Ophelia had followed Pandora, why? Well she didn't care really who she fed off just that in this case she was aiming to go after one of her friends and she wasn't going to let that happen "Pandora!?" She called out, getting no answer except for a scream from the lake area "oh great, how am I going to explain this?" She flew directly over to the area the scream was coming from and sure enough she found Pandora sucking the blood out of Astraea "Pandora!" She said as she settled down on the ground and ran over to her "let go of her now!" She said, tugging a little at her, trying to get her to release the poor Christmas fairy. After a few more moments Pandora finally let go, a trail of blood trickling down the side of her mouth and she looked back and smiled at the demon "oh, hi, Aunt Ophelia, how are you?" She asked, dropping the now unconscious fairy. "How am I!? You just sucked the blood out of a dear friend! How do you think I am!?" She yelled at the vampire as she pushed her towards the main path that lead back towards the main living area and where her house was "you do NOT feed off friends, you have been getting told this ever since you were a baby!" She said as she picked the lifeless fairy up and held her in her arms "wait until your mother hears about this!" She said, hoping that Goddess was up for dishing out a punishment to the vampire."But she just smelt so tasty!" She said as she wanted to get away from her aunt but knew she wouldn't be able to out fly her, yes she was fast but her aunt, unfortunately, was faster so she would of been no match for her. "That is not the point! You knew she was my friend! How am I going to explain the bite marks on her neck now!?""Just say it was some bug" she said with a giggle "a beautiful, sexy bug." "You have been spending WAY too much time around that Goddess..."

To say that he was being more social since his encounter with the other demonic Pae'il may have been accurate, but one had to take into account that before, Devyn hadn't sought out another Pae'il for many seasons. And while he may not have exactly been seeking others out either, he wasn't actively trying to avoid them either. Not as he had been.
Though maybe he'd be re-thinking that shortly.
A commotion up ahead had him instantly on alert. Shouting; angry tones...never a good sign. He crept through the foliage, his coloring aiding in keeping him well-hidden as he tried to scope out what was happening ahead.
The sight that met his eyes caused his stomach to flip and drop straight into his feet, from the feel of it. Ophelia he knew, but not the other two Pae'il...and one of them wasn't looking so good. He couldn't help but notice the blood running from her neck...much as he wished he didn't. Did he....no, he'd never seen this female before in his life. Besides, he hadn't 'fed' on a Pae'il in seasons, restricting himself to the local wildlife. They were quite wary of him at this point, but...it kept him going, and he was sure to never wait too long, nor to do too much damage. Usually, it was a startled animal scrambling away to tell strange tales to its brethren of the 'bitey Pae' in the forest.
No, this wasn't his work...but what if someone who knew him, few Pae'il as that may be, assumed it was. How many others were like him? He was the only one he knew of. It's why he kept himself so secluded, away from anyone else so that he wouldn't be discovered or harmed for his 'handicap.' Or hurt someone involuntarily."That is not the point! You knew she was my friend! How am I going to explain the bite marks on her neck now!?"The angry words traveled to the demon's ears in Ophelia's familiar voice, and he blinked, confused. He didn't hear the response, but...it seemed that she knew the aggressor in this crime? Wait...the young one? The teenager? He'd never seen her before, but he peered at her closely, unsure exactly what it was he expected to see. Enormous fangs? Covered in blood? Not so obvious, he supposed.
Still, the entire scene made him uneasy. Why did he feel that this was all going to come after him for some reason? Feeling somewhat nauseated, he slipped away from the scene, saying a quick prayer for the other Faerie, hoping that she would be alright...and wasn't as dead as she appeared at the moment...

Pandora flew in front of her Aunt just a little off the ground and sighed, punishment loomed when she got home, she knew it but at least she fed so that was something. "Oh Astra, please be alright" she said softly, hoping her niece hadn't done anything final to her "Pandora, when we get home we will be speaking to that goddess and you are grounded for the next month!" She said, knowing this may be harsh but after todays events she didn't want to risk her going out and harming another living Pae "you know better then to harm unwilling Pae, especially friends and family, why did you do it Pandora? Why Astra? There has to be a reason other then you just being hungry." Pandora said nothing at first, deciding to bite her tounge but after a while she turned around and glared at her Aunt, decided she would finally say what is on her mind "because ever since she came along you have forgotten all about me! We used to spend every moment we could together, laughing, playing, hanging out, you being a far better teacher then what my mother was. Then, a couple of months later, she shows up and you and her instantly hit it off and forgot about me! You cared to ignore me for some stupid Christmas fairy who has been around for a couple of months or so! If she was dead I would FINALLY have you all to myself again! It isn't like you have any other friends anyway, it would of been perfect!" She screamed at her aunt as she flew off towards home in a rage, tears streaming down her cheeks. The demon watched as her niece flew off and sighed, was she really spending too much time with Astra? To her she wasn't, she thought she was balancing being an Aunt to Pandora and a friend to Astra rather well, in some cases she may have spent a little more time with one or the other either way but still she thought she did pretty well keeping a balance between the two since she knew how important it was to look after Pandora. Besides, she DID have a friend, at least she thought of him as a friend, who knows what he thought of her, the green demon she met the Halloween before last, Devyn had been a life saver to her, she needed a friend since she was new to the neighborhood and he provided her with that "oh Astra, was I really spending too much time with you?" She softly asked the limp Fairy in her arms before placing her down on the ground, back up against a tree and made sure she was sturdy against it before sitting down beside her friend.Ophelia pulled her knees up and hugged them, burying her face into her knees and started wondering if she really was doing the right thing in making friends, maybe it was better if she just didn't befriend anyone till Pandora was an adult and understood things better, the green demon was different, he came to her before Pandora came along but still, maybe, he should of been the first and only friend she made since Pandora came into her life. Oh what was she to do?
