I was showering the other day, and when I got out and looked at the mirror, I saw that my p***s was bicolored. I had kinda noticed it a few times, but now I really saw it, the top of it is pinkish and then the bottom looks tanned, like someone tanned half of my p***s. Is that normal/fine?

Yup, perfectly normal. It has to do with blood flow and how thick/thin the skin is. When you get erected for any amount of time, you should see the head turning purple, too.
