While getting more photographs of the Suicine, Shaun saw a Rocket who was near it start heading purposefully his way. And was looking straight at him, so there was no doubt the Rocket was heading for him. Shaun considered ducking off behind someone stronger, maybe one of the officers, but non were near him. So instead he tossed out Salvo's pokeball, letting the large pokemon appear before him. More than likely he would have to battle after all.

Clyde summoned his Volcarona, oh joy, Hades thought. I can fight more of my master's battles for him when he's perfectly capable of beating upon his own species. But no, here he was again, about to fight whatever pathetic pokemon this picture-taking boy would summon to defend him. Such was the plight of his species, though Hades couldn't say he didn't enjoy beating his enemies into the group. A large tropius appeared before him. He couldn't say he was expecting that, but this was still in his favor. He'd roast the four-legged banana tree.

Hades moved forward quickly, without waiting for his opponent to acknowledge him. The large bug pokemon swept low to the ground, swirling through the air around the large grass pokemon. The flimsy warehouse wasn't the ideal place for this kind of battle, but Hades didn't care. What was important right now was to place a ring of fire around his towering opponent. The Volcarona let loose a jet of fire as he flew around the Tropius.

The fire shot towards Salvo, causing him to bellow in pain and flinch back to try and protect his leaves. Shaun blanched at the sight of the Volcarona and briefly wished he'd sent Scrapper out instead. But the Cubone was fresh caught. hadn't been healed, and wouldn't even know his name yet. Best to at least talk to the pokemon first. Meanwhile, Salvo would have to make do. "Salvo, Gust," Shaun commanded. The Tropius began flapping his wings vigorously to whip up a strong wind, hoping to blow the Volcarona away a bit. HP: 400/500

The gust from the leafy giant's wings blew Hades a little ways away from it, but probably no where near far enough than it was hoping for. He would roast that thing, burn it's wings to a nice crispy crunch. It didn't seem like there was much the beast could do against him, but to create nice breezes to float on. "Is that really the best you have?" The Volcarona taunted as he exhaled another burst of flame.

The flames engulfed Salvo, scorching his wings and causing him to shrink in on himself in a subconscious effort to get away from the source of pain. Shaun began sweating, as much from anxiety as the heat of the flames. This did not look good for Salvo. Another Gust like that would only fan the flames more, so he'd better try a different route. "Salvo, Air Slash," he ordered. Then he whipped out his phone and frantically started taking pictures, so at least something would be saved. Salvo managed to flick his wing sharply, sending a concentrated blast of air at the Volcarona. HP: 200/500

Clyde gritted his teeth as the kid started to take more pictures. Did he even have cell service this far up the mountain? "You're going to regret that!" He said anyway, as Hades swiftly dodged the concentrated stream of air headed his way. "Pathetic," He sneered as he hovered in the air. "Hey, knock out his phone if you can!" Clyde yelled to his pokemon. Hades narrowed his eyes, more orders. As if he wasn't doing something already. The Volcarona returned his attention to the battle launched another burst of flame at the grass pokemon, and hopefully a little something for his trainer.

Shaun flinched as the latest burst of fire came dangerously close, scorching his pants. He patted the flames out with one hand as he checked on Salvo. Not good, the Tropius's wings were crisping around the edges and probably not good for another attack. Time to go for broke, then. "Salvo, Body Slam." Salvo stood straighter and began lumbering forward, picking up sped as he charged towards the Volcarona. HP: 100/500

The Volcarona managed to avoid the bulk of the form that was suddenly hurdling toward him, but he was definitely hit by the large leafy reptile. Quickly, he flapped his wings to propel himself back into the air after being knocked to the dusty warehouse floor. Hades was angry the brute had gotten another hit in. No matter. He would finish this soon. Clyde was more concerned with getting the kid's technology, however, and yelled once more to his pokemon, "Get the phone when you finish his pokemon,"
