" Can you mimic the sounds of nature through your instrument? "
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━The sound of the wind blew past the golden locks of Amaryllis' hair and whispered her the sounds she is to make through the violin in her hand. The blonde had been in the School Courtyard, looking up at the sky and feeling the wind tickle her neck as it moved the grass. Amaryllis loved the wind, the sounds of nature overall. "The wind tells a jumpy story today . . ." she muttered, placing her violin in the "playing position", "I will express that ever-waving emption through my fingers and through this violin." She was considered strange since she would always mutter those things to herself, but did she care? No, as long as the violin would still be placed in her hand. Once everything was in place, her violin resting on her shoulder and the bow making itself comfortable around her fingers, her stormy blue eyes looked around for any signs of human life lurking about. She hated it when people listened to her. She hated ho they would criticize her or even clap for her. They were all the same.
━━━━━━Another breeze blew past her as she looked around and she breathed out a hefty sigh. In her mind, she thought that the wind was being impatient. Amaryllis still wanted to make sure that no one was there. She was located deep in the courtyard where she would ways be, and sometimes she would never realize that she played loudly enough for others in the Courtyard to hear. Many trees create a wall to keep the sound hidden inside, but still . . some very sharp others she fears might hear the notes that dance around."I shall start." she muttered to herself once more, closing her eyes and letting the breeze guide her fingers. Yes, she could imagine it now. Amaryllis played the first note, and another note came forward as well as more which gradually built up to start the Sonata that matched the wind's mood. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

♬【 follow the song 】♬ Often I’m told I need to clean up my act Although maturity is something I lack And so when some simple little problems arise I overthink them, over and over again ┏━━━━━━━━━ ♫ ❅ ♕ ❅ ♫ ━━━━━━━━━┓
A slender figure walked about the courtyard. Her black locks rested neatly on her back and shoulders, her bangs were swept above her eyes only to be kept back by a maroon barette. Her ears flicked and a pair of crimson eyes, shielded by silver rims, looked about curiously. "This sound..." she thought to herself, following her ears. The song she followed was jumpy yet it hinted elegance; she saw that it matched the clear blue day perfectly. The character continued to amble about desperately trying to find the performer. Why?
...
The girl stopped in her tracks, her eyes traveled down in thought. Why did she follow the sound of the music? What importance did it have? What would she, Maria Konjo, gain from it? But did the answers matter now? The sound of the music was more audiable than before, she knew she was close. Her crimson moons looked up, only to be greeted by the performer's back. The other character had long, tawny locks that seemed like strings of gold in the sunlight. She seemed taller than Maria but around the same age as she. Despite her age, the blonde was talented; even Maria, knowing nothing of instruments, knew this. The darker haired girl stood there, her crimson moons resting on the blonde figure, not captivated by the song but curious about it's player. She must have been a prodigy to be accepted here while Maria's only drive was her elder brother's love.

" Can you mimic the sounds of nature through your instrument? "
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━Amaryllis let go of a smile through the locks of blonde that moved with the wind as she played, a kind of smile that no one but the man whom she'd met at the park had seen, a smile that her parents need not care to find. She was already in her own realm of music as her hand bowed fast strokes and then slow and then back to fast once more. "Yes, the tempo, the beat, everything is in harmony . . ." she muttered to herself as the ending of the song approached, not noticing that someone had found their way behind her, "If only . . . ." If only it would last forever, but alas, every curtain must fall. One she approached the last few measures of the song in her head, the bow strokes diminished slowly, just like the wind that became silent once the song found the last note.
━━━━━━Once it ended, Amaryllis sighed as she put down her instrument. That was all for the morning. If she played more, she would forget that school had started and would keep going and going. The blue stormy pools looked down at the grass sadly as the young girl detached herself from the realm she had been in, her hand falling to her sides with the instrument gripped tightly, as if she was to hold onto it forever. A few seconds later then was when she turned around abruptly to notice that someone had been watching her. This someone whom had crimson pools for eyes and long black hair. Ah, she knew who this was . . . but it took a while for her to truly realize. This young girl's eyes closed as she turned back around slowly, moving toward the case of the violin. "You may take my spot now." she said carefully, knowing whom she had been speaking to, "I will not play anymore for the morning." She bent down and put the violin carefully and then the bow. Afterward, she stood up, careful not to dirty her skirt, curtsied and then started to walk off. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The stranger turned around, revealing a beautiful face cradled by her golden locks. Her sharp, saphire orbs pierced Maria, making the shorter girl flinch. "You may take my spot now. I will not play anymore for the morning." the blonde said.
"I do not want it." Ayuki responded as she examined the violinist. Something about the stranger was cold. Was it her eyes? Those harsh blue moons hinting nothing but annoyance. Or perhaps it was her speech? Oh, how her words articulated with such elegance and refinement. The more Maria examined the girl, the more a familiar resonance struck inside her. Either way, Maria felt slightly intimidated by the other girl. But in a good way...?
The blonde character arose from her spot in the bright green grass readying her stuff to leave. Maria wasn't done with her yet, however. "That is quite a talent you have there." the dark haired girl said hoping to stop the blonde's exit. Her motive? She wasn't exactly sure, but she had a gut feeling that she would come across the familiar character on another occassion. "I am Maria Konjo. What is your name?"

" Can you mimic the sounds of nature through your instrument? "
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━Amaryllis started to walk off, her golden locks bouncing behind her. It seemed that the young lady wasn't going to use the spot that she was leaving. That didn't matter, either way Amaryllis would be leaving, her violin case in hand. Her eyes were cast to the ground. She had been here regularly, so Amaryllis didn't need to look at where she was going. The blonde stopped in her tracks when the black-haired, crimson-eyed young woman asked for her name. Was there a hidden plot behind this? Her father had always taught her to give out information discreetly. Hmph, but this was a school. And this person didn't seem like a threat to Amaryllis . . . as of yet. The blonde did not turn around fully, but she turned her head to face the person some feet away from her, the blue eyes as indifferent and as cold as ever. Amaryllis might as well speak to this one, it may prove to be her advantage.
━━━━━━"Amaryllis." she started, reluctant to continue, "Amaryllis Jones." She chuckled afterward at the statement about her playing the violin being a talent, although her eyes showed no hint of being amused whatsoever. "A talent?" she repeated, giving the young lady her signature polite smile, "It's better to describe it as a gift from someone. In my terms, I believe that a talent is something you are born with. I was not born with the love for violin unlike some others." Amaryllis let a silence pass after she said this. Why was she giving out so much information? Now she needed to take instead of give. "You asked for my name." she continued, now turning her body, giving the young lady her full attention, "It is customary for me to know yours now that I have told you much about myself." She had the black case in both hands in front of her, cradling the instrument as the wind blew her hair back, revealing a silver necklace that she wore around her neck; and dangling on it, a shape that resembled a treble clef. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

**M r. M a r k s ** >Dreams of vibrant colors fill the air!~
>To be on canvas when you think of it!! Landon came to the school with a smile as colorful as his aura was. He had an apparent knack for smiling. His clothes consisted of the formal attire for the school and many materials came along with. He had about a hundred materials in his travel bag and about twenty of them were sticking out. "What a nice day for the start of a new term" He said to himself as he approached the schools courtyard. You could say that due to his small stature you'd think a ten year old was passing on by. Once he got to the school grounds he put down his materials as he sat on a bench near the doors. He was extremely tired for he had forgotten to bring his material for his class earlier and now had to take it with him when he came to the school. "Aww man, this is gonna be hard I'm pretty sure my class is further more into the school, I couldn't even wake up earlier to drive over here...oh well...Maybe if someone can help me in that would be splendid..." He said sadly as he made a cute pout fixing his tie and double checking his materials.

"I understand," Maria said as the stranger explained her views. The girl's viokin skills were earned through hard work and determination, it wasn't something she had always been adept in. "It makes sense." The dark haired female pushed up the silver rims that were slowly slipping down the bridge of her nose. "Amaryllis?" Maria cocked her head as she repeated the name. It matched her perfectly, elegant and exotic; or at least the Japanese Maria found the violinist to be exotic.
"You asked for my name,"The blonde turned completely towards Maria, her attention focused on the shorter girl. "It is customary for me to know yours now that I have told you much about myself."
"Maria Konjo, Theater Class." her crimson eyes grew darker as a cloud passed above them. "I sing." and her words stopped there. She didn't say much and she didn't intend to say much; Amaryllis didn't even ask for her to say much. Her crimson eyes continued to inspect the blonde character. "I love only my brother." Maria added suddenly. Her features were filled with indifference, not caring for the impression she gave off; for it was true, she loved her brother dearly and believed that it was nothing to hide.

" Can you mimic the sounds of nature through your instrument? "
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━Amaryllis could feel the strange atmosphere. It didn't affect her as much, but to her surprise, it seemed as though the girl's eyes changed. They looked more of a darker crimson. Well, it must have been the cloud, she realized as she looked up. She could also tell that "Maria" was also reluctant to give out information about herself. That is understandable. She also must have been taught to give out information carefully. "I see." she replied, her assumptions confirmed, "Very nice to make your acquaintance Miss Konjo." Amaryllis never called anyone by their first name. She was taught not to, since it would make it seem as if she trusted them. She then listened as the young lady continued to give out information about herself, her place in the school, what she does, and whom she cares for.
━━━━━━"I see." Amaryllis replied, looking to the side. She was wondering why this young lady gave her so much information, more information than she did. She saw no equivalent exchange whatsoever, she was used to being given equivalent exchange. "It's understandable." she continued, moving her finger in the air as if she was coiling the wind around her fingers, "Loving your family is understandable." She knew what Maria had meant, she must love him unconditionally, like an obsession. But what could Amaryllis understand? She showed no care for no one but her violin and nature. Her eyes were distant as she looked off, making a somewhat strange impression on 'Maria'. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In the air there is something called silence. It is a rich sound, a ringing sound that fills his ears as he wanders into the inviting archways of the school. This silence dies, transforming into dull murmurs of the inhabitants of this school, this little community. Shoes scratch upon the floor and voices resonate throughout the halls. He shuffles onward without so much as looking up at these people, these temporary guests. He to is a guest, to stay for a while then move on. He came here successfully escaping the grabbing hands of his family who wanted different of him. Determination brought him here.
Cain, as he is called, wore his uniform improperly. It covers his body in a disheveled manner without so much as being buttoned. As he continued to travel through the halls, his head rose and his eyes emanated a pride filled confidence. He gave no care towards any of his fellow peers. Finally locating his locker, his fingers worked the lock and opened it. He pulled off the messenger bag he had been carrying the entire time and shoved it inside. Before shutting the locker once more he removed a small pad of paper and a few pens and pencils. He crammed the writing utensils into his pant pocket. Then he grabbed a felt tip marker before closing the locker. Putting the top of the black marker to his mouth, he pulled the cap off with his teeth. Placing the tip to the locker door, he scribbled his name in broad letters. Once he finished, he capped the marker then placed it into his pocket. Then he turned from his locker to continued walking down the hall.
Gripping the drawing pad in his fingers, Cain smiled slightly. Very much, he was looking forward to his time here.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. John woke up bright and early as usual for school at Honeycrest. Although he wasn't particularly an early bird he wasn't one to groan or complain. He wore his suit to the best of his abilities. John wasn't very good at wearing ties and so his tie was tied loosely and in the wrong way. He walked into the main entrance and was figuring out where to go for some breakfast when he fell over a pencil. John landed face down and moaned in pain. Today was not going to be a good day. He got up to see the pencil had fallen out a very stuffed bag, near a bench. Sitting on the bench was a small boy with sandy brown hair who appeared to be not much older then ten years old.
John looked around for a parent. The kid wasn't wearing a school uniform but he might just be new. The school did have a built in elementary and middle school as well. "Hi, are you lost or need help?" Asked John, walking up to him with a smile. He bent down to eye level, with his hands resting on his knees as he smiled. He picked up the pencil he had fallen on and put it in the bag. John loved little kids, oddly enough he was pretty good with little kids. Although John always did feel way too tall. He towered over most people anyway; but with children he felt like a giant. John had a strange feeling he had seen the little child before. But where? John let his thought drift off, he would have clearly remembered such a cute kid like this one. {OOC: } A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.
