Nuriye had been feeling pretty bored that day, she felt like nothing was going on at all. Both of her parents were busy today and even though she knew they promised that they would be there the next day she didn't care. Their aunt was watching them, along with her two 'cousins', that were apparently children captured by the Nergui. She was pretty sure that it might make them interesting but she found that they were kind of just grumpy. Of course her Aunt Aithne instead on nap time which really frustrated her. The fact that her siblings went along with it made her even more annoyed. But she refused and instead she was sitting outside of the den trying to make it clear that she was extremely grumpy at the fact that nap time was being imposed on her when she had so much more to do.
She felt like no one understood that she had so much more to do! She always did and yet no one let her! There were so many adventures to have and things to see and she just was not allowed to go find out what was out there because she was always being held back.

Nuraya, who was very rarely grumpy, could sense when her sister was. The twins were close, after all, and when she saw her sister slumped at the den's entrance, she was quick to join her, rubbing up against her side before dropping to the ground and reaching out to bat a paw at her sister's nose. She was not about to leave her sister alone when she was feeling down - not until she was cheered up again.
And Nuraya fancied that she was pretty good at cheering up people, even when the pride was so tense with all the grown-up problems that they were 'too young to get involved in'.
"Why so saaaad?" She asked, her voice pitched even higher than normal. "Did someone hurt my sister?"

Nuriye attention was turned to her sister once she was nudged and rubbed against. Her tail flicked around behind her and huffed a little as her sister asked her question. Normally Nuriye wasn't that grumpy, right now she was just filled with frustration. There wasn't grump, just frustration. She laughed a little as her sister touched her nose and she turned and nipped at her sister's ear. "there's just so much out there to do sister!" She half squeaked before turning to her sister once again. "We're stuck here and there is so much out there to do!"

She gave a squeal of delight as her sister tried to n** at her, beaming contentedly. The world could never be wrong when she was with her dear twin. "Well. We could just go out anyway?" She tilted her head, a mischievous little smile on her face. "If we don't go too far and come back when we're called, we can show that we're being reh-sponss-able." She nodded as she finally managed to get that word out, sweeping her tail against the sand.
"I won't tell mum or dad if you won't." She gave her almost-mirrored twin a nudge and, with a daring move, paced a few steps outside of the den, turning to face her.
"See! Easy! We can go exploring and be back before anyone knows!"

Nuriye took a moment to think about the idea of sneaking away from their parents. That made her all kinds of excited honestly. She was ready to go and go play. She wasn't that sure why she didn't think of the idea but either way she was excited that her sister insisted on it because she wasn't sure about being by herself for a little while. Either way having her partner in crime sounded awesome. She wiggled a little and smirked at her sister.
"I won't!" She bounded forward a little and then smiled at her. "Lets go!"

The words were barely out of her sister's mouth before the little cub was racing off across the dunes, kicking up sand and laughing with delight. Her heart was pounding from the anticipation of possibly getting caught and in her haste, she slipped down a dune and rolled head-over-heels.
She landed with a soft thump and felt the heavy weight of sand land across her back.
"Arghhh!" she cried, "the dune has got me! Sis, help! Help!"
