Two people, entirely different social classes. A rich boy and a poor girl. By completely random circumstances, they meet in town, and are intrigued by one another. As they spend time together, they notice how different, yet sad the others life is. They question each other’s motives, and think the other’s life is strange and twisted. Especially the rich’s corruption, and the poor’s crimes. Can the two manage to find love, even though they are so very different? Profiles! Name: Adora Campo Age: 16 Personality: What do you expect from someone like her? She’s suspicious and distrustful. She has a prejudice against the rich. She hates their selfishness, and assumes all of them are the same. She dislikes her name, as it seems to be the opposite of her personality. Short Bio: Adora obviously had a bad life. Her family never had a lot of money. She grew up fast, and learned life isn’t fair. Even if they were poor, her mother went and adopted a girl when Adora was five. Although Adora didn’t regret having a sister soon after. One day when she was ten, she was running, which was one of her hobbies. She ran through private property in the woods, and managed to get her leg stuck in a trap. It mangled it beyond use. She had been living with her mother, and they spent tons of money to amputate the old one, and get a secondhand prosthetic. That was the worst that happened. Ever since then, she’s been more careful, and they’ve earned enough money to get by, but just barely. Appearance: Name: Caden Hext Age: 17 Personality: Haughty. He knows what he wants, and is used to getting just that. He lives the sort of life where no girl will turn him down because of his money, his looks, his charm, or all three. Whenever a girl shows no interest it’s practically his life mission to make them fall in love, or at least start to like him so he can date them for a week, a month at most, and then dump them. As always, he takes pride in his image. Short Bio: As stated, Caden always got what he wanted. Since his parents are rich, they have no time for him. He was lonely at first, but that was soon replaced as he realized he could get anything he wanted. He got any toy he wanted, any video game, and as he matured and hit puberty, any girl. He prefers no parents now, so he claims, and enjoys walking the streets, looking for girls, or just boosting his ego, which is already the size of Texas. However, he still tries to block out how corrupted his side of town truly is. Appearance:

Name: Dart Age: 17 Height: 5' 9'' Weight: 155 pounds Personality: Acts a bit, snobby. He's pretty smart and likes to show it off. But he's a caring person on the inside. As from his cold exterior. Short Bio: He was raised in England and an American born. When he was thirteen they moved to Oklahoma. That was for the oil, natural gas, and such. Since his Dad was in the ranking up high. That had oil rigs built.
Name: Galatea Campo Age: 17 Height: 5' 4'' Weight: 145 pounds Personality: Blunt and honest. But she's a hopeless romantic and hides it. She seems like a b***h for protecting her hopeless romantic side and other emotions. With wits and a sharp tongue she tends to scare some guys away. Short Bio: She grew up with Gran'parents whom she barely recalls. Since she was adopted when she was six by Adora's Mom. Her Mom had passed giving birth to her. And her Dad just did not want her. Leaving her with her Mom's parents.
Now she grew up with Adora and is like the older sister. She has a part time job in a small store as a cashier. Which brings in money every so often. Since she works on weekends and breaks.

Adora Campo "Come on! Please, Galatea? I'm scared to go there alone!" Adora whined. What was she whining for? She wanted to go jogging, but not in this community. No, this time she wanted to go to the rich side of town. Hardly anyone crossed the invisible unspoken line. Everyone knew when the poor went to the rich side, they were bullied, mostly verbally, and tormented relentleslly. At least it was worse when the rich crossed. They got beaten, stabbed, sometimes killed. The women were usually raped. Hardly anyone crossed.
Yet Adora still wanted to. The roads there were straighter, flat, and clean. Unlike the bumpy ones here. Though of course she was too scared to go on her own. That's why she wanted her older sister for protection.
Caden Hext Caden walked confidently down the street, listening to his headphones. Pretending to be disinterested in the world around him. Though he could use any sort of music player, he preffered the classic CD player. He didn't know why. It happened to be his favorite. For this week. He changed interest more frequently than a woman changed her clothes per day. Which was more than once. He sat on the park bench, impatiently waiting for Dart to arrive. They were planning to pick up some innocent girls. Not some tramp that'll thow herself at them. Caden has started to grow weary of that type.

Dart SmithHe was looking around the area. Finding his way to the park. Now with out head phones. He was trying to track Caden down. Which was a bit, tricky. Since the park was one of the bigger ones in their area.
Galatea CampoShe was in middle of reading a romantic novel. Sighing she marked the book with a ribbon and looked up at Adora. "What's in it for me?", she asked. Personally she bared a couple of scars from a snobby woman who was drunk. And had tried to fight her. She may not look the type. But she could fight.

Adora Campo Adora frowned. She knew Galatea didn't like running, and especially hated being near the rich, but this was one thing Adora really wanted. "How about the happiness of your little sister?" she suggested. She knew about Galatea's bad experience, but that was at night, and the other woman was drunk.
Caden Hext Caden looked around the park as he relaxed. Dart wouldn't be too hard to spot. Most teenagers did bleach their hair, but Dart got it pure white. Whenever it was sunny, Caden teased him by claiming he could blind someone, or the light reflecting off his hair could start a fire. Although Caden had been wondering if he could use mirrors and a magnifying glass to actually start a fire from the light off his friend's head. Although it didn't look like it, Caden was good with science and machines. Of course he couldn't openly study that, because his parents would say to leave machinery to the mechanics. And that he shouldn't damage his hands with commoner/peasant work.

Dart SmithHe finally found Caden and sighed. "So how's your day been mate?", he asked his friend. As his gaze gone around the park. Today the sun was out and spring was smelt in the air. As the cold of winter was being blown back North with gusts of Southern winds. Which today seemed like gentle breezes. Of course his hair was a natural pale blonde. Which looked like silver when he was younger. But when his family moved to the states it bleached out to white. Since he was out in the sun a lot more. He put sun screen on about every time he gone to ride his horses. Which was twice a day.
Galatea Campo Hearing Adora she stood up. "Fine, but if I get the urge to have hot chocolate well out. Not my fault.", she said. Then she took her 'house' sweater off. Since she was in her and Adora's room. Switching clothes the young woman was a bit pale. But it was since it was winter time. So she avoided the outside. Also she was not a fan of the cold. Even though in a week or two the weather would warm up. Putting a t shirt then a jogging jacket on. Before switching her pants to hand-me-down nice jogging pants. Which came with the jacket. Finding her not to worn out shoes she put them on.

Adora Campo Adora squealed happily and hugged her sister. "Thank you!" she said. Adora already had jogging clothes on. She just hoped they blened well enough to not get hassled. In the winter the rich usually didnt stay out longer than needed. Although spring was arriving now, wasnt it? Adora disliked the cold as well. It was hard to run when it was cold, however the roads weren't icy, so it was fine today.
Caden Hext Caden smiled upon seeing his friend. He took off his headphones, and answered"Nice. How's yours?" He asked. They both knew what the plan was today. There was a block party, and it was the perfect oppertunity to pick up almost any girl. The streets n this neighborhood were ridiculously long, so the parties were always amazing.

Dart SmithHe just shrug and sat there. Eyeing for any girl to catch his fancy. Which he did not want an easy girl. That'd be way to boring. Well for him away ways. "Honestly my day could be a bit better.", he said.
Galatea Campo
Looking at Adora,"Do you have every thing you need?", she asked her. As she got a small back pack purse. And put it on her back. Since it was one of those ones that had draw strings. It was black with silver sharpie on it. That was designed into 'graffiti' art to spell out 'Gal'.

Adora Campo Adora nodded. "Come on. I wanna go." she said. She had her own backpack. Blue with black Sharpie. Her writing wasnt nearly as neat or artistic as her sister's. It made sense, seeing as they weren't blood related. Five minutes later, during their run they came across a block party. Adora smiled. "We could hang here for a bit. Have fun."
Caden Hext Caden smirked as he saw two girls. (Adora and Galatea) They looked innocent... Perfect. What he didn't know was they were poor, and didn't belong on this side of town. He went up to the girl with the hat, and smiled at her in that typical flirting way. "Hey there. Are you two new?" he asked. He diced tp leave the taller one (Galatea) to Dart.

Dart SmithHe seen Caden going to the girl with the hat. So he said good afternoon to the taller one of the two. She just nodded her head. "Good afternoon.", she said in a country but not overly country like accent. But her gaze gone to Caden. And she moved closer to the shorter girl. Her eyes held wary in them.
Galatea Campo
She ran with Adora and sighed. Noticing the block part she frowned. Then she shook her head. About to say 'No, we can always have our own'. But hearing a guys voice. She looked at him and his brown hair. Noticing his white haired friend. "Good noon to you Ma'am.", the man said with a British like accent.

Adora Campo Adora got closer to her sister. She felt uncomfortable being with two guys. Usually on this situation, in their own neighborhood, Galatea would protect her. She'd tell the guys to bug off. She flinched away when the guy was closer to her.
Caden Hext Caden was glad to have found these innocent girls. Much more fun. "So are you two ladies here for the party?" he asked. If he had known they were poir, he'd be tormenting them already. He saw the younger girl shake her head. "No. Actually we were leaving..." he heard her say. That interested him. "Leaving? Don't you two live on this block? Or are you from a different street?"

Dart SmithHe stood there. And looked the girls over. When he heard Galatea speak again. He was unsure what to say. As they did block off the girl's path. Now Galatea had a look of fight in her eyes if they did not back off.
Galatea Campo
She put an arm around Caden now. "We don't want any trouble. So please let us leave.", she stated. As she looked them over carefully. If need be she would fight both of them off. Well try her best as she would have Adora run home. Now the guys were almost blocking their way.

Caden Hext Caden's expression turned cold. Now he understood. Poor kids. In this neighborhood. He moved to block their path. "If you didn't want any trouble, then why did you street rats even come into this part of town?" he asked. To anyone poor, he was basically a jerk. He didn't hit girls...but maybe for the poor, he'd make an exception.
Adora Campo Adora felt idiotic. Why did she say anything? She saw the white haired boy looking at them closer. At first glance Adora and Galatea looked like they fit in, but a closer look would reveal how faded their clothes were, how they held themselves...and Adora's prosthetic leg. It was an old model, out of date. It showed in the summer. At least in the spring it was hidden. She was right next to her sister, and instead of running, Adora wanted to help fight. She was tired of being bullied by people like this.

Dart SmithHe watched the girls. As the taller girl bared her teeth. Almost like she was telling them she would fight him. Chuckling a bit he just stood there. He was raised not to hit girls. If he did and his Mum found out. She would ground him after punishing him with chores.
Galatea Campo
She curled her upper lip back. With her Mom's fast food insurance. They were able to have dental and glasses. Only problem Gal's glasses got broken by others most of the time. As her teeth were white and well taken care of. "Don't you be throwing insults around.", she warned. "The trails here are easier to walk on.", she stated.

Caden Hext Caden thought about shoving them for a moment, then stepped aside, letting them pass. Though he didn't plan to let them leave that easy. As the taller, feircer girl passed, he smirked, and tapped her bottom. He didn't expect her to do anything about it.
Adora Campo Adora held onto her sister's arm as they stepped aside. She was practically dragging them past. Though as she turned to make sure her sister wasn't still glaring, she saw what Caden did, and flinched. That wouldn't go over well with Galatea. She felt her sister rip her arm out of her grasp. Now all Adora could do was watch Galatea's violent reaction.
