We need to increase member activity. We also need to expand our horizon in terms of roleplay. We need people to be more dedicated to the guild.
I suggest these things:
A Guild Restart. From the very beginning. I can build the guild from almost the ground up.
We need to see our Loyal member count. I'm gonna do a couple contests myself to raise morale.
Also... We need some systems. I know that there are people that would like to fight each other, and we should devise a system for it.
Next, I suggest we No-longer make it a school, but rather a Kingdom. Or even multiple Kingdoms.
Lastly: We need to recruit.

We can't do it from the very beginning. There are already a web of relations that can be broken, but we can alter so things so that it'll give it more a fresh start.

Okay. How about cleaning things up then?
We'll give people 2 weeks to grab their profiles from the profile subforum, and then we'll clean it up.

Yeahhh, there is no way to do a restart from the beginning.
This guild is two years old and we really can't do that with so many different relationships and events and just plain...stuff.
As for a kingdom...that seems like it would be a tough transition.
This rp is modern day, so it would have to seem as if the kingdom has always existed...unless we had an event where a revolution took place...
But then what would be the plot afterwards?

Sunshine with a Cherry Yeahhh, there is no way to do a restart from the beginning.
This guild is two years old and we really can't do that with so many different relationships and events and just plain...stuff.
As for a kingdom...that seems like it would be a tough transition.
This rp is modern day, so it would have to seem as if the kingdom has always existed...unless we had an event where a revolution took place...
But then what would be the plot afterwards? There would be room for actual story arcs. Not just events.

Because I can't imagine Reed's becoming a kingdom.
(x We wouldn't even necessarily have to change Reeds, just make is a smaller part of a larger Kingdom. And Arcs could include anything under the Shakespearian sun. If you understand what I mean.

Why are you already threatening the deletion of people's characters?
We, as the crew, haven't even decided what to do yet.
I know we help each other out, and our duties criss-cross all the time, but as the VC in charge of profiles, I would have appreciated some warning first, along with collaboration.
Also, we don't usually delete profiles. They get moved to the memories subforum.

I haven't really posted here a lot but it's because I couldn't really get into the rp being based around a school. I tried, but I just couldn't do it. So, even though my opinion probably shouldn't count for much, I kinda like the idea of expanding this guild outside of just the school, being able to battle, and stuff.

The reason I join because it was easier to bring my OCs into this world because of the school. I don't know how well this kingdom idea will work with my OCs.
The only thing I didn't loike is that you have to PM the peoples who run classes to get into they class. Out of the three PMs I sent out, only one person PM me back.

Rai, as much as I admire your enthusiasm, you're going a bit wild here.
You show up after a good absent and decide to launch a huge revamp.
I agree that we need to up member activity, but you're being a little over zealous here. Threatening to delete profiles? That's going overboard. That's why we have an archive for things like that.
There is no way we are starting over from the beginning. I won't completely erase two years of work and rebuild relationships that already have a solid basis.
Not only that, but you want to completely change the guild? A new theme that would require massive changes to existing profiles/relationships and the guild itself?
The story of the entire guild already incorporates the ideas of kingdoms. There's the Sylphid Kingdom, which is under my control, the Siren Kingdom, which is Cherry's area, and the Elven and Pixie Kingdoms, whose rulers are under Angel's command.

Well how Reeds in currently set up to be under a council and right now we're in the middle of a plot about it being ruled over the Wizard Council. ((I'm waiting for Cherry to post.))

Also, we don't usually delete profiles. They get moved to the memories subforum. You have to admit we have to do something, however at the same time I will draw the line for those who have given me reasons to hold off on removing them from the guild, but as I said nothing is not working.
