User Image To say Anga looked stressed out would be an understatement. He felt like his mane was practically falling apart, his nerves were so shot. Hovering in a line back and forth he began to sweat. Not from the exercise, but from...everything! Things were too overwhelming. What was he to do? He let out a frustrating roar.

A silver head poked out from behind a rock. Shetani's body blended in with the neutral stone, only his wild eyes gave him away. He enjoyed watching his father unravel. The claw marks dug deep into the path now from Anga's constant fidgeting. Shetani found the process fascinating and pouted when Anga seemed to be slowing down. "I'm hungry."He whined to Anga and grinned in satisfaction when he saw new lines of worry fold across his features. I guess milk was out of the question at this point. Good, that'll make things easier. Though, Shetani's dinning habits were questionable and for some reason made Anga worry that he'd turn his teeth on him.

Hungry?! Hungry?! What do you feed a young cub? Milk? Where was he to get milk? Gaaaaaa~ Anga threw himself on the ground and wrapped his paws around his head, attempting to block out all the bad things. Where did these little boogers come from? There were two of them, but thankfully only one wanted his attention. Oh, yeah. That female. Anga spent one super awesome afternoon with this leopard and the next thing he knew, two new creatures demanded things from him. On the flip side, at least there was only two. According to their exchange, there were more. He shivered. Anga was not cut out to be a father. All he wanted to do was be lazy and have fun. Cubs meant rules and, gods forbid, responsibility! Anga cried into his arms. User Image

Shetani giggled and stretched across the rock for support. Oh, how fun! His father went from one reaction to the next faster than Shetani could think. Oh, he wished his brother was awake to witness the show. Though, in this case, no because Shetani wanted Anga all to himself to play with. He was selfish, but there's nothing wrong with that. Opps, Anga wasn’t paying attention to him anymore. Seems he feel into self pity. Well, we can’t have that, at least… not yet. Shetani’s body went limp across the rock and his tongue rolled out of his mouth. A feeble ”I’m…dying…” whispered past his lips. Though, just loud enough for Anga to hear.

Right on cue, Anga’s head jumped out from behind his arms. He spotted Shetani on the rock, looking quite miserable. He yelped and dashed over to him, circling around the rock while he thought of something to do. Ok, yes. Don’t panic. Don’t panic, he repeated in his head. It wasn’t really working, but ‘A’ for effort. The kid said he was hungry and now he’s practically dead. Alright, this is easy, yep. His nerves made him jitter, I…I just need to find him food. But Anga wasn’t a female, so he couldn't get any milk. Welp, meat will just have to do. Maybe he could chew it up for them so it would be easier? Ugh, gross. "Ok, stay right here. I'm going to get you something to eat." Anga dashed away toward some burrows he spotted earlier.

Shetani stopped the acting once Anga turned his back on him. He rolled over and allowed the rock to cool his side. Of course, he considered doing the exact opposite of what his father told him, but the cub was actually hungry. Though, he won't die anytime soon, but the feeling was getting annoying. A few nibbles should calm his stomach down. His eyes scanned the savanna. The day seemed lovely, but boring. Already Shetani grew tired of silence and Anga had only been gone for moments.

Anga rushed forward towards the burrows. He made a note of them earlier, hopefully a nice rabbit or pig would be sleeping in one. Oh, gods he hoped so. He spotted the smallest hole and sniffed around the edge. Musk and earth drifted into his nostrils, but he caught the aroma of meat. Awesome! He unsheathed his claws and jammed his paw down into the hole. Luckily, it wasn't too deep because he was able to grab onto something. A few good tugs, brought the creature free where he snapped its neck for a quick death. The rabbit laid limp in his jaw as he trotted back to Shetani.

Shetani lazily opened his eyes when he heard an animal approaching. Well, that was fast. He spotted the rabbit in Anga's mouth and instantly became disappointed. Not because of the food, but he wanted to kill the rabbit himself. He wondered how long he could drag it out...maybe a cut here and cut there. Oh, well. Next time. For now, he'll be satisfied with an easy meal.

Anga padded up to Shetani and dropped the rabbit at his feet. "Ok, now eat it? He wasn't quite sure what to do. Shetani looked at him like he was stupid and pipped up. "I can't get into the flesh myself. Open it for me." Anga cocked his head and then nodded vigorously. Of course! The cub must have super weak jaws or something at such a young age. Anga bent down and easily opened up the rabbit's hide, exposing the pink meat. Shetani descended on the rabbit then. Anga quickly stepped back shocked at the cub's sudden energy rush. Ugh, Shetani was going at the rabbit, ripping it to shreds and devouring the meat. Anga gulped and took a few more steps back. "Ugh...don't eat too fast...I guess..." Shetani lifted his head from his meal and grinned. Bits of flesh and blood splatter across his face. An uneasy smile peeked its away across Anga's face. At least Shetani's little teeth weren't pointed at him.

Shetani licked his lips, savoring the blood that soaked into his muzzle. The rabbit was satisfying, but not perfect. What made up for it was Anga's face. The cub could tell he freaked out his father, but that was the fun part. He poked a claw into the rabbit's gut and pulled out it's stomach. I wonder what's in here? He sliced open a slit and fished around for treasure. Grass and puss looking stuff oozed out. Bored, Shetani tossed it aside and dug for more things to play with. Maybe he'll try to make something with the spine. He glanced over at Anga and noticed the green tone overcoming his features. Shetani laughed and kept tearing apart the rabbit.

Anga shuttered, "Gods, please help me." He turned his back on his cub's display and pretended he was else where.
