You're the only one awake. There's a person sleeping on the couch (their room is not ready for them to sleep in yet, so they crash on the couch). There's a dog roaming around because she's a nervous wreck (she's old). And suddenly, with a great pressure in your gut, you release a gassy noise. You don't think it's going to be loud. But it echoes throughout the house in the form of "putt putt putt". And then you hope no one heard. And then you're grateful you're sitting near a semi-opened window... rofl

Oh god it was. I thought for sure I'd wake people up with that racket... I know if my boyfriend had been sleeping and near me, he'd have woken up. Damned light sleepers.
