Another day, another dollar. Also, another day, another youma butt kicking for Eternal Sailor Tsui. No sooner did she get off of work did she come across a youma lurking nearby, and this time, she made sure to lure the youma away from Padma's Bouquet. No, Tsui felt that she was doing well in not only procuring a job in her civilian life, but she was trying to be more self conscious about her battles and how they may have affected others outside of herself. A strange concept for one such as the Senshi of Tigers, but it was something she was working hard at.

Like an elephant walking gently around timid mice, Tsui felt as though she had gained a terrible reputation in her time as a Senshi, as someone who was rather destructive and selfish. Running around all willy nilly and charging like a bull in a china factory with no thought or care to those she might have been hurting.

But not today. Today, she lured the youma away from her employer's store and livelihood, as well as the other local businesses in the area, and hoping to spare civilians from the collateral damage that was likely to occur. That was why she was fighting a youma at an abandoned warehouse, one already riddled with holes and rusted metal. It wouldn't take much effort to down the youma at this point, but Tsui wasn't willing to take any chances. When it finally fell down, she leapt on top of its back and punched at its exposed neck, hoping to take it down without using her attack.

She was so focused on downing the youma that she paid little attention to any approaching auras, whether they were friendly or foe. A few more punches should do the youma in, and she was going to deliver them with gusto. "Grrr, stay down, will you? You're only making this harder for yourself!"

It was the damage that seemed to happen, whether collaterally or not, that bothered Delphi and had her not so happy with her new piece in this whole sordid affair that being a knight was. To be honest she should be at home, preparing for the start of a new semester and yet she had gotten off work and decided to take a walk, and see if she couldn't find some more answers to her questions. At least while walking she needn't worry too much about the cold; this uniform was good in one way.

The walk around, trying to keep out of the sight of people; as if ashamed of what she was, Delphi let her feet once more guide her only this time her mind did play some small role in her wanderings. She had felt something, something good and pure. It was that which she headed to. An abandoned warehouse...that really didn't appeal to her, it didn't seem safe nor did this area of the city seem all that friendly to her. Out in the open, more than she wanted to be, the knight stood outside the warehouse curious as ever, perhaps even more so.

What could be going on in there? Should she go in? No. She was curious but who knew what was going on in there. Something dark was in there also. She'd learned to keep away from dark feelings, not wanting to risk a run in with anyone like that General again. Though that dark mirror senshi had felt dark but hadn't been. Maybe he was just the odd good one who felt dark? And even though she felt good from inside that warehouse she still saw everyone involved as bad. So dark or not it really didn't matter...

It had taken a few more licks to rid the world of the youma than Tsui had originally anticipated and to give the youma credit, it went down fighting. Even when its body began to dissolve into dust, it was trying to n** at her arms and had managed to get a scratch in, and even though she was Eternal rank, that didn't dull the pain of its claws any less. Tsui pulled away before it could try again, and within seconds, it gave a hollow shriek and faded into dust. This gave Tsui time to access the damage, or she would have, had she not sensed someone else nearby.

By the feeling and the strength of it, she knew it to be a page, and immediately, Tsui's interests were peaked. She liked pages, and squires and knights too, of course, and ever curious, the Tiger Senshi moved towards the aura to get a good look at her ally. Not wanting to scare the page, she called out, though the way her voice echoed through the run down warehouse could have easily had the wrong effect, but she was certainly that she'd be able to recover from that if it boiled down to it. "Hey, don't worry about that youma! I took care of it!"

It didn't take her too long to find her way to one of the many makeshift openings, and she peered through the human sized hole in the wall, taking one look at the page and unable to hold back her surprise. Fur coat? Little crystals on her attire and hair? Yes, she had seen one other page like that, and she couldn't help but think of Sutai when she looked at the new page. Which made her next question rather pointless, but it was worth asking. "Page of Polaris, right? Didn't think she had another one... well, good for her!"

She truly meant that- she had nothing but respect for Polaris, and she was always grateful to see a new ally.

As the feeling of darkness left the area, to where she hadn't a clue, Winterlynn - now Delphi, stood there waiting to see what would happen. Who was inside that warehouse that she had felt - still felt? Standing there, looking around while she held tightly to the little toying her hands. One foot started to tap on the ground; some pointless rhythm. The heels she wore were nice, in style, though in color she wasn't fond of the purple on them. The fact they had tread was also nice; it had really helped in climbing that tree.

Now she stood here tapping those same heels and waiting. For what she didn't know, well she had some idea, but for what she didn't have a clue but rather a simple hope? She wanted to see whoever it was that was here, where they a knight or a senshi? They didn't feel like the other two knights she'd met so she was betting it was...a senshi, that name still felt odd to say; even mentally.

When she finally saw the oddly dressed senshi she stood there, her foot had stilled mid tap, and she simply nodded her head. "Delphi." She called out by way of answering. She didn't correct her on the Polaris part, since she was right, but she also hadn't told her that she as correct.

Tsui wasn't the most observant person in the world, or even in Destiny City. Hell, even in this warehouse, but she was keen enough to notice some of the new page's restraint, and she wondered if it was something she had said or done to put off the new page. Still, Tsui didn't allow for any of this curiosity to show- after all, if she was suppose to be a responsible Eternal ranked senshi, she needed to show nothing but confidence in front of the others.

She moved out of the hole and approached Delphi, extending her hand in greeting and wearing nothing but a confident smile, despite her rather disheveled appearance. "It's nice to meet you, Delphi. The name's Eternal Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers, as you might have guessed from the stripes."

Not to mention the tiger paws that dangled from her back. She wanted to show that she was a friend, and what better way than through a friendly introduction. "Are you new to this gig?"

"I hadn't." She had noticed the stripes. But hadn't put it together with tigers. She really was clueless about senshi and didn't know they stood for all different things. Taking the offered hand she plastered a fake, and only slight, smile onto her features. Giving the offered hand a shake Delphi let her hand drop after the brief shake.

"I'm sorry. I don't know anything about senshi though I have met...two. A dark mirror one and a long blond haired one, she was the first I met." She said while thinking of the two. They were different, and not just in the side they fought on either. Though every person was different so really she expected them to be different.

"Yeah...new and not fond of this...gig." She stated.Oh, her tone gave away just how fond of this she was. She didn't like it one bit and really didn't know much of anything, it was really the driving force in why she even did this - powered up. She wanted to get answers to her questions. She needed to know anything she could learn. Looking over the senshi she noted the big paws, the scars at her side, and more. Well tigers did fit. Would every senshi look like what they were senshi of? "Where did those scars come from?"

Tsui had suspected that there was some disdain in Delphi's mannerisms and the page seemed willing to confirm it. Months ago, the Senshi of Tigers would have scoffed and tried her very best to convince Delphi that powering up was worth it and they were fighting for an excellent cause. Now? She still encouraged it, but it was more of a necessity now, and Tsui sought out as many Pages and even her own fellow Senshi, to know her allies and help them prepare for the war that their enemies were going to bring. It seemed that Delphi would need her help, though Tsui wasn't sure what kind of help she was looking for. Information, or battle techniques?

Tsui felt she was pretty damn good on the latter. Not so much to start a dojo, but enough to assist others. The former? She failed miserably at, but she'd still offer as much as she could. But for now, it was best to see what would suit Delphi, and it appeared that the page was eager to get answers, starting with her scars.

Some people would have been ashamed to reveal scars, whereas others might brag and consider them a mark of honor. For Tsui, it was a mixture of both, but most importantly, a lesson to be learned. She may have puffed her chest out in pride, but there was still a hint of stern warning in her tone, as she explained. "These are from battles I've fought with the Negaverse. Two generals, in fact... both of which I had no business going up against and pretty damn lucky to be alive."

Then, she added, with a rather sheepish snicker, "Protip, if you see any Negaverse officers with spears, avoid them. Benitoite and Painite don't mess around, nor do many members of the Negaverse it seems."

She didn't plan to fight - at all. This wasn't something she really wanted in her life but it was impossible to avoid, at least fully, and she knew it from what she'd been told. Not to mention she perhaps helped that along by being the information seeker she was. So whether what she'd been told was true or not she was making it so. Information was something she was good at, something that was safe and she knew and could get better at. Fighting on the other hand...it simply wasn't her thing.

She didn't have a taste for getting into fights, never had. She'd always been the quite, cold, one in school as opposed to those who liked to start things, or finish things. Self defense classes while a good idea they also cost money, money she wasn't willing to part with, and she also didn't know where to even begin when looking for a place. Who was good, who was bad, how to incoporate this side of her life into lessons. It was all just better off not even gone into really.

"Spear...I ran into one - Benitoite! It was before...this." Motioning to her clothing. "That he grabbed me. A knight and a senshi saved me." She had apparently met some really nasty Negaverse agents...good thing she'd survived then - right?

Tsui had come across some colorful figures, both in her court and the opposing side, and with everyone that seemed eager and willing, there were also those that weren't so anxious to take to fighting, and Tsui had to remind herself of this, so she was trying to curb her enthusiasm. Not that she really cared if it was off-putting to the page, but she didn't want the Page to think that she was doing something wrong by not wanting to fight.

When Delphi explained her tale, Tsui couldn't hold back her relief. "Between the two, Benitoite is the slightly safter bet until you piss him off, but it's good to know that others came to your rescue. What we need to do is stick together, no matter how different we are, otherwise this war is going to end badly for us."

There were many reasons that she could have brought up, but she had a feeling that the Page wouldn't have liked what she had to say, and that it would only deter her from every powering up again. Tsui didn't want that. She wanted to help the page out, and the best way she knew how was to offer her some advice on what Tsui did best, and that was to fight.

"So, I can kind of guess you don't like fighting, since you admitted to not liking this gig, but now that you're dragged in here, it'd be worth learning how to defend yourself." The whole 'teacher' bit was still new to Tsui, but she was willing, and eager to learn as well as teach, and she hoped some of that enthusiasm would rub off on Delphi. At least to where she wouldn't hesitate in defending herself. "I'm pretty good at fight, despite my scars. I can teach you a few things, if you'd like?"

That was good to know, that she'd gotten the safer of two. No way to tell what would have happened if she'd gotten the other or upset the General, and she wasn't keen to find out that particular thing. Standing there she heard this senshi repeating the same idea that the other knight had.

Was self defense that good of an idea? If she thought about it she knew it was; if only because this city was unsafe for everyone. It might have helped her when the General had grabbed her, and who knows it might help in the future and not against some Negaverse agent grabbing her.

"Don't remind me that I've been dragged into this. I'm only here." Again she motioned to her uniform. "For information. I plan to avoid every fight I possibly can." She had every intention of running from dark feelings. She didn't care for the idea of fighting and being hurt, there was nothing appealing with any of that.

"I was told I should at least learn self defense and it would help - even as a civilian. I'll take the lessons, provided I don't have to pay for them."

Most pages and first level Senshi that Tsui had met were usually enthusiastic about their new role as defenders of Destiny City, but the same could not be said for Delphi. And Tsui would have been lying if it didn't baffle her. But, she tried not to judge the page, nor would she comment on her unwillingness to fight- some accepted the responsibility and liked it, others just seemed to take it and tolerate it. Of course, this gave Tsui some hope that she'd at least stay out of trouble, so if there was a silver lining, it was the knowledge that Delphi wasn't going to be stupid and brash like herself and get herself into a heap of trouble.

That didn't mean that trouble wasn't going to follow her, and Tsui was eager to make sure she could at least throw a punch or two. Or in the very least, kick them in the chin and run. Yes, that seemed more likely with this page. The thought of Delphi kicking a Negaverse officer in the shin and running was enough to bring a grin to her face.

As well as the notion that she'd make Delphi pay for lessons. "Nah, I have no use for money. I got a job and having more money won't get me anywhere I need or want to be. I'd rather you be safe than to have a heavy wallet later."

She cracked her knuckles, and asked, "So, how about some dodging lessons first? Our enemies are quick, but so are we, and if you're not wanting to throw punches, then learning to avoid other's punches would be really helpful."

"Good, that is one reason I wasn't keen to actually look into proper self defense lessons." Nope, she didn't care to pay for them or try and squeeze them into things. It would be easier to do impromptu lessons when and where she could fit them in, there were nights and days she just didn't want to do more than classes and work.

"Alright, that sounds good. Perhaps we should...keep in touch and have more of these lessons and move from there - if need be." If she felt like moving past dodging attacks like some rabbit looking to escape a wolf. The lessons though she'd like to see continue if it helped her, as reluctant as she was to deal with this part of her life. The fact was that it was dangerous even as just a civilian, as she'd seen first hand, and she didn't have to pay for these lessons which could potentially save her life. They were needed though from everything she'd heard and seen.

And Delphi took several steps back from the senshi, putting distance between them, and readied herself to move and dodge whatever attacks came her way. She really hoped these heels wouldn't support her, not crack, and wouldn't cause her to trip and fall.

'Stingy...' Tsui thought but only to herself, not wanting to openly insult the person that she was trying to help and showing considerable constraint, given how open and blunt Tsui usually was. She couldn't blame the page- she wasn't in that great of financial standing herself, but still, self defense in this city, especially if you were a Senshi or Page, was a must. "It doesn't really seem fair to put a price on one's life, you know. There are Negaverse officers and Dark Mirror Senshi that will try to kill you, if they can't corrupt you, so... making you pay for lessons would be like putting a price on your head, right?"

That part she couldn't keep to herself, and she didn't regret her words. She never thought about making someone pay, with actual money, for Senshi or Page lessons, and nor would she consider it. She pushed the thought to the back of her mind and got straight into the dodging lessons, rotating her shoulders and loosening them up. "You ready? I'll try not to go too fast, but know that you're enemy won't hold back."

Once again, it was going to take much restraint on Tsui's end to not give it her all. She knew she wasn't the most powerful of Senshi, even with her Eternal rank status, but she was probably one of the most eager and willing to fight among the White Moon, and it would be a hassle to control that gung-ho nature of the Tiger senshi. Without waiting for Delphi's response, Tsui thought to close the distance between them, going for a jab to the left and making sure to leave a lot of room for Delphi to dodge. "Going for the left- move right!"

That was true but not how she'd looked at it really. She should have perhaps seen her unwillingness to want to pay for lessons though as not wanting to pay for her safety; or her life. But the idea of paying out money still bothered her, even if it was paying for her life; though it really shouldn't. She didn't like spending money though, she didn't want to have bills that she needed help covering at the end of the month. She had moved out of her parents home and since then had been making it work on her own, once her parents had gotten her the apartment and made sure it was furnished. Those where things they said she shouldn't have to worry about, what piece of furniture to save up for next whilst paying bills, working, and attending school. After that though she wanted everything on her shoulders.

At least now the issue of spending money for lessons was handled. She'd learn and not have to pay for it either.

As the senshi seemed to ready herself the other was unsure how to...prepare and so stood and watched the other - waiting. When the attack did come, along with verbal instructions, she did as told. She moved to the right as quickly as her heels would allow. She could run in heels, something she was proud about, but moving to avoid an attack and being told to at the same time was another thing altogether as far as she was concerned. She was sure a fight would be as well, she'd have to learn to handle it.

Tsui was relieved to see Delphi dodge- the last thing she wanted to do was hit her and given her unwillingness to want to fight to begin with, she could have imagined just how quickly Delphi would have raged quit. When Delphi avoided the first blow, Tsui moved in for the second, following up with her other fist and even preparing to up the anti a little with a kick as well.

"Good, now, move left! And don't forget, fists aren't the only weapon the Negaverse or the Dark Mirror Court have!" Tsui said, going for the punch and hoping to leave enough room for Delphi to dodge, as well as allow her to get a good view of her legs. Tsui was shorter than most, making her range a lot less desirable than she would have liked, but it seemed to be serving both of them well enough as it'd give Delphi an easier chance to dodge in incoming kick. "Sometimes they like to use their feet too, and kicks hurt a whole lot worse than punches... Lesath knocked me clean out with a single kick once!"

In retrospect, the event was hilarious, but it was no laughing matter. Lesath could have killed her and yet she walked away from the fight- because Tsui was a senshi. Had she been a page, like Delphi and Sutai, then there was no guarantee that she'd do the same...
