split right down the center between high altitude mountain terrain and low rolling hills on the other side of the grand stream they sit high and developed low flying blimps and ultralights that they can transport materials all around the dome and have a monopoly on flight shiping, the only reason people dont use the grandstream to transport materials is because some fish have a nasty habit of trying to eat any ship that goes over top of it and with a center between the mountains of a vortex and the probablity that half of it is frozen its rather pointless

the people here live off the trade talking their way though just about everything, getting into an argument isnt the best idea, they live by the masses and constantly work together, the most law abiding group still standing after the power loss

people have slowly started to move to this district for the chance to fly and trade, though most outsiders never get the chance they still can make a fortune here buying stuff and walking it down the mountain
the rolling hills side of the district is often ziplined across to and back for cattle, sheep and other things that might be growing or living in those foothills
