Bio: Fabio Vega was a kid born into a wealthy Spanish family and as such was spoiled to the core. Everything for him was top of the line from clothes, to food, to servants, even is instructors were the best Spain had to offer. He grew up learning how to be an aristocrat and be a man long before his age would allow him to be. When he was fully able to understand the responsibility and respect that weapons deserved he was trained in the art of fencing. It was a tradition as well as a customary action that everyone in the family practiced. This was something he took to heart and mastered with utmost grace and perfection. He looked so beautiful with a weapon in his hand and the way he pranced on the battlefield was just magnificent. When he was a teenager he took up the hobby that is a national pass time of Spain by becoming a bullfighter. Being able to hone his his reaction time, strength, skill, speed, and stamina by dancing with the fiercest of bulls was just grand. How wonderful of a time he had. Feeling the adrenaline, the passion, the blood of the bull soaring through the air, it was like a dream. It was such bliss. It was when one day a bull got the better of him during one of his more cocky displays and it disarmed him with its horn. Fabio was in shock not knowing what to do when the bull stared him down. He did the only thing he knew to do which was stand his ground and dance. He continued to use his cat like grace to lead the bull astray until it cornered him absentmindedly. It was here the bull was sure to gore him. In a fit of panic he leaned onto the ball of his right foot and swiveled his body. He stupidly drove a punch into the bulls skull and managed ina spark of light to take it down. Fabio was in awe of what he had just done and the crowd went wild for such a display of strength. He had escaped this day with his life. When he returned home he relished in the fact that his beauty was unharmed and went to discuss the fight with his father. It was that day he discovered the power he used was called Soul Force and it was a technique of a particular race of people called meisters. A few weeks later his parents decided to go on vacation to tour the world while taking his baby sister to America to study. Fabio spent this time learning a new craft known as ninjitsu while studying on these ‘meisters’. On his seventeenth birthday he filled for enrollment at the DWMA and hopped on a flight to death valley to take part in the school’s program. At least here he could learn more about these magnificent powers and perhaps find a lovely female weapon partner to make his own.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Soul Force (or soul purge): The technique is a form of self resonance. By resonating with one's own soul the user can drive their own soul wavelength directly into an opponent's body through a physical strike on them. The incompatible Wavelength can cause strong direct and internal damage
+ Bloody Sky Dance: Another ability of Fabio’s. He will leap onto a wall and used his soul wavelength to bounce back and forth from wall to wall at an accelerated rate to confuse and amaze an opponent. This is a distraction method allowing him to strike as he ricochets about.
+ Bloody Accel: This is a move that is very dependent on the type of weapon partner he has. With a piercing weapon like a rapier he will charge the opponent and feint his movement. Where his final movement will land is unknown as he proceeds to bedazzle them with his grace before striking in rapid succession. If using a more slash based weapon he will follow suit in a three way slash that resembles a clawing motion.
+ Snake Eyes: This ability of his is only effective on females. This is a tactic he uses to stare into a woman’s eyes with the utmost charm and cause them to lose the urge to combat him as long as he doesn’t display an obvious threat of aggression. Only usable in a combat situation.
+ Bloody Step: Bloody step is a version of soul resonance with his weapon. He uses his Soul wavelength to increase his speed while driving the weapon at his opponent in a high speed flurry. In short it is the ground based version of Bloody Sky Dance.
+ Bloody Spear: Another version of partner soul resonance. Fabio rapidly thrusts the weapon forward firing off spear like manifestations of soul wavelength that attack the opponent like blunt arrows.
+Blood Mirror: Fabio uses another self-resonance skill to be able to step around at a speed that leaves an Image in his place. He can leave no more than Five at any one times.
+Scarlet Sky: A defensive self reasonance ability that allows Fabio to channel his soul wavelength to the soles of his feet. He then performs a standing backwards flip kick that can either knock back and opponents attack or deflect a projectile.
Personality: He's pretty anti-social and very egotistical but loves to socialize when it comes to upscale dress to impress events. Fabio is a complete playboy. Women are the only thing that will get him to open up. He will immediately become very charming and alluring. He can be pretty funny and sweet at times despite his tough exterior. In truth he is very caring when it comes to women he is especially fond of. Naturally stubborn unless persuaded well and sometimes goes into spells of rage but the reason why is a mystery only to him. He seems to have a very high energy personality when in his favored environment. He has a strange distaste for other men but it’s probably because deep down he believes they are unrefined and the less competition to deal with the more attention he gets.
