Powers: The power to create strong gust of winds and tornadoes. He can control the winds by will (with help of his necklace) but his ability could be affected by his emotions.
Gale - His basic wind damaging attack that causes slight damage to the opponent.
Gale Storm - He creates several Gale attacks at the same time that causes damage depending on the amount of Gale released. This attack is dependent on his stamina.
Gust Rush - He will throw off several gust of winds towards you. It's primary purpose is to keep the enemy off balance or throw them off the ground.
Gale Blade - Gale forms into a blade which allows him to do melee damage. This will only appear when he feels angry.
Tornado Storm - Several tornadoes surround the opponent and cause severe damage even death. This attack can only be used if he has a strong outburst of emotions.
Weaknesses: His emotions easily affect his abilities which may cause him to either fail or overpower his powers. He is rather easily affected by what people say. His abilities are mostly long range and finds it have hard to fight in a melee battle. He isn't physically strong and fast.
Weapons and Equipment:
Since his abilities are not stable due to him being half human this necklace helps him tap into his sprite potential. If this was taken off him he would lose control of his own abilities and a higher chance for the "other him" to come out.
Personality: Cimon is a quiet guy who enjoys feeling the winds from high places. Around people he doesn't know he usually looks depressed and seems to always have something to think about though he is rather shy around people he is close to and easily flusters (whether it's male or female). He stutters as he talks. Though seemingly harmless at first he doesn't have stable emotions. He does try his best to control his emotions but he has his limit. These emotional outbursts easily affect his abilities. At worst he puts out this "other him" that recognizes no one as friend or foe.
History: Cimon is the son of the forbidden love of a female wind sprite and a man. His mother after getting pregnant was kept away from his father. Because of this he was considered a taboo to other sprites and was kept as an outcast. His mother was the only person that kept him strong (and sane). As a child he grew up with almost no friends and was looked down for being half human. Though him being a shy dorm mat all those years has created this "other him" which comes out if he has an outburst of strong emotions. This "other him" revealed his self to be a powerful sprite that showed no mercy to anyone. He killed almost half the village because of his unstable emotions. Because of this the elders had to teach him how to control his abilities as well as his emotions to prevent the tragedy from happening again. Cimon was thought to never hurt anyone that wasn't necessary to harm even if they were people that already degraded him. He was sent to the Dragon Isle Academy to further help him control his abilities and his emotions.
