Powers:

All of Torpid's powers revolve around her skin, and her hair. Hair Transplant - This ability takes the hair of any one person, or being, and allows it to attack the host.

Hair Transmission - Torpid channels to any other person's hair and can simply spectate from there.

Rot - The ability to maunally rot, and take the skin of any other being.

Hair Needles - When attackled, Torpid's strands of hair beneath her skin can hastily twine together and become drills, or needles to stick out and protect her. She can basically become a porcupine.

Strandfulls of Missionaries - Torpid's hair can exit out of her mouth, eyes, nose or ears to come out of her body and take over someone else's body, kill them, or attempt to harm them. The only way to stop this is to completly burn the hair to ash. However, the hair can instantly thicken, making it virtually imposssible to burn through layers.

Limb Detaching - The ability to take off a limb, dispose of it, and create a new one. All it takes it her hair growing to create a form, and skin to cover it.

Hair Vines - This ability is much like the ability to create hair needles. At any point in time, Torpid can have hair shoot out of any part of her body, and intertwine against another limb.

Hair Bonding - Once any single strand of Torpid's hair touches another, it can instantly bond together and engulf the latter strands.

Poisonus Strands - Once Torpid's strands of hair manage to burrow into your skin, they'll burrow like maggots, and release a toxin that can make you rot from the inside, out.

Suffocation - The hair can harshly wrap around anything and quickly choke it to death.

Fine strands - Torpid's hair is virtually uncuttable. Like titanium strands of hair. Tiny, fine ones act as knifes that can slice a person's limb off like butter.

Weapons and Equipment: A single gun, that was specifically designed for the purpose of killing itself. The gun is not able to be used by anyone except her master and itself. The gun does not contain bullets, and can shoot as many times as needed.


Personality: Torpid is a simple 'It.' It is considered human, and has two distinct personalities. Psychotic, and Barren. Each of these personalities cannot be triggered manually. They are triggered by things that occur naturally. Once the occurrence happens that triggers the emotion, it does not happen again. Naturally, it started off with everything. Now, with many years of living, it is hard to have something set off the personalities. The only thing that can set them off is Torpid itself. It, or she, or however people prefer to call the thing, is Schizophrenic, and has several random hallucinations appear. The random ones who have the personality to be triggered, trigger it. They appear naturally to it and it only, with no sign.

History: Torpid was not born. Not out of darkness, out of man, out of the wrath of some greater being. It was created. Created to be nothing short of the very being that would be considered a monster. But it is human. Torpid, is the very word, "It."
For Torpid, is not a being.
It is more alive than hair.

It was created simply to be a weapon. Created out of the fear, and death, of other beings. Torpid contains at least one tiny part of every species known. Yet, it does not take the shape of any of those. It takes on the form of a low human. A low, human, female. However, looks can be very deceicing.

When Torpid was first created, it, better known as she, was not used. She was not alive. She was simply, there. And she started off as a long, black human hair folicle that turned green. From there, it was grown, and filled with components to be made into a human. However, in the end, all it is, is hair, stuffed into a sack of bleached human skin. Filled with poisoned blood and boiled bones, with no meat to make her thin. And then, a drop of life from every species known. But still dead inside. A doll made for use, and not for life.

Torpid was sewn together using peices of human veins, woven together by striated bone. The skin was exposed to radiation, and so, it learned to mold. To regenerate, to attack, to kill, to lust, to be. But, in the end, it is hair. And the hair was taught to be one thing, one thing that is not itself. It was taught to be a monster. To inflict fear, and show what death truly is.

And through generation, the doll was used. Used for everything. And the creator made sure that the doll he created was able to take everything it could, and anything, and use it to the best of its ability to inflict, and spread death.

Before long, the doll found itself in the hands of someone just like it.

Other: Torpid does not have a bellybutton. Her chest is completely flat, and has no sign of pectorals or other things indicating breasts. She does not contain the curves that make up her arse, and does not have any opening on her body to throw away waste. The excretory system does not have any openings, or closings. It does not have any of the female reproductive organs. It simply has the face of a female. She is empty, except for pieces of brain matter, heart matter, and hair. Its hair is a living thing that can and will leave the the body, leaving nothing but a sack of skin left.

The marks, lines, and dots on her face are not make-up. Those are other exitpoints that help strands of her hair escape.
