Psywater stumbled as he was hit by electric attacks. From the Gastly's hands? Not pausing to think about that conundrum, he prepared a psychic attack to strike the invisible Pokemon.

Gastly released a cloud of Smog and disappeared within it. He was just barely able to dodge the blow, and he tried to send his poisonous cloud towards the Lugia.

Gastly was unable to avoid it this time, and he was blasted away with his Smog. Glad Psywater was so huge, he released a blast of Dark Pulse from where he was.
