Now they were ready to go! Sparky's little packs fit him nicely and they held a few extra canteens of water plus Samril had put some of the dragon orbs in there as well to make his own pack a bit lighter. Though, having turned in several orbs to Marcus, it was already so. But they had enough water and food to stay on Eowyn for some time and hunt down many many dragons!
Samril was a bit worried about Sparky being a bit overwhelmed by the Firani still, but the Keindred seemed quite happy to be doing whatever Samril was doing, so he'd just have to keep a bit of an eye on the young Drakein. Though, the last few Firani they'd tried against had realized that the Dovaa was their true opponent and had ignored the young Drakein completely. So that was good, in a way... He supposed.
They paused for a bit to set up camp, untying the small tent from a harness strap on Sparky's back. While Samril set up the tent, Sparky dug a small pit for a fire nearby. The two worked quickly and were set to go before long. Samril didn't like keeping anything in his camp while he was gone, but it was nice to have a place to come back to after a fight and not have to worry about setting camp up when exhausted. So the pair picked up the rest of their supplies and headed off to find a Firani to try their luck against.
It didn't take them long to find one of the fiery dragons. Samril grinned at Sparky, who thumped his tail. Samril made sure his own pack's straps were tight and wouldn't hinder his attack, then put on his clawed gloves. Time to see how much better they'd gotten recently!!
It didn't take long and Samril blinked as the Firani dragon gave a final roar and collapsed. That... was a lot easier. He slowly took the soul orb and put it in his pack, thinking. If it had been that easy... perhaps he was ready to try a Peisio? They shouldn't be too much of a challenge to a Kiandri Dovaa.
"Well Sparky, I guess having our camp set up wasn't such a good thing after all. Seems we need to get to the ocean..." Though, now that he thought about it, he'd heard of Peisio dragons hanging out at lakes as well. That sounded a lot safer than trying to float about the ocean... plus, where would he get a boat?!
"Let's go take down camp, Sparky. We're going to Serenia again." Though, he wouldn't have minded going to Soudul in hopes of running into his old friend Elleth. It had been quite some time since he'd seen her. He wasn't even sure if he'd recognize her any more. They'd been quite a bit younger the last time they'd met up...
