So I was thinking maybe we could get a couple artists together who'd be happy to have a silent auction. We would set it up like a normal auction, except instead of posting your bid, we'd have people Pm a mule with which artist they're bidding for and how much(and of course send the trade~). We let it run for a week or so and then post the winning bids. Each artist could offer what ever they liked from a full body color to a sketch~
Ideas?

I think that's a great idea!! I mean, maybe people might not like it as much because they don't know if they're going to win, so we should offer consolation prizes... like second highest bidder and third and runner-ups also get art, and people who bid over a certain amount (private) get some art.

Paraeeeee I think that's a great idea!! I mean, maybe people might not like it as much because they don't know if they're going to win, so we should offer consolation prizes... like second highest bidder and third and runner-ups also get art, and people who bid over a certain amount (private) get some art. I think that could work, top 3 highest bids get art? Obviously they must pay aswell, but then we could get more sales and more people would try^^ If artist wish to offer more slots then that would work to~

So like the top three bidders get certain stuff from each artist, and the artist decides how much they'll give for each bidder. Then, maybeee.... if someone bids, like, over say 500k but doesn't place in the top three then some volunteer artists could still give them art. I don't know if we'd want them to still pay or not, though. It depends, I guess, on how much the artists are willing to give?

well if you guys get this up and running i'm more than willing to be a lazy artist for freebies and such. mostly headshots really.
and if we are really short on artists then i can probably do a semi realistic face drawing since those only take like 1 or 2 hours depending on how detailed i get....
