Anyone love ramen here? ^^ Also... I'm interested in making ramen from scratch, and I have the recipe and all, but I have a little problem... I don't have a pasta machine, so I want to know how to have the dough seperate without the machine. 3nodding If anyone can teach through words or try to, please post?

Crazyness x_O. omg i know....! they make everything from scratch its crazy o_o! and then they have like lines and lines of people at their restaurant xD mm....making noodles from scratch is preeeetty hard o_o; i dont even think a lot of ramen places make their own noodles...(its different from pasta too..) sweatdrop

The thing is:
If you make the noodles wrong...you will taste it. XD
Some ramen houses actually have their own signature style of noodles, or "technique."
And that kind of stuff won't be given up that easy...I can only imagine that it is very very difficult. sweatdrop

Why would you need to make your own? They cost like 10 cents in stores 0-0. lol. I've bought them from stores that import their ramen from Japan and China XD

A good friend of mine is going to give me some tasty, more traditional ramen rather then the stuff you can normally get. I'm sure it will be tasty. 4laugh
