LEGENDARY RULES
1. The first rule will remain the same, the Jirachi, for the moment, will remain as a shop NPC. If there is ever another one to be had, or any hybrids with that particular DNA, it will be through an writing event.
2. From this point on no Legendary Pokemon is qualified to have their reqs bought off ( save for the Staff's Pokemon since the staff have a lot of other duties to tend to as well other then RP). If you did so in the past, that's cool and you won't have to redo all the reqs after paying, but from the day this is posted on they are going to remain RP required to help develop the personalities as well as other reasons. (( See Rule 6 ))
3. From now on any Normal Coloration Legendary will replenish after a time. For example, one month after the current Mew reaches adulthood then another Mew will be up for grabs. When it comes to Permas it will be the bare minimum of what the growth requirement time was plus a month( so 6 months & 2 Weeks) for those ones to become available again.
This rule only applies to Normal Coloration Legendary. The Shiny and the Special Colors (such as Shadow) will remain as they are at present, only one per each due to the rarity of them in game and the fact that the special colors are special and only available through page raffles or very rare events.
Please, no trying to rush anyone into growing their Pokemon so that you have a chance to get a certain Legendary of that type. This is a banable offense, people should be allowed to develop a character as fast or as slow as they like. Thank you.
4. One person may never own more then one of the Normal coloration of any Legendary. Tyche for example has Mana (the Normal Colored Mew) once she reaches adulthood he can't get a second Normal Colored Mew but that new Mew will be open for someone else to get a month after the date in which Mana's final growth art is posted in the thread.
In the future there might be events for to get twins of a certain color of Legendary but it's something that will only be via events, not bribes/custom/etc, and each twin will go to a different person since the one per color rule will still apply.
You can however have different colors of the same Legendary, Ivory for example has a few different Lugia, which is allowed. The only thing that isn't allowed is one person with two of the same coloration.
5. Any Pokemon that was currently marked as 'Taken' due as a part of a Hybrid will be once more available as Legendary DNA Hybrids will now be separate from Full Blooded Legendary. So the three Shiny Dogs and Shiny Dialga are once more up for grabs. From now on only only Full Blooded Legendary will cause a Pokemon to be taken. While there is no set number at the moment for how many of each Legendary Hybrid there can be at a time but if one particular one gets too prolific it will be restricted until some reach adulthood.
6. From now on, to make sure one person doesn't get too many Legendary Pokemon at once there will be the restriction of Five Per Person though this does not count adults. So if you have five, and one of them reaches Adulthood, you will be allowed another one.
7. If you get a Legendary from event/custom/bribe/gift/etc, you have to wait a month (from the date the journal was set up) until you get another one. This allows a chance for other people the chance to get Legendary Pokemon as well.
