Burgle stood beside the road, watching a nuthatch in the tree above. Her eyes followed it's movement as it hopped from branch to branch, chirping and sing as it went. The tiny mare closed six of her eyes, the ones directly on her face. It had already started to be a long day and there was no other entertainment than a stupid bird in a stupid tree. She walked closer to the road, looking up and down it with out turning her head. Maybe she would walk to the bridge her brother and his mate stayed at. She liked to kick rocks off of it into the water. Sometimes she would hit a gator in the eye.
She smiled to herself at that. Eyes. Father would soon have dinner ready....if he could remember when dinner was supposed to be. If only he'd stop fooling around with that mare in the pit. She fell in, let her be sucked into the sand. At least it'd been entertaining...
Burgle was definitely bored and wanted something to do. Something fun, or at least exciting. She wished someone would come down the road and give her quest. A mission. And Adventure!
Or at least a sandwich...

Fel had been traveling most of the day and was starting to get weary and wondering if she was even going the right way.
She had set out at the break of day, before any in her family had woken. She had spent the past couple months arguing with her parents about going out and searching for her brother. She wasn't even sure how long he'd been gone now. grandpa Dart had left to look for her brother Nax but her grandpa had not come back and neither had Nax. Fel didn't expect Nax to come back. He was blind and probably had lost his way. He would need help getting back. Fel's mom cried last night has Fel said she was going no matter what. Fel knew her brother best and missed him the most. She was determined to bring him back. So she set off in the opposite direction leaving behind her mother, father, and sister. She was sad to leave but determined.
She had left this morning running like the wind. She thought maybe she would have found him by now. But now she was less hopeful for that outcome. Fel kept walking slowly down the road. She would be happy with just some sort of clue or help to know she was going the right way.

Burgle was still standing by the road, the sis eyes on her face all closed. She was still watching the road, it was just easier to close off part of her vision to keep her focus. She was still quite bored and hoping for some sort of distraction....
Like a furry small usdia with a giant frog. A frog! Was it a pet, or was it chasing her? Did it taste good with butter? She closed her eyes on the side of her body that was not facing this strange little mare coming up the road, making it easier to concentrate on the pair. She wasn't sure yet she wanted to move to help just yet.

Fel was a little suprised when she first saw the other usdia come into view. It was like something had given her what she wanted. "Come on Bob!" Fel cried to her frog and then ran towards the green mare up ahead. Bob just croaked at her and continued at his same pace, not caring what his owner was doing. "Hey!" Fel yelled at the mare. "Do you live here?!" she asked excitedly.
Fel was so glad to see another Soquili that she didn't even take in the mares strange appearance at first. She stopped right in front of the other. "I'm Fel, who are you?" she asked trying to hurry through introductions. Fel wanted to find her brother and she didn't really care about anything else. She didn't even seem to care about who this stranger really was as long as they could help.
Fel tried to calm herself as she waited for an answer. It was then that she noticed all the eyes on the other mare. Fel's mouth hung open in surprise for a moment, taking in the strangeness of the one in front of her. She shook off a brief moment of fear. She was sure this mares appearance at that moment was a sign that she could help her find her brother.

Burgle followed the red mare until she was face to face with her, only then did she open the six eyes on her own face. She closed the ones on her side to focus on this strange one. Was she here to take away the boredom? To give her a distraction? Adventure? Did she know there was a giant frog following her, and was it tasty?
Despite all the question in her mind, she simply introduced herself. "I am called Burgle Eye, and yes...I live here with my father. He's quite mad...but then, who isn't in the swamp?"
The green mare opened a few eyes on her left side, watching the frog get closer. "Did you know there's a large amphibian following you? My father has a wonderful recipe for their legs...."

Fel became a little unnerved when the mares other eyes opened. She had never met someone with multiple eyes. Questions started to go through her mind about Burgle eye's appearance but she stopped them to focus on her brother. It was no time to get distracted.
It was really the mares question that brought Fel's attention to her surroundings. Fel glanced back at her frog. "Oh yeah that is Bob, um he's not for eating. He's poisonous and would kill you if you tried," she said matter-of-factually.
Fel moved on to what she really wanted to know. "Have you seen my brother, I think he may of come this way he has long ears and sharp teeth and wears a collar hee is blind and lost did he come this way?" Fel asked in one breath with her two eyes looking at the other mare pleadingly.
