 6 years so i wanted some advice on like should i wait for someone more experienced or teach spells temporarily? The thing wish spells is, they usually work best when they've been written/created by the one casting them. Using someone else's spells doesn't always turnout how they planned.
I'd suggest instead of teaching spells, teaching HOW to MAKE spells. The different kinds of spells, spoken, chanted, sung, rhyming, non-ryming, those that require circles, those that don't, those that require alters or offerings, those that don't, tools, ingredients, etc. There's an old adage, "If you give a man a fish, he will eat for a night. If you teach a man to fish, he will eat all his days." The same principal applies to teaching spellcraft.
