The sun was setting and a cold wind was picking up but that didn't put Amalendu off his desire to explore. Nothing like a quick wisp about to warm up the bones and he seemed to actually be meeting people and having a better than boring time in doing so. So his path took him outside the herd territory once more, almost buzzing from here to there in his usual hazy dragon form.

Anna was hopping from foot to foot and trying to be patient. She was clearly looking for someone or something. That that or waiting impatiently. Perhaps even Anna wasn't sure which one. All she knew was she was freaking out hard. "Crap. Crap, crap, crap." She was way to close to tears at the moment.

It wasn't long before he spotted the familiar mare and zoomed his way over, swirling around her just as he did the first before stopping and hovering. He was an oblivious male and didn't even pick up on her signs of distress... because... well.. he was Ama... and emotions wasn't really his speciality.

She brightened when she saw a familiar form in the distance and stilled so he could catch up to her. Ama, maybe he would know something to do. Ama was Ama but maybe he'd have an idea. "Vari! There you are. I'm so happy to see you. Maybe you can help me." Impatiently she waited for him to stop hovering as a dragon and rematerialized as star, strange star that he was.

"Help you?" He blinked and swiftly switched back to the strange horse that he was, almost just so she could see him tilt his head. "Never been asked for help before, this should be fun!" The mare was fun, and had a weird thought process helping her had to be a good laugh... right?

She nodded at him and ignore the amused expression. When he wasn't being amusing he was such an a**. She took a deep breath, unsure how to tell him what had happened. She was so damn stupid and it was so damn shameful. That and what she was about to do was even more shameful. But she knew in her heart it was best for all parties. "I.." She faltered and tried to hold back the tears of her shame. "I foaled. I didn't notice because it was just one and I didn't gain much weight and there wasn't much change in my demure and I didn't get morning sickness but then there was pain and I had to lie down for a while and then there was a foal and I don't know what to do with him." She continued at rapid fire, afraid that if she stopped the tirade she'd never finish. "He's gorgeous but I'd be a terribly mother and all he does it make me scared. I don't even want to nuzzle him. He needs love, he needs a family I just...I can't." She hung her head. "Please, Vari. Tell me you know someone that will take care or him better than me."

He didn't quite catch what she was talking about but once he did... his face scrunched up like a 5 year old just told that the kissing is for fun. "Ewww you foaled? That sounds so gross!" Wait a go Ama, always the comforter who knew the right thing to say....
Shaking his head and tried to get that horrible graphic image out of his head he noticed her expression hadn't changed, was she about to cry? Oh god he hated it when girls cried it always meant getting serious and emotions and feelings and ewwww.... "Is he playing hide and seek? Is your problem me finding him, I could find him I'm great at this game!" Really Ama... maybe if she asked again he wouldn't be trying to bleach his brain and actually pay attention this time...

Instantly she was furious. This was bad enough without him acting like a stupid teenager. At least the anger dried up the shameful tears. "Yes I foaled Stupid. Yeah it's kinda gross. But if you ever make that face again in front of me I'll smack you in the face so hard with my hoof you'll be dizzy for a week." She hissed at him in anger. "I thought maybe because you're my friend you'd help me. But clearly I was mistaken." She scoffed at his comment about hid and seek and then turned around and began to walk away from him with a huff. Stupid Ama.

"Ooooh touchy! Wait... help you with what? I uhh wasn't really listening... after the whole icky foaling my mind just eww..." Tries to steer his mind from going back to all the images but finds himself failing miserably. "Oh god now I'm thinking about it again. Quick tell me before I stick my head in a thorn bush." Turns out he honestly hadn't heard, silly Ama was going to have to grow up sooner or later!

She stopped and threw her head over her shoulder to watch him with an eyebrow raised. "You better stop thinking of it that way Ama. If you call my child gross one more time I'll bite and yank on your ear. I may not know hot to love but I know how to be loyal." She turned around to give him one more shot. If he did something stupid again she really would hit him. "I need someone to adopt my foal. I'm sure if he stays with me I'll screw him up somehow. I don't want to do that. My mother would kill me if she knew I had a foal and didn't at least take care of it properly."

"A'right A'right he's your little miracle!" He let out a breath not entirely sure how he was supposed to react to the situation, people didn't tend to stay angry at him for long. But this time he seems to be learning a new lesson, some stars didn't like knowing how he thought well ok then but the whole foaling thing still grossed him out. "But I can't even think about the whole... process... I can't deal with a foal! That's way more my nieces style she's all foaled up 'n' all with her mate." Resisting the urge to pull the face again, he may like to joke with his family about getting some 'tail' but he had no particular urge to himself... especially when it resulted in 'foaling'.

"The point is that he isn't a miracle Vari. He's my mistake." She glared at him. "Do you want to continue to act like a stupid teenager of do you want to help me?" Her ears perked at the mention of his niece being pregnant. That could work, that could work well. Noir would have other foals to play with. Now apparently to make Ama think it was his idea. Because he was apparently bound to be difficult today. "Maybe you could take the foal to play with you and your neice? I think he'd like that."

Amalendu found himself fidgety on the spot, she liked how he acted last time, he was behaving now wasn't he? And how come she got to call it a mistake but he wasn't allowed to say the whole process seemed nasty? Mares.... it's like they where from a different world! "I dunno that she can play anymore she's all fat but I could just sneak him in! She'd never even know" Grins at the mental image of him being all sneaky and slipping the foal in unbeknown to Peren or her mate.

Finally! An answer. It had just taken longer to get on out of Ama. She'd have to remember that sometimes going about things the backwards way instead of the forwards way got things done quicker. "Great! Lets go get him than." She turned in the direction of the bush she'd left him in to rest, took three running steps with he wings flapping and then was in the air. "You coming Vari?"
