Third time was the charm. The first two attempts had been quite heavily in vain but Nickeline was certain that this time would be a success. She would find them, no matter how well they hide from her! She just needed a new senshi to test it on, but in Destiny City how hard would that be? She was certain she would need to simply wait a little and one would come to her.
It took approximately an hour before a power signal that felt promising passed by her, causing her to jump up rather zealously. She had this, it was on! She leapt across the tops of several buildings before she found herself face to face with a green-haired senshi. She would do this calmly, trying not to scare her way. The proper American greeting should suffice.
"yo, wazzup homeslice?"

Persephone had picked up her pace slightly when she'd felt a Chaos signature, and one of a type that she didn't recognize but that made her skin crawl in a very strange way. However, when it actually began to approach her, she stopped and waited with bated breath.
She was surprised to see a Senshi, like herself, but with strangely long hair and...were those holes in her chest and forehead? How...bizarre...
The greeting actually made her crack a smile and relax. "Not much, man, sup with you?" She asked, affecting a bit more street slang than she might normally use.

Nickeline seemed pleased with how well her greeting was going so far. She'd offered the appropriate greeting and in turn it seemed she'd gotten the right response back! Success. She'd even gotten this senshi to smile, that was good right? She didn't want make the same mistake she'd gotten with Sailor Victoria though so she was treading with a bit of caution although it was very obvious she was checking out Sailor Persephone.
She was staring at her chest quite apparently, wishing she could simply see if this senshi had holes too. She may have also been staring to see if she could find breasts because last time she'd gotten a little hands on with a senshi she thought was a girl: It was actually totally a boy who looked like a girl. Was this a boy who looked like a girl? She stepped forward a little, edging herself closer.
If she could simply find the English words to tell this senshi to take off her shirt, it would solve a lot of problems.

Persephone blinked, surprised by the Senshi's sudden lapse into silence. She waited for her to say something, and then it slowly dawned on her that she was being checked out.
This was a fairly unusual circumstance for her. She was inclined to blame the figure-flattering aspects of her fuku. It did look pretty good on her, she supposed.
"Um, I'm...Sailor Persephone...you are?" She asked, still smiling. Wow this was weird. "And, Er, can I help you?" She wasn't quite sure what to do. How did one respond to having her chest stared at by someone who was technically kinda her enemy? Even if they wrren't fighting just yet.[

Nickeline finally stopped staring, and she even smiled at Sailor Persephone. Over the years, Nickeline had learned that fake smiles were easier to detect because they faded a lot faster than a real one so she trained herself to maintain a smile. It was easier said that done when you were frustrated beyond any means, but if she could fool her parents then she could fool this strange senshi.
"Nickeline," she stated softly. It was so out of character for Nickeline, or at least out of character it seemed. Being deceptive was something she used to do a lot of back when she didn't have a secret identity to hide her crimes behind. Not wanting to be as rash or bold as she had been with Victoria, Nickeline waited a moment before slowly approaching the senshi instead of simply jumping her.
"Ya," she replied. This senshi could help her.
Calm and collected on the outside with a good hint of kindness it may have seemed but instead the corrupt senshi was boiling as her body moved closer and closer to the other senshi. She really wanted to know if there was truly something wrong with her, to know if she really stood alone at the edge of the world. Slowly but surely she moved, trying to do it in a way that was subtle and non-threatening. She wanted to avoid any trouble from this but if she had to jump the senshi to see down her shirt and find out what she needed to find out then she was prepared to do so. She was also willing to beat this senshi to a pulp just for fun if she wanted to start a fight.
She was a little wary of just doing what she had done before though. She was pretty sure this was actually a girl and not a boy... sort of, but you could never be too sure these days! Some girls looked like guys, some guys looked like girls and some corrupt senshi looked like they were going to look up your skirt the next time you bent over. All true, except maybe the last one because some corrupt senshi had no interest in anything other than seeing down some shirts.
It was a simple request, and Nickeline was being as nice as she could about it. She could fight her, and take a peek as her trophy but she was so tired of this thought haunting her mind that she was fine with being nice about it. Well, as nice as she could be as she tried to press the other senshi's body against a nearby garbage can so she could get a better look.

Persephone shakily, nervously returned the smile. She certainly wasn't people-aware enough to realize it was fake, so she took it for a sign of peace instead of something to be worried about.
"Well, it's nice to meet you...um, is it Sailor Nickeline, or just Nickeline?" She could understand dropping the title since it was redundant, but she was curious about the Senshi in black with her strange forehead holes. Virtus hadn't had those, and it made her wonder. "Are you from the Dark Mirror?" She asked.
She nodded slowly. "Um, what can I help you with?" She asked. She wasn't sure she wanted to know. What if it was going to be something terrible? This was probably technically an enemy...oh goodness she was in trouble now, wasn't she?
Persephone was utterly clueless as to what Nickeline wanted. All she knew was that the other Senshi was getting uncomfortably close to her, but she fought the urge to back away until Nickeline was nearly actually pushing her back.
"Um, this is a little close, could you - maybe back up?" She put up her hands a little defensively.

Sailor Nickeline? No, she was just Nickeline. Did she understand the question, no, she definitely did not. Silence followed the question, and continued to follow after the next. Dark Mirror? No, she simply shook her head in response. She remembered Remarque from the Dark Mirror, vaguely, insisting his name was actually Har-something at this point. Harry? Hart? Harumiko? Nickeline had no idea because it simply wasn't important anymore and he made no impact at all.
It was the defensive hands trying to stop her when she tried to push Persephone back that caught Nickeline's attention. It was unnecessary though, because Nickeline just wanted to look! She had no desire to hurt this white moon senshi tonight, not unless she got in her way and then she'd simply have to subdue her first. She was not walking away without finding out the answer to her question: Did all girl senshi have holes in their chests? Were we all heartless? Broken? It seemed the males did not, but that did not prevent them from acting or looking like girls.
"Hole?" She asked strangely, her hand rather brazenly trying to feel around Persephone's chest area. It's fine, we're both girls. It wasn't like last time where she found out Victoria was a boy. That was just embarrassing!

Persephone blinked, unnerved by the silence. At least she got a response to her second question - this girl was not a Dark Mirror. She frowned. Then what was she? But it seemed questions weren't getting her much of anywhere, and she could see a pointless wall when she hit one.
If she knew what was on Nickeline's mind, she would have been happy to reassure the Corrupt that she wasn't heartless or broken just because of the cosmetic detail of a hole in her chest. All Persephone's background in anime said that the only people who were irredeemable were those who refused to be redeemed, after all!
Unfortunately, as it was - she had a girl she barely knew putting her hands on her chest, and Persephone screamed. "Augh, what are you doing?" She yelped. She had definitely not expected that! "No, I don't have holes in my chest - please just back away, please," she pleaded, pushing at the other Senshi.

The scream startled Nickeline so much that she might have actually sort of threw her fist at Persephone before jumping back like a cat. She looked horrified, not because of what she did but because of the fact Persephone screamed. What was the problem here? Nickeline simply scoffed. If the situation had been reversed it would have been a problem but Nickeline didn't see it that way.
After the initial shock left, her expression settled down on disbelief. She clearly didn't believe Persephone.

"Ack!" Persephone considered herself lucky that although Nickeline's accidental punch connected with her cheek, it wasn't particularly hard. "What do you think you're doing? Do you just - go around molesting other Senshi all the time?" She was flailing rather dramatically, and Nickeline's expression of disbelief was definitely not helping calm her down. "What the hell?" She'd tried being nice and it got her creeped upon. She was feeling rather less nice now.

Nickeline didn't understand the word molest, molested, molesting, or even molester because English was no her first language. She simply looked at Persephone with a strange expression, not knowing what the ******** this senshi was going on about. At least not until she got to the end... she'd heard so many people scream 'what the hell' during her time in Destiny City.
If punctuation could speak, Nickeline would be saying this: "???"

Persephone was not usually violent, but she was angry enough to want to be now. She stalked forward towards Nickeline, her hands clenched into fists. "What makes you think that's even kind of okay?" She growled. "Like, seriously, what is even your malfunction? Does Chaos do weird things to your mind or something?"
Okay, so Nickeline wasn't responding, but she was on a huffy roll. "God, at least take a girl to dinner before you try that stuff!"

Suddenly all Nickeline was thinking about was the fatcat. Was this girl like her? Was all she thought about food? Something something about food right? She had to give her food to see if she had holes? Well, this made no sense what so ever! All the rambling didn't help the situation because Nickeline did not like trying to translate large sentences at a time, and typically didn't even enjoy small ones but she did so out of necessity. If anything, there was usually one way to calm down angry people.

Persephone was definitely surprised by the apology, and it stopped her rambling rant right in its tracks. She put her hands on her hips and huffed. "Well. You'd best be. Just - don't do that, okay?" She said. Was this girl just generally unfamiliar with social customs? Well, that kind of made her feel bad if that was the case. She blew up on her bangs, pushing them away from her tiara.
"Look, I...don't have a hole in my chest like you do." She figured her fuku revealed enough to show that, but she gestured there anyway to make it more clear. "If...that's what you were looking for. You could've just asked."

Nickeline tried to ask before but people never understood! And then she never believed them when they told her no. She was a doing, seeing kind of person and not a very good listening and obeying kind of person. Even now she kind of wanted to double check but she was worried the senshi might scream like a pig again and that was simply unpleasant.
She was obviously disappointed though, her face showing a strong amount of sorrow on top of it. She felt so alone, so empty, but she wasn't so surprised by this... after all, she had a hole in her chest.
The seconds passing by got more and more uncomfortable for Nickeline though, and with her search unanswered, she found herself turning away from Persephone. She would leave, very quickly, and hope to never see this pig again.
