Currently on maternity leave since Dec 1st. Augh.. I posted this in CB and got 'scolded' for posting pics of my daughter online. Like it was creepy or something. So fine, CB is retarded, so maybe some fellow adults will appreciate some cute pics. Anyhow, I'm just a proud mommy. I'm not doing any harm with this. I had some fun doing an at home photo shoot with my 3 week old daughter. She wasn't fussy through it, she did so well letting me dress her up and take pictures of her. I just wanted to share. ^^ 8 Pics in the spoiler.

It's weird... sometimes it seems like it was a long ago, and other times it seems like time has hardly passed. I can see you wouldn't get a very good response in the general CB. Younger teens are a bit frightened of the whole concept of having children - as they should be at that age I suppose. lol!

My husband can't wait til she gets bigger, like 2 or so, so he can really play with her.
Yea, I've posted pics of her before, and topics talking about my pregnancy without issue.
Then suddenly two people getting all weird about me posting her pics, and how her birth date was posted and all that.
IDK why that's a problem, it's not like I'm posting her social number out where people can see it. It's just her birth date. My lil girl was born 1-10-13!!

It doesn't hurt to be cautious. That said, I'm pretty sure the people who were scolding you were more interested in seeming smart than any real concern they had for your daughter. I think they're what's called "concern trolls." lol

I love the first pic too!!
I got 50 free prints from Shutterfly, and I used that pic to send everyone with birth announcements.
I've been going to the CB since I started here, so I'm just too used to drifting off over there.
I haven't had a Guild worth going to before, so I didn't come here. I will though.
The CB is filled with children, so I should just come here to my fellow adults from now on.

Currently on maternity leave since Dec 1st. Her eyes are a darker blue right now, and her hair is blond.
We're hoping it doesn't change, but she's got years for it to change and stick.
If her eyes change, I'm hoping they go a nice green. My lil girl was born 1-10-13!!
