Quote:
Reishi Absorption Level:
(The ease and amount of which your character can absorb ambient or stolen Reishi/Reiryoku/Reiatsu. Rated on a scale of 1-10 for Quincies, one being the worst, ten being the best.)
Reishi Manipulation Level:
(How well and how much ambient or stolen Reishi/Reiryoku your Quincy can Manipulate. Rated on a scale of 1-10 for Quincies, one being the worst, ten being the best.)
Reishi/Reiryoku Breakdown Level:
(How well and how much Reishi you can break down and steal from an opponent. How well and how much Reiryoku you can break down and steal from attacks launched at you. Two numbers for this one. Rated on a scale of 1-5 for Quincies, one being the worst, five being the best.)
In order to break down/steal reishi/reiryoku, you must make a random number generator set for 20. You take the number you get and divide it by two. If it's lower than your skill, you succeed. Say you have a skill of 4, and you roll a 17. That divides down to 8.5, and you fail to break down the attack or steal any reishi from the person. Using a Seele Schneider makes breaking down Reishi easier, doubling your skill. So a skill of 4 would then be a number of 7.

So what does all this mumbo jumbo mean? They are for being a badass Quincy!

1. Reishi/Reiryoku Breakdown Level:
Well the first part i'll talk about is the last setup for numbers. This bracket:

Quote:
Reishi/Reiryoku Breakdown Level
(How well and how much Reishi you can break down and steal from an opponent. How well and how much Reiryoku you can break down and steal from attacks launched at you. Two numbers for this one. Rated on a scale of 1-5 for Quincies, one being the worst, five being the best.)
In order to break down/steal reishi/reiryoku, you must make a random number generator set for 20. You take the number you get and divide it by two. If it's lower than or equal to your skill, you succeed. Say you have a skill of 4, and you roll a 17. That divides down to 8.5, and you fail to break down the attack or steal any reishi from the person. Using a Seele Schneider makes breaking down Reishi easier, adding 1. So a skill of 4 would then be a number of 5
.

Requires two numbers. The first is the number you will factor into stealing reishi/reiryoku from a character. You will, for each post of combat, make a random number generator set to create a number between one and 20. You will roll that number and then go back in to right your post. You take the number you roll, and divide it by two. For instance, a 16 would then become 8. You then take the number that you got and measure it against your skill in it. If you had a skill of 5 against an 8, it would result in you not being able to steal any reishi from that person. With a Seele Schneider active, it would be a 6 against an 8, and you would still not succeed. Having more than one Seele Schneider does not increase this effect, and you still only get a bonus of 1.

The amount taken cannot exceed five percent of that character's overall reishi/reiryoku, and will usually be less, somewhere around 1 percent or less.

The second number is what you use to factor your ability to break down reiryoku/reiatsu based attacks. The system is exactly the same. This just works against attacks/defenses. You cannot entirely break down any attack unless a foe/attack is dramatically weaker than you, and that is rare. The most you can normally do is break it down and weaken an incoming attack up to fifty percent.

2. Reishi Absorption Level
Now, back to that Reishi breakdown level number... if you successfully steal Reishi/reiryoku/reiatsu, you can either use it to marginally improve your attacks, or hold onto it. Each post counts as one charge, and the number of charges you can hold depends on your Reishi absorption level. Say you have a level of 7, you can hold 7 charges. You can also increase the number of charges by not attacking in a post during a fight. This will give you one charge per post. Seele Schneider allow you to draw in/ absorb double the Reishi.

So for instance if you have a Seele Schneider active and don't attack, you get two charges per post. Same thing for if you successfully steal reishi/reiatsu in a post. Two charges with a Seele Schneider. This does not stack for having multiple Seele Schneider active.

3. Reishi Manipulation Level
Your Reishi Manipulation level is what depends how much power you gain from stealing Reishi/reiryoku. You gain 1 percent power for each number in your Reishi Manipulation level, per each charge you have. So for example, once again, say you have a level of 6, and you have 3 charges, you would gain 18 percent power by using up those charges. Make sense?

Ok, this is the latest version, and only one I have ever seen for Quincy's power to breakdown and steal spiritual energy, matter, and pressure. This system will be implemented after this war is over, so please, read, update your profiles, and by all means...

Ask me if you have any questions! I designed this, but it is by no means perfect. I want suggestions and Ideas XD
