Cadence felt a small surge of pride in herself. She had known something was off about this one and now it had been revealed. With a mental pat on the back she grinned wickedly "Hmm, you know what they say about a woman's intuition... turns out it's true! You will pay for the trouble you've caused."
Cadence looked around and saw a gastly floating next to the rockets. She didn't see a trainer commanding it outright but she didn't have much time to contemplate as it began attacking her.((Edited cause... I didn't backread before I started setting up battles... sweatdrop ))

((Ahh Gen got out of her disguise when no one was watching and is using a dif poke so she's not recognizable as Arwen? *A* Even out of disguise, though, she hasn't outright shown any signs she's with the Rockets, and she's currently in hiding while her rental fights. xD Sorry for the confusion, and if you wanted to work something out, please feel free to contact me! Cadence managed to drop to the ground just before the gastly hit her full on but he did graze her back and it hurt. Not like a physical impact but it left a strange burning sensation behind and she instantly decided that ghost pokemon were definitely not one of her favorite things to come in contact with. Turning to her arcanine she wondered what sorts of attacks to use. Physicals would do her no good here. "Branimir, use flamethrower." It was worth a shot at least.HP: 400 ((I changed my first post, sorry, i didn't have time to back-read everything that had happened because I am not actually at home but I didn't wanna miss out on all the battling for the meta lol))

Gastly snarled and phased out after the attack, attempting to recuperate from his burns. He came back with a Fire Punch ready.

((Not a problem XD I'm glad you corrected me ^_^)) Branimir looked around anxiously as he waited for the ghost pokemon to come back, unfortunately he didn't see it in time to dodge it's attack and he staggered a bit from the blow. Turning quickly he fired off another flamethrower attack at the ghost.HP: 300

Branimir could sense that the gastly was about out of strength. With a glance at his trainer he unleashed a Swift attack. Many stars poured from his open mouth and flew towards the gastly.
