One of them things that I found to be cute as hell as it woke me in a cold, fearful sweat. 'Twas the weirdest thing.

And it seemed to revolve around a girl, a castle, and a mirror. In a kind of Beauty and the Beast fashion, except for differences.



First off'd be the castle. From what I can gather it was a castle of lunar worship for reasons I can't explain, and it was cursed for some crazy reason. All the inhabitants turned to stone at night.
In the castle, there's a mirror. Most of the time it just reflects the images of people'n what not, but it also has the peculiar trait of being able to reflect the image of the moon at all times that it's pointed at the moon, regardless of what's in the way, be it a wall, the earth, what have you. And if this mirror ever reflected an image of the full moon, everyone in the castle would go bloodlusty crazy. If it happens during the day, there're often casualties among the inhabitants, but if it happens at night they're all made of stone so they just brutally murder whoever else is in the castle at the time if there is anyone.
So, naturally, people are terrified of the castle, 'cause it's filled with crazy murderer people who can turn to stone. And within the castle, there are two rules.
One, never point the mirror through the earth. It's happened before, and they've built various mechanisms to prevent it from happening again.
Two, make sure that nobody visits during the night of a full moon.



And then there's this woman.
Random nameless woman all things considered, but she's an outcast. Can't say why. She hears of this amazing castle where the crazy stone people come to life and rip you apart and deems it a simpler form of suicide, so she goes there during the night for obvious reasons and just falls asleep.
In the morning, the castle inhabitants woke her up and asked what she was doing there. None of them like the answer to her question, so they decide to invite her to stay for the day and hang out with them.
And it turns out that in many ways the castle people are very similar to her. How exactly, I don't know, but they get along famously'n what not. And at the end of the day, they tell her of a ceremony that can be held to turn her into one of them, and that she should love herself, as they do.
She doesn't ask for any ceremony, but she comes back the next day after getting harassed by her fellows. And eventually forms a habit of basically just going there every day 'cause the people she lives around are assholes.

For some reason I feel like this woman was raped and pregnant, and thus spurned.

Anyway. She keeps going back'n stuff. And they begin telling her to avoid the castle specifically on nights of the full moon, upon which the rumors of the castle would come full circle. As she had seen them made out of stone before, but not all murdery.
And, of course, the dream had to end with her deciding not to return home halfway through walking back and returning to the castle just as the sun set on the day of a full moon along with one of the more brutal, frightening, yet strangely depressing scenes my mind's ever pulled on itself.
