Forgive me for the Capslock, but what I am about to reveal is something so insane the world of DA might explode. Please also note that what I type and what you read are all thoughts and pieces of the puzzle I've tried to piece together...
Sooooo....I believe Alistair is half elf..Please don't bite my head off and allow mt to explain..
Alistair was raised never knowing his mother or any family he may know(so Goldenna could seriously just pretend to be his sister for the money or it was something played into Alistair's life while living with the Arl or even inside of the Chantry.),but he does know for a fact that he is the son of Maric the Savior of Ferelden. That brings up the book the Calling, those who have read know that Fiona(the elven Mage Grey Warden) and Maric lay with each other and she brings him a child that Duncan helpfully expresses how he would like to help the King and raise his "b*****d son". Maric ALSO hides this from Loghain(thus the reason why Loghain didn't believe Alistair to be the son of Maric)
Now the Child's name is never spoke in the book since it happens at the end. It also gives us enough space between the events of the Calling to DA:O where Alistair would be around the age he is in the game. Also I believe is a underlining reason why Alistair is a Warden(since I assume he was raised for a VERY small portion of his life with Duncan before Duncan gave Alistair to the Arl of Redcliffe then lived in The Chantry)
Did anyone find any information anywhere to confirm my belief that Alistair is the Son of a ELVEN MAGE AND THE KING!?!?!? My mind is so far blown by this realization and I kinda feel back for being a racist Dale to him lol.

And please tell me someone else caught that there were TWO Kistoffs (one A commander of the Grey before Bregan) and the one we met in DA:A which are TWO completely different people, since the time frame would mean that the Commander of the grey Kristoff has already gone to his calling and is "dead" I only do this "_" because after reading the Calling who knows how long the architect has been working on his project and he never says the last Warden's name he meets before Bregan.
NEVER MIND Figured it out lol,Conveniently Aura mentions Kristoff having a grandfather who was also named Kristoff. Considering that they are from Orlais, it is very likely that the Warden-Commander Kristoff mentioned in Dragon Age: The Calling is the said grandfather.
